Agreed @arianasky those numbers look great! I think you can take a big deep breath now. I think everything will all be fine and little bean is just too diddy.

@arianasky typically I O on CD16/17 but for some weird reason that cycle I was really really early. So just to reassure you, it can come early. Alongside the EWCM, it sounds like your gearing up (me on the other hand, diddly squat so far 🤷‍♀️)

@Skl2021 I know this sounds mad but sometimes anxiety can actually make normal pains feel way worse. I think you probably would have been feeling pains before now of it was ectopic? Plus shoulder tip pain is a biggie symptom for that.

@Ganesh2022 how are you doing? Has the spotting eased up now?

@bunnykins123 I know it's probably me making it all worse my anxiety is sky high I'm just thinking of the worst case scenario. No I don't have that. I just need to switch off my head can't handle it all xx

@Skl2021 ah I'm so sorry you're so anxious and worried 😟 I really do have everything crossed for you, try and take some time for yourself a nice bath or a funny tv programme to try and distract you for a bit 💕

@bunnykins123 well I've got painful breasts but I've had them since about 6dpo last cycle and I had a big amount of EWCM plus some twinges so it may happen but may not? I'll see what the results are in the morning

@Skl2021 Im so sorry you are going through this and feeling like it. It’s shocking we get no help or reassurance and have to seek out others who have had the same experiences. My head is completely gone too, the fact my scan measured 5+6 is really messing with my head. Ive fallen into the google rabbit hole. It doesnt make sense when my first positive FRER was on 24th Jan?! How can baby be measuring still that early?! But then Ive conceived straight after MC without a period does that affect things? Ive got a bad feeling again I’ve been reading positive and negative stories but just feel like im not lucky enough for the best outcome 😢

Im sorry for anyone else who's feeling like this, pregnant or trying its a rollercoaster and it just goes from one worry to another. Glad for the support here.
I feel so guilty I have a beautiful DD and my mind is just occupied with this all the time, I feel guilty ai should be focusing my attention on her and not a new pregnancy, she deserves the world. But then I want to give her a sibling but its just so difficult to do that. Mind is gone too.

Well AF has made an appearance. A tentative one but that’s how I always start so that’s me out for this month. I was trying to remain neutral but a part of me started to hope. Back on the saddle it is then. Anyone have any recommendations for the best way to track ovulation? I’ve never done it before. Thanks in advance

It’s my 30th birthday today and there’s been mixed emotions. I’ve had a lovely weekend but I’m also very sad because I should have been celebrating my 30th birthday pregnant.

I’m sorry to see that there have been some unhappy updates from some people. Lots of hugs and hand-holding, I need it too.

@aesgriff those numbers look pretty good! I know it will be hard to relax until you see a little healthy bean but seems like it's moving in the right direction.

@Cruz86 how many dpo are you. I vaguely remember us being the same last cycle. I'm already sitting here comparing symptoms to notes from previous cycles!!

@Ganesh2022 aww thanks - he is my little baby. So I had some spotting around when period was due (which I thought was period arriving but never amounted to anything) which was when I took a test and realised I was pregnant. Then about week 5/6 I had some more... just when I wiped/with bowel movements. Then towards the end of week 6 I had a bit more and spoke to the gp who sent me for an early scan at epau. They couldn't find any reason for it - I had a small fibroid by my cervix which may be causing it but they aren't sure. So they said if it stays the same don't worry - if it doesn't and gets worse to go back to epau xxx

@peachiekeen I use clearblue digital opks and an app. The opk is good because it shows estrogen surge and then you get confirmation of LH surge.

I enter them into the app and also keep notes of any symptoms, pms, and periods.

This cycle I have started using cheapie opks too to ensure I dtd during the fertile window and know when those lines get lighter I've definitely ovulated

I'm not great with tracking via temp but some other ladies here may be able to give some advice about that =)

Thank you so much @Passenger87 I bought the Clearblue digital ones last month and it didn’t blinking work from the get go. Just kept showing me a book with an arrow. I missed my fertile window because of it and just had to guess which clearly didn’t work. I won’t be ordering them off of Amazon again! Which app do you use if you don’t mind me asking?

@Cindy974 the dates may be out due to it being so small try not to worry I know it's easier said than done I'm a worrier too. We just need to try and think positive 🤞 I don't think conceiving after miscarriage would cause concern lots of people do straight away! My mind is totally consumed by it too try not to put any more guilt on yourself I'm sure your little one hasn't even noticed anything different 💕 xx

@peachiekeen sorry af got you look after yourself. I have only used opks. I would recommend femometer ones or clearblue are very simple to use and clearer to interpret if you have never done it before but they are dearer. Xx

@aesgriff they are great numbers, try and take some reassurance from those 🤍 Hopefully come your next scan you’ll be that bit further that they’ll be able to see something more 🙏🏼

@Cindy974 I know exactly how you’re feeling right now, as bloody difficult as it is try not to think the worst as the measurements really could have been out. I also have a DD and get the awful feeling of guilt for focusing so much of my attention on TTC and then maintaining a pregnancy. Try to take it easy on yourself 🤍

@peachiekeen I use cb digital normally and have got pregnant every cycle with it and last month I started with the easy@home opk strips and input them too the Premom app.

Guess I've got to hope DP is up for DTD then 😂🙏🏻

When do you start tracking ovulation after a miscarriage.

Do I have to wait until my next period and then start tracking after that? I'm thinking of using the clear blue ovulation tests.
