I honestly think the Vitex is either messing with my cycle or helping to regulate things over time, hopefully the latter. Will just have to wait and see what happens! I've also got quite sensitive nipples which I don't normally get at this time so I'm just very confused 🤷🏼‍♀️ 😂 How are you doing @Ladylou17? Xx

@Cruz86 hopefully it is just sorting itself out. Sensitivity is a good sign! How many dpo do you think you are?
I'm ok 9dpo trying not to test, not feeling any different apart from some cramping this morning. I'm not feeling very hopeful I've been super stressed this month xx

If my temps from the last 2 days are accurate, about 2dpo hahaha. But I'm not convinced I've even ovulated yet!

To be honest I've been so sad the house feels so empty, im hoping for positive news this month but I know they say stress is terrible when ttc and I've definitely not been calm this month 😂😂 how are you otherwise?xx

Well it was looking promising until I did an opk (as soon as they were delivered 😂) and this is what it looked like 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Cruz86 that's definitely a high opk doesn't quite look as dark as the test line, maybe test again this evening? Dtd just incase ☺️ xx

No it's not quite as dark! My oh is on his way back from a work trip and in total he'll probably have driven for about 11 hours in 2 days - already told me he's going to bed early when he gets home tonight. Blood typical!!! Xx

@Cruz86 not due AF till Monday so while away yet, I read average implantation day is 9 so trying to stay positive, im at the stage where I swear I can see lines I swear ttc drives you mad 😂
I probably wouldn't say and just be all romantic post Valentine's Day etc 😉 xx

Hi all - I have been vaguely following but I've taken a bit of a break from MN. It's going to be a long journey for us and mentally it has become just quite draining. Last night we got our referral letter.... a phone consultation at the end of July. I mean WTF. How can a phone consultation be so so so many months away... it's with the gynaecology department which is routine but with our results it is so unlikely that it is me that is 'the problem'... so why no referral to a urologist? It is totally mental. We have booked a private urologist appointment at the beginning of April but to do IVF with the NHS, it clearly wouldn't be until the end of the year. I'm so so sad.

Glad to see a glimmer of hope on the thread and will check for updates on the morning. Hope everyone is doing okay! X

Oh @FlyOnTheWall89 I'm sorry to hear that. If it helps to know my friend had an appointment to start ivf treatment this month it took from initial bloods and analysis etc 5 months. Hoping it's sooner for you xx
Hopefully the private tests you have done will move things along.
I had my bloods back today all normal. My progesterone was 60 which conforms I'm ovulating.
I did @Cruz86 but I wish I didn't. 🤦‍♀️😂😂 I'll do one again tomo. Would you say evening is best or fmu? Which do you do Cruz @Mama500 xx
