Hello ladies!

I’ve been reading these threads (at all hours clearly!) I just wondered if anyone was currently in their 2WW and wanted to join me? It’s so long!! I’m ttc number 2, have a 4 year old son, fell first time with him luckily so certainly not expecting the same this time round. This is our first cycle. I’m only using an app not any ovulation sticks so not sure how many days po I am, but According to app fertile window ended yesterday. AF due 21st I only have 24/25 day cycles since coming off my pill.

Anywhoo no symptoms yet as too early! I’ve had ovulation cramps and a few nights of very intense dreams. I think the only symptoms I can remember pre bfp with my son was really really sore boobs, couldn’t bare a bra on!! And really tired.

Please people join me to symptom spot and keep each other company during the 2WW.

@ANP2020 I’m on metformin for PCOS. If I get nothing by Friday I’m going to see if I can increase my dose or look at getting some ovulation induction drugs privately.

Well I got a BFN today 11dpo on a pound shop cheapy. They are usually pretty sensitive. Just feel out now. Just waiting for AF to arrive I guess. I'm assuming my tesco test was a false positive or evap so won't be using them again, to be honest I didn't fully trust it anyway.
I might just not track for the next few months and see what happens. All this opk testing and hcg testing and waiting stresses me out. I know I might still have a chance but I just don't feel it!

@Amyhal13 sorry you saw bfn this morning. Your still early so hopefully you still get bfp when af is due.
Yeh all the tracking can grt exhausting.

I'm now on cd37- usual cycle is 34 days on average. Been using internet cheapies all bfn. Until i came on here i felt nothing but now feel af coming soon but that happened yesterday too.

I wasn't tracking what cd i was on when i predictied af would be here between monday and today just went from where i felt i ov'd so will give it til the weekend then buy a branded test to be certain.

Great start to my more rigorous OPK testing this cycle. Started using easy@home and dipped the wrong end in 🤦🏼‍♀️

Well AF has finally come (well early spotting anyway), CD36. So I must have ovulated very late, which means we completely missed DTD around ovulation.
Going up DTD EOD to CD12 through CD24 now just in case it happens again. Don't think I've ever had a 36 day cycle.

Ahhh @pinkpirlie I’m glad she’s arrived so you can focus on this cycle now!! It’s so strange these cycles are all so unpredictable!! At least you know for this time round you might ovulate later! Do you use the sticks?

So AF is clearing off today I think! So got my clearblue sticks ready for the morning as my cycles are pretty shortish so it says to test from cd 6! So here we go again!

I only ever get a hint of a line on an OPK, never a dark line.
I see others progression photos and I only ever get a light line and then it goes back to nothing, so I gave up with them.

I do temp though (when I remember!), so I'm going to stick to that. I stopped remembering when it rose last month and I had EWCM, but I restarted several days later and it had dropped (I'm guessing failed ovulation). But by then my partner was staying away with work so there was no opportunity to DTD.

I'm having a ultrasound scan on Monday and need to book for an HSG now AF arrived. I had day 2-5 blood tests beginning of the cycle so I'm waiting to be recalled to get the results.
But feel like this was a wasted cycle.

@pinkpirlie I have never used them before so I’ve bought the clearblue digital for this month! I have enough line analysing with pregnancy tests haha I can’t cope with more lines!!l although I’m sure I’ll find something new to consider with them!!

I’ve never done BBT Is it just a normal digi thermometer! Yeah I wondered if ovulation failed and it tried again a few days later?!

Your 1 cycle closer to your bfp ( I seem to always start a new cycle with renewed optimism) hopefully your tests go ok 🤞🤞

Just to update AF arrived in schedule today! On to the next month I guess. I'm determined not to do any pregnancy tests unless AF is late from now on.

I use a BBT thermometer, you push it to the back under your tongue. Same time every morning, before you even stand up.
This is why I have issues remembering every day as I often wake up bursting for the loo.
Temp rises after ovulation. So it isn't any good at telling you when ovulation is, but signals you've ovulated. Temp stays high until AF when it drops again. If preg, temp remains high.
Only move by 0.2 to 0.3 °C. So you a thermometer that is sensitive to small changes.

Ahhh @Amyhal13 sorry! That’s exactly how I feel I’m going to try holding off testing! I really drove my self insane squinting last month!!

@pinkpirlie ahh I might give it a go! I have quite a sensitive thermometer not an under the tounge one though but an ear one I’ll try it from tomorrow! If I remember like you say mad dash to the loo normally!

Im on cd 40 and still waiting on af..i have brown spotting yesterday morning and this afternoon and a little pink yesterday evening (sorry tmi) but still waiting for af to hit.

The one bloody month i need af to arrive to put me out of my misery it pisses me about.

I'm back...again😆 dtd every otherday and i got clear blue still smiley today, we dtd today but unfortunately won't be able do it tomorrow cuz of work😔 hoping we've done enough!

@Wheresmycustard aww I’m sorry the limb must be awful!! With the spotting sounds like she’s coming but who knows! I hope you have some sign soon!

Well my update I’m on my flashing smileys, doing a bit of the sperm meets egg plan loosely so meant to
Be dtd every other day starting today… except I worked 8-8 and then we both watched tV for a bit and to be honest we’re just too tired so start tomorrow! Hopefully it’s not changed anything as it’s right at the beginning of cycle but it was not happening tonight hah!

So I've just ordered the clear blue ovulation kit. Has anyone got any tips or advice on using this. I thought it's worth a go as I do struggle to read the cheap ones the lines are just confusing.

@thebloodycatwontstopmeowing wow, you’re so organised and disciplined! I’m not sure I could juggle all those plates and find time to actually DTD 😂 I’ve heard good things about conceive plus lube, might go buy some. What’s the deal with the grapefruit juice?

Currently tracking ovulation with clearblue and easy@home and BBT. Will start DTD EOD from today and go bananas when the smiley appears 🤞🏻

I’ve been so chill since my BFN last month, I convinced myself that this cycle I wouldn’t be as uptight.

But I can feel the crazy creeping back in 🥺 anyone else feeling themselves turning into a crazed mess as soon as TTC comes round again?

Sorry I got locked out my email and couldn't find the thread. 🤦🏻‍♀️
Been reading back, seems a few of us had late AF this month. My AF finally showed up yesterday after 8 days of spotting on CD34 🤷🏻‍♀️
Well on to the next month. Going to measure BBT this month as I have never done this before and think it may be good with the PCOS.
Seems our TWW will be landing differently for a lot of us this month but I'm still going to stick around.

Currently 1dpo, we managed to dtd in the days leading up to ovulation day but DH has covid so there was no baby dancing on Saturday but we did manage last night so hopefully covered all bases!

@thebloodycatwontstopmeowing Thanks I was curious as I took aspirin during my last pregnancy due to an increased risk of developing pre eclampsia but have never heard of it been taken when ttc. Thanks for the info and good luck!
