[ANP2020]

Hello ladies!

I’ve been reading these threads (at all hours clearly!) I just wondered if anyone was currently in their 2WW and wanted to join me? It’s so long!! I’m ttc number 2, have a 4 year old son, fell first time with him luckily so certainly not expecting the same this time round. This is our first cycle. I’m only using an app not any ovulation sticks so not sure how many days po I am, but According to app fertile window ended yesterday. AF due 21st I only have 24/25 day cycles since coming off my pill.

Anywhoo no symptoms yet as too early! I’ve had ovulation cramps and a few nights of very intense dreams. I think the only symptoms I can remember pre bfp with my son was really really sore boobs, couldn’t bare a bra on!! And really tired.

Please people join me to symptom spot and keep each other company during the 2WW.

I hate all the symptom spotting - I drive myself mad with it all. I always think if something is unusual then it's got to mean SOMETHING but I guess there is a lot of normal things that can happen from one cycle to the next!

I will probably sit out next month if AF arrives in the next couple of days, I already have a Boxing Day baby and really don't want another Christmas one 😂 as bad as that sounds!

@AliceS88 symptom spotting is the worst, and however much you tell yourself it doesn't mean anything and not to do it, brain is off wondering, fingers are googling, before I've had chance to talk myself out of it.

@ANP2020 I have had some weird cycles too, it's so frustrating to not know what's going on. I was always 30 days, then I've had some 3 week cycles, cycles with 5 days of spotting, etc. I think it's my age (39).
I'm also trying for #1 so have no history to go on for what to expect.

I'm also not trying for Christmas, a month off will be nice as been trying for a while now (on, off, on since Summer 2020 - had a break when I changed jobs so needed to wait for occupational mat pat to kick in).

Hi all can I join please? I’m hopefully 6dpo trying for baby number one. I say hopefully because I have PCOS and sometimes can get positive OPKs but then fail to ovulate. I’ve actually not ovulated since last summer but started meds in jan so I’m hoping this is the real deal. I got a nice positive opk and then did get a temp rise but I stopped temping as it makes me really anxious. So now it’s a case of seeing if either BFP or AF turn up, and if neither do I’ll have to assume I didn’t ovulate. I do have quite sore nipples though (tmi ha!!) and my LH has dropped really low which is making me think I have?

I think my period is due towards the end of this week so think I might test around Thursday if it’s not arrived by then.

@ANP2020 I wouldn't rule yourself out for having no symptoms. I literally had not one symptom on my last pregnancy until 5 weeks. Had we not been trying and I was testing and hoping, I never would have realised I was pregnant.

Could I join too? Currently I'm in TTW as well.. itching to test!

@QueenBee22 I think the symptoms is messing with my head - like in my first pregnancy I knew I was pregnant before I took a test, I just knew. Whereas I've never had that feeling again yet so always rule myself out.

My cycles are pretty regular - I usually run a 26 day cycle but have had the odd 28 day cycle. I'm currently on cycle day 27 - I have none of my usual AF symptoms (I have endometriosis and the pain sets in a good day before the flow arrives) plus with the most unusual discharge this morning I feel just odd but I definitely don't have that intuition that I'm pregnant.

@pinkpirlie @QueenBee22 we also tried sperm meets egg plan this month but didn't manage the 3 days in a row, it's too exhausting 😂

12DPO today and had pink tinged cm when i wiped earlier, sorry if tmi! It's likely AF on her way, on CD23 and I usually have pretty regular 28 day cycles, although my last one was 24 days which has never happened before so I think I'm likely out this month. Just want AF to arrive now so we can get started with the next cycle 🤞

@KSAM I know that feeling of just wanting AF to arrive - at least we know where we stand once that happens!

The discharge this morning was copious amounts of watery substance. I even thought I'd wet myself for a moment! It went through my knickers and into my jogging bottoms! Never ever had that before was most odd!

@pinkpirlie @KSAM good to hear others couldn't do the three days in a row.

We did manage every other day and then 2 days in a row following a peak OPK so I am really hoping it worked. Glad now this week I can test and move on to the next cycle if it hasn't worked.

Can I join? I'll understand if you want me to buggar off.
I'm only kinda in the tww. As much as I long for a 3rd we decided we'd stick at 2. But we had a whoopsie (Twice) directly after I got ewcm. Only had ewcm one day so not sure if I missed ovulation or landed bang on it - excuse the pun.

