@calimc83 so your showing signs of ovulation then that's good! Depends on how u feel will you be disappointed if you test? If not then go for it don't want u to ruin you laid back month that's all 🤞 xx

@aesgriff it’s pretty light and mixed with cm so it doesn’t feel like AF to me

@Skl2021 yeh to be fair mine has really eased off now compared to this morning. Rather than calling me I had a text from the doctor asking for me to come in for a physical examination. But nervous tbh before it was just a straight away referral to EPU so we’ll see what happens. Will deffo update xx

@aesgriff that's a bit weird isn't it never seen a gp ask for a physical examination for that before? Always sent straight to epu. Is that today then? Hope u get some answers either way xx

@bunnykins123 @calimc83 thanks guys - it's frustrating as I'be still got symptoms, but I suppose they could just be AF - although this bloody dizziness I've never had before. I wonder if you're right and it's just my hormones are still all over the place since the MMC, it's two months today since I had the surgery so I guess still not that long ago

@aesgriff I could feel you rooting, thank you! It's only been one cycle so probably should have managed my expectations. Ill prob still POAS tomorrow mind

The thing that puts me off accupuncture is the needles!

@MO22 I hope so! I had it last time but i can’t remember at all how much I bled. I wasn’t bothered enough to even make a note of it at the time as we weren’t particularly desperate to conceive, so our first month tying was very relaxed 😂

@PamelaDoov I feel you, I have the Fitbit app where you can put in symptoms each day etc of your cycle and I was so blasé last time, barely filled anything out and now I'm totally manic about it - "must save details for my future neurotic self!"

@MO22 I didn’t catch my first cycle after my MC .. I really felt ovulation though and had ALL of the symptoms and nothing. I was convinced!! I really think our bodies just still aren’t ready and almost need to have a ‘practice round’ with that first cycle. Doesn’t make it any easier to swallow though ☹️ Xx

Ok all, I’ve had a ‘physical examination’ at the doctors. Basically a speculum and a finger (🤪) who said my cervix is high and away which is hopefully a good sign and will make a referral to EPU tomorrow morning as they’re closed now.
Someone help tho as now they’ve had a prod I feel paranoid the bleedings going to get worse 😩 xx

@MO22 I felt gutted when I didn’t conceive my first cycle after the miscarriage too. I just so desperately wanted to be pregnant again and I was beating myself up and took it really hard when my period came. I was then convinced the next cycle I wouldn’t get pregnant again, but it turned out I did! It will happen, it just takes time 💕

@aesgriff not sure if that’s reassuring or not but glad you’ve been referred to EPU I’m sure they’ll be helpful! How many days are you now - is it too early for them to scan you? You may get a little bit of bleeding after the exam but it will just be from irritation - the embryo is much further away from where they would have been prodding so I’m sure it won’t have been harmful!

@aesgriff it's a positive you know your cervix is high even it's unusual for them to internally examine you like that. Hopefully you'll get a call from the EPU tomorrow and you can get some specialist reassurance tomorrow 🤞 (all sounds positive so far though!!)

@MO22 I'm really hoping the symptoms amount to a bfp - it's still early doors. Will you POAS again today or tomorrow?

@calimc83 that's good to know - I'll defo let you know. Does it hurt?! I absolutely hate needles so the idea of little needles poked into my ovaries doesn't fill me with joy 🥴

@JuniperAndTonic I’ll be 4 weeks on Wednesday so if they do scan there won’t be anything to see. Just feel like screaming… test my progesterone and give me pessaries arghhhh!!!! Thanks for reassurance. My friend reminded me that women have their cervix’s prodded all the time during pregnancy so that put it into perspective xx

@bunnykins123 No, u don't feel them. U just feel a little tap as they sort of tap them into u if that makes sense?! I had one in my head at one point...but didn't feel a thing really! 😆 x

@arianasky I am so sorry 💔 there’s nothing anyone can say or do to make it better. Take your time & allow yourself to grieve.

Hi, just been trying to catch up with this thread. im now 15dpo i think and getting a 2-3 on clearblue weeks indicator, but honestly im a nervous wreck. I rang epu today to ask if I should start on asprin, or progesterone, she has booked me an appointment for next week where she said they would scan me as well. Dont think they will see much at just over 5 weeks will they? read the comment about acupuncture, i had a few sessions the last few weeks, so not sure if that has made any difference but going to keep going with it. This is all so hard isnt it, Hope everyone is ok xxx

@aesgriff @JuniperAndTonic thanks both, I think the pressure of being pregnant immediately has just taken a toll, also everyone kept saying "you're more fertile after a miscarriage" which just makes me feel like I'm running out of time. @bunnykins123 I love your optomisim! I think I'll def not be able to stop myself POAS tomorrow morning but I'm quite resigned now. Had some proper cramps and back pain this eve, still quite early, but AF due Wed so probably just that. Ho hum.

Good luck to everyone's scans and EPUs tomorrow too, onwards! 😘
