@Bubbles1995 a cold is usually a pregnancy symptom for me! Test again in 48hours xx

@Annny27 Really pleased that your 16 week scan went well. Such great news! Estimates on baby weight can often be wrong. I know lots of people who were told their baby was measuring small but the baby was bigger than the estimate and a perfectly healthy size on arrival. A lot of the Midwives I've spoken to have said that the estimated weight often causes unnecessary worry. I think extra monitoring is a good thing though, especially if you can get extra scans so you get to see your baby more regularly. Xx

@PeanuttyButter I've heard that so fingers crossed. Been ill stomach wise yesterday I feel awful but that's definitely a separate incident x

@Annny27 I don't get the weight thing because my ex sister in law was told "normal" baby weight being between 6-7 and she came out a 9lber!

I agree @Annny27 weights are usually off. The extra monitoring will be reassuring hopefully xx

I am not too worried about a small birth weight because I was 4 lbs at full term haha. Think my family just makes small babies 🙈

Wish me luck back at the doctors for another blood test (not fertility related) and she said she will discuss my fertility as well basically fob me off so going to ask for a HSG. Here's to another year of trying 🙄

my week has been crazy!! OH has been having such a tough time dealing with his Dad 😞
we’ve been doing a lot better though. He’s talking to me and actually letting me support him.
oddly I thought TTC would be backburnered but he’s actually been more focussed on it!
hes had a lot of issues with his Dad throughout his life that have really messed his head up so I think he’s actually feeling almost relieved about it being able to be put in the past and he’s really focussing on the future.
to the point that we’re going ahead with the IVF consult in Spain!!!
we even managed to BD at all the right times this cycle!
im currently 3DPO and we fly out to Spain on the 22nd!! AF is due on the 23rd 🫣🫣🫣

Ok guys do your thing. I'm stressing.

I'm 5+3 based on LMP but I suspect I'm earlier than that due to late ovulation due to the previous loss, so I'm taking 4 days off to average out (I ovulated 4 days later). Not got any sickness yet which I've had previously which is worrying, although my boobs appear to be slightly different to usual.
Coming towards my week away so starting to stress. I've got a weeks digital im itching to take but I'm also scared to take incase it's showing behind. Also got a scan first thing Monday, now I know it's too early to see a heartbeat bit I'm stressing that it won't be in the right place when I go. Need someone to hold my hand whilst simultaneously giving my head a wobble. Told myself I wasn't going to stress like this.

@Kelb79 I'm sorry your going through such a bad time! Send my love to your partner! I hope all goes well when you go to Spain. Knowing your luck you'll fly over and already be pregnant!

I went to my doctors appointment and she was really nice. She said continue to try for the next 6 months myself and in Jan 23 if nothing then they can start fertility testing. She shown me all my results and everything was normal and perfect so she said it must just be timing which does make sense as my boyfriend works away. But this cycle and the next cycle he's home for most of it so these might be our opportunity. She said I wouldn't be eligible for testing and no point in referral as they will refuse me. So fingers crossed I catch before hand I don't really like the ideal of loads and loads of testing that scares me! Due on today and no signs as of yet so we will see! Negatives on cheapies up to now! Lost my appetite today and constipated once again!

@PeanuttyButter you might have been blessed with no sicknesses this round! It's hard not to have anxiety but just think a couple more days and your scan will be here. Could you afford to pay a private clinic to go over the weekend they tend to be good with fitting people in? It's easier said then done with anxiety

@Bubbles1995 I'm glad you have a plan now, sometimes that's what you need. It's difficult TTC without results and with no fall back in place. I know I felt better once I had a plan with the consultant. I know you don't like using OPKs as they put the pressure on but they can be really useful, even if you are not directly using them to dictate when you TTC. We usually DTD every other day from cycle day 10 for a week and that's seemed to work for us and OPKs have gone positive in between. DH knowing when its peak ovulation can get stage fright.

As for my situation, I don't think anything will show on a scan at this point (it's touch and go if it will show Monday). It's too early really for sickness. I know this. I'm just stressing as I really hope this is the one.

@PeanuttyButter my symptoms this time round have been nothing like my other two pregnancies. I’ve been blessed with no sickness at all this time round! My main (and only really) symptoms are sore and heavy boobs since 8/9dpo and excessive cm. I’m 15+5 and these have been consistent since the start. I can’t really say I’ve felt pregnant this time round.

As for the weeks tests, I never reached 3+ with my DS abs we made it to 24 weeks so I don’t think they’re as reliable as the scans. I’m hoping when you go on Monday they manage to give you some reassurance.

@Annny27 my SIL was told all 3 of her children were small but they all weighed 5.5 pounds at 37 weeks which I wouldn’t say was small. I don’t think they can accurately tell on ultrasound but sounds like they’re looking after you 💖💖

I decided not doing it wasn't worth the constant thinking about doing it. Got my 3+ this morning !
I honestly didn't think I would get it until at least tomorrow, even Monday based on my calculations. Made up.

@PeanuttyButter I was thinking i might start tracking again. I'm later than expected at the minute don't feel like AF is on route at the minute but we shall see. I normally jinx it! Amazing test result!! So happy for you ❤️

@Kelb79 glad your DH is on bad, sorry about his dad :( what will they do at the consultation and would you have to be in Spain for the entire of the stims and egg retrieval/ transfer period? Sounds like things are going in right direction

@Annny27 its the 23rd May. Getting anxious waiting now. Just need to know if the heart is ok.
I think I’ve had a few flutters. Not many though. 16 weeks today. How about you?
I think with my son I started feeling flutters around now but boy often, but by 20 weeks I felt them a lot. X

Such bad cramping today. Obviously I'm fearing the worst. God I hope I'm not losing it.

@PeanuttyButter I had super bad Cramping (and a spot of spotting at 6 weeks!) - apparently Cramping is uterus expanding even if it feels like period pain xxx

@Angelmama1121 I am sure all will be fine 💗 but nerve wracking none the less
I have been feeling very small flutters too 😍😍

@PeanuttyButter I too had cramping and a bright red bleed which they said could still have been implantation at 6 weeks. Cramping is normal 🤞🏻💖💙

@PeanuttyButter Absolutely amazing to get 3+ already!!! Brilliant news! I had cramping and spotting a few times in the weeks before my 13 week scan but was told that it was common in the early stages of healthy pregnancies and every time I had a scan afterwards the baby was fine and she's a healthy baby. I know it's very early but I really hope you get some reassurance on your next scan. Sending loads of love and positive thoughts. Xx