So now I'm waiting for af while knowing it's probs for the best it arrives since for many reasons we decided to stop at two BUT also knowing when it arrives I'm going to be really gutted.
I'm already symptoms spotting and slowly driving my self mad... I estimate I must be around 5/6dpo ish.

Aww bless that must be hard on you. Well good luck in whatever outcome it is you wish.
I'v had an increase in CM twice this month but I never seem to get EW, maybe due to the PCOS 🤷🏻‍♀️ (sorry for the TMI). This makes it hard for me to track.

So guys still nothing major going on with me here, my boobs look a bit fuller… or is it in my head haha 🤣🤣 @QueenBee22 that’s hopeful then 🤞🤞! Think I’m just waiting for that “gut feeling” mind you I had a “gut” feeling my DS was a girl so says a lot about my intuition haha!

@pinkpirlie ahh glad to know it’s not just me! I’ve actually just gone back through my tracking since stopping my pill, as stopped it a bit earlier in prep of ttc and I did have some shorted cycles at 22 and then some a bit longer at 26 no set month has been the same! Makes it difficult for tracking but also makes it difficult for AF prediction! It’s supposed to arrive on 21st but who knows! Anyway I’m going to test FMU on the 16th don’t think I can wait much longer!

I always use FRER but is there any Amazon cheaper ones that do early response! Otherwise it’s going to cost a small fortune.

@D0nd361u thanks. Yeh it's a bit of a head f**k I won't lie. When I tod DH about then being a chance we got pregnant he laughed and was all smiling. Which makes me a little hopeful.

Hopefully the increased cm is a good sign for you.

@ANP2020 thanks for welcoming me. I probably am imagining it but I feel my womb area feel heavy. But I'm very aware I'm thinking about it lots.

@Wheresmycustard I can’t stop thinking about my womb either, keep thinking it feels tight or weird or different. Think I’m imagining things or just noticing things that normally happen but just never this aware of it.

No symptoms for me yet.

So...i should of had AF yesterday and no sign of AF arriving yet. I ovulated 2days late this month, so I'm guessing my period is just late! So stressfull!!!

Morning all, 7dpo today. Sorry if this is tmi but my nipples are so sore today, like little sharp daggers lol! Also got some cramping and not quite spotting but slightly coloured discharge if that makes sense? I’m sure it’s all nothing and AF is on her way!

Okay I’ve now got actual spotting…

@Wheresmycustard and @smiles39 I really have this too today if all feels heavy round there and I have menstural cramps but AF not due till 21st, I also haven’t had period pains since I was a teen (I know lucky) so I’m beginning to feel a bit hopeful! So tempted to test but still too early! So two more days to go!

I’m a nurse and doing my advanced practitioner course, so currently going through my prescribing module so had an exam this morning and another tomorrow so at least that keeps me going and distracted haha!

@SkeletonSkins that sounds hopeful with spotting ? Implantation bleeding? I hope so! 🤞🤞 for you keep us updated!

My heart is hoping that it’s implantation but my head js reminding me that I’ve defo spotted before AF in the past.

No @Wheresmycustard not developed into anything more yet but only noticed it a couple of hours. Defo feel heavy/periody. Guess we’ll see. Doesn’t feel possible to be honest that it’ll be anything other than my period coming.

@ANP2020 how many DPO are you? It’s so hard not to test. I think I’ll test on Thursday if no AF before.

I thought my boobs were sore but then I woke up and my whole chest and arms hurt, must have been my workout yesterday 😂

@ANP2020 good that you have some distractions. I had no plans yesterday and I spent the whole day stewing about it. Definitely need to fit in some solid plans to keep me distracted this week. Luckily as a teacher I’m pretty busy in the day, so can only think about it like right now on my lunch break. Think I’ll fill my evenings with gym and hope that keeps me busy enough until next week. Definitely no more lazy Sundays whilst TTC it was torture yesterday.

@SkeletonSkins I’m not 100% sure! I only track via an app don’t use OPK sticks so we dtd every other day during fertile window which was 3-8th of Feb, my Ewcm was all over and I was still getting it two days ago 🤷🏽‍♀️. It’s so tempting, feeling pretty overwhelmed with nausea today but boobs not sore! Which was a massive tell tale sign for me last time

I've tested and its negative, AF must be around the corner.
