So I took a FRER when it arrived and there was the smallest faint line, I'm now cramping and brown tinged discharge. So it's official even though I knew. Im going to take the day off here today and I'll be back soon, thank you for your support ladies ❤️

@bunnykins123 yeah I had a feeling it was every other day...can defo fit in a sesh tomorrow (DH working tonight) then he's off Tues, Weds, Thurs. possibly ovulate Thurs so when else should I squeeze it in?! 😆...have used OPKs in the past but don't think they help my obsession! X

@Skl2021 oh I can but he would totally suss me out when going to the bathroom - those OPKs are an absolute pain to open subtly!

@calimc83 that's true. I think I continue with them as once I've got that peak, I know I can finally chill out and throw back on the old pjs for another month 😂 that sounds like you have it covered! Do you get EWCM? I feel like that's a pretty good indicator too!

@bunnykins123 yeah I used to get loads but last few cycles it's been a bit skant. Also get a lovely ovulation spot as well 😂 x

@bunnykins123 what cycle are u on and are u in the 2WW?! I can't keep up with everything at the mo 😆 x

@calimc83 ah me too. In the same place. Every.single.month! At my age, I should have glorious skin but it seems like I've gone back to being a teenager again 🤷‍♀️ glad I'm not alone with the 1 hormonal spot at ovulation! I also get really quite sore at ovulation pains too.

I'm CD4 - just going through my 3rd chemical which is just horrible but I'm optimistic (you've got to be, right?!) so I'll probably be gearing up next week to be all glam and sexy for DH 😉 yeh I seem to get globs of the stuff a few cycles and others absolutely nothing 🤷‍♀️

@bunnykins123 ohh I'm so sorry to hear you're going through your 3rd chemical. Have u spoken to the GP at all? I definitely need some of your optimism. Been such a Debbie Downer, I worry about my age a lot...Yeah my DH always knows when it's a good day when the sexy camisole comes out 😆😆...I never get ovulation pains but always that damn spot! 😩 x

@calimc83 I had a MMC followed by my DD and have been trying since Aug last year (fell pregnant 3/4 months trying which is pretty impressive!) but I just can't keep them - sob 😢 I think deep down, I'm really hurting but I can't do anything as neither the GP or the clinic will touch me until 1 cycle after miscarriage. So it's false optimism until then 🤞I worry about age too but have been reassured that I'm not that old (thanks very much 🙄). How about you? Do you have any kiddos?

@bunnykins123 ahh I see. That's frustrating! Yes I have 2 ( and feel incredibly lucky ) I have a 4yr old and a 2yr old. Both conceived relatively quickly. Then had a MMC in Nov at around 10 weeks. Was such a shock after 2 healthy pregnancies. I've just turned 39! 😭😭 xx

@calimc83 I'm so sorry 😢 Nothing will prepare you for a MMC. Have you have any checks from the GP etc or just going to keep trying?

@calimc83 I also know women who have had babies well into their 40s so you shouldn't worry about age!

@bunnykins123 No not yet...gonna give myself another year TTC and if it doesn't work out I guess it's not meant to be xx

Ladies, can I just check what everyone means by a "hold" with wee - am I supposed to drink normally and hold it for a few hours, or not drink much and wait a few hours?

@calimc83 that's fair enough! Hopefully that spot will lead you to another bfp 🤞

@MO22 I usually have a drink then a wee and after that hold for 2-3 hrs without anymore liquids. The longer you can go without a wee, the better!

Hi everyone 👋 not long got home after driving most of the day. Will have a proper read later once I’ve had my tea but just wanted to say hey and also that I’ve done another test and the line is darker 🙏🏻 I am still spotting however. Am planning on phoning the docs tomorrow xx

@MO22 Ha, I was just going nuts testing. I'm only 4 dpo. May as well piss on money, I took a test the other day at 2 dpo lol. We are away as well and I think I may have my husband hide the tests so that we don't end the holiday on a downer. Let's see if I have that kind of restraint. I've had the kind of bleeding you're describing if sex was...rougher...than usual, and also last year had it due to a benign polyp (but had it for like months in a row). I'm hopeful for you that you're not out!

@calimc83, @bunnykins123 Suddenly I'm becoming so much more conscious of how old anyone who's pregnant is, always looking for people my age or older lol. Amazing I don't yell "HOW OLD ARE YOU" to everyone on the street.

Hope everyone is doing as ok as possible, haven't had an in-depth read in deference to my husband saying "tone it down while we're away", but wanted to check in as really, really like feeling the support on here.

Right. I’ve just gotta get through 3 days at work this week. Then Friday and all weekend I have fun birthday plans. Then Monday, also known as 13dpo, is my birthday. Then I can test. That sounds like it’ll go by pretty quick!

@aesgriff amazing news re a darker line! How heavy is the spotting? Everything I read said spotting is pretty normal in early pregnancy but what do I know bar what Dr Google tells me.

I'm too scared to do my FRER tonight, I tried to hold my wee in and could only manage two hours, so chickened out and used a OPK lol, which had a faint line which tells me sweet FA.

I shall wait until tomorrow when I'm 12 DPO... Really feeling the stress of this, I want to know either way now, symptom spotting has me convinced it's AF one second and I'm pregnant the next, it's a rollercoaster.
