Can anyone see the faintest of lines? Probably just me eyes or an indent. Can see it better on an edited version but sure I see it in real life.

Yes! I defo see it on the first pic. @Charl881 🤞

Nik84 · 24/02/2022 17:49

So, despite a faint line on a FRER I don’t think I’m pregnant. I think it just picked up on hcg from my miscarriage last month that the cheapies weren’t picking up on. I’ve been spotting for a few days which has gone from barely anything to like the end of a period (no red blood) I’m concerned as I read the first period is usually very heavy. Anyone who’s had a miscarriage that can let me know what their first period was like??

DM1720 · 24/02/2022 18:05

@Charl881 yes I definitely see a very faint line! Tomorrow morning it should be more visible! Hopefully this is your bfp!! 🤞🏼
@Nik84 have you done any more tests since? Have they got lighter or darker? I have had a miscarriage. It was a few years ago but I’m pretty sure my period was normal, maybe a bit heavier than usual. But normal enough!

Nik84 · 24/02/2022 18:11

@DM1720 I have done a couple of cheapies, saving the other frer until Saturday so I don’t waste it. I suppose the cheapies would start showing by now. I’m surprised by how I’m feeling, I’m suddenly terrified of being pregnant again and hoping that I’m not. It’s very confusing 😔

Nik84 · 24/02/2022 18:12

Forgot to say, apart from a possible shadow, negatives on the IC’s.

MrsGrealish · 24/02/2022 18:13

@Nik84 I logged all this into my health app on my iPhone. Period after was only 4 days with 1 heavy day and 3 light flow days xx

Nik84 · 24/02/2022 18:18

Thankyou @MrsGrealish, hopefully I’ll have a heavy flow day tomorrow. I’m usually heavy for 2-3 days from the end of the first day, then 2 light days. Was yours different to your usual?

MrsGrealish · 24/02/2022 18:27

@Nik84 it was a little lighter than usual. I'm normally 2 heavy days 1 medium and 2 light. And can I just say this was exactly how I was feeling after the positive test on Monday. Cried a lot. Scared. Hormones are a funny thing.

Charl881 · 24/02/2022 20:12

@Nik84 no experience sorry but I’m sorry to hear that and hope you’re ok!

Hi ladies,
I’ve got a very intense lower back pain that’s come on all of a sudden, still no period. I’ve never had back pain in this way before a period, anyone know what it could be.
Thank you in advance x

Hi @Nik84, I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks in December 21. My first AF after this came at its expected date in Jan, however it was very light,
more like spotting than normal AF. My next one in Feb came at expected time as well and was normal flow. Around a week after Feb AF I have had spotting again especially after DTD. I think it's just our bodies trying to get back to normal. Like yours my first AF after miscarriage was very light so as yours was too I would think it's quite normal

Bubblesandballoons · 26/02/2022 15:09

Finally braved testing this morning and got a faint line. Only to start bleeding this afternoon. Hoping it’s implantation and not my period early, but I have some cramping too. About 11/12dpo and had a chemical last month, so not hopeful 😔. How’s everyone else doing?

Coastaldreamer · 26/02/2022 15:47

@Bubblesandballoons keeping my fingers crossed for you hun xx

DM1720 · 26/02/2022 18:16

@Bubblesandballoons if you had a line this morning I can’t imagine your period would be coming on the same day?! I’m not sure. I would have thought the line would go away again before period would come. I hope it’s implantation. It sounds like it! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

DM1720 · 26/02/2022 18:17

@Charl881 how are you since? Did the line get darker at all?

Summerishere83 · 26/02/2022 18:37

Hi ladies
We're ttc #2 after a chemical last month. Ovulation this month was on cd 8 which is way to early but we dtd just in case. My cycle has always been text book, until last month, 26-28 days with O on cd 12-14, so I'm a bit worried this month is a miss with such an early ovulation which my research says is probably not viable. I'm also 38 and have no previous pregnancies and experience to compare with and worried what chances I have really.. So I was wondering if someone can say from experience how O on cd 8 turned out for them. Thanks and good luck to all x

Bluemilan · 26/02/2022 19:26

Hi Ladies!
Sorry I perched my bum here and then lurked. Congratulations on the BFPs and sorry for the BFN.

Cd14 here, started using opks this cycle and just had my darkest one yet - would you class this as my peak? If so, I'm buggered. Dh tested positive for covid today and had put a firm no on dtd today as he feels rubbish. We dtd yesterday and the day before but fairly sure I'm probably out already if this is it!

DM1720 · 26/02/2022 20:17

@Bluemilan you should still be well covered if you’ve dtd yday and the day before! Any time in the fertile period is good as the sperm can live up to 5 days in there! And yes it looks positive to me! Best of luck!!

Bubblesandballoons · 26/02/2022 20:23

Thanks @Coastaldreamer and @DM1720. So far it hasn’t got any heavier, just when I wipe and seems to now be pinky, still a bit crampy though. Gonna hold off testing till Monday If I don’t start bleeding before then.
@Bluemilan yes I’d say that was your peak. I wouldn’t be too disheartened as sperm can live for a few days, so you are still in with a chance. Hope you dh is feeling better soon.

@Summerishere83 sorry I haven’t had any experience with early ovulation. Hopefully someone else will be able to help you out

Bluemilan · 27/02/2022 07:27

@Bubblesandballoons @DM1720 thank you!

Fingers crossed it is implantation bleeding @Bubblesandballoons

This mornings opk has gone back down to low, so not really sure what's going on as I thought it would drop to high and then low?

How is everyone else getting on?

Bluemilan · 27/02/2022 07:30

Bugger, I forgot to add the opk from this morning! Here it is

Trying for a November baby 🎇🍁🥮
Coastaldreamer · 27/02/2022 09:32

@Bluemilan that park looked like peak and then dropped as expected as levels drop post peak.

@Bubblesandballoons fingers crossed for tomorrow

I had another tiniest bit of spotting yesterday evening and then nothing. Cramps have also lessened so wondering if it was implantation.

Bluemilan · 27/02/2022 10:01

@Coastaldreamer thank you! I know you can't confirm ovulation without temping, but based on those opks do you think it's likely I ovulated yesterday or will ovulate today? Sorry I've no idea what I'm doing with them
