Continuation of our last thread…

All of us TTC and in different cycles and stages of our journey.

Helping eachother through the TWW, through the confusing days of OPK/BBT testing and charts, through all of the symptom spotting, the dreaded arrival of AF and the BFP announcements! 😊✨

January was a very lucky month for some who got their BFP and some of us are ready to make February our month!

With giggles and lots of support along the way.

@Newbiemg ahhh yes I remember you saying! Oh does it? I just started this cycle as literally never get much cm so seeing if this will help but also am worried it'll make me ovulate late now too but will see how this cycle goes! It's annoying how there's so many different reviews on supplements like you said some people say they noticed no difference, some say straight away etc I wish this was baby making was easy🤣

@beatingheartbaby ahh okay, yeah I was like that in December let's just see how it goes and now I'm tracking and doing everything possible to get a bfp🤣🤣 what does your app predict? I wonder if we are similar!

@Pops100 my window is 14th-19th. I think my bf will think im mad if I start testing hahaha but oh well if it doesn't happen soon then needs must. This is only our second month tho haha but tbh im not getting any younger so I worry lol

Today (11dpo) is the first day I’ve felt any kind of potential indication of anything going on- some very light tuggy/fluttery tummy feelings.

Might be nothing though and I’m 4 days into having Covid too so all kinds of unpleasant symptoms from that making it hard to pick out what’s what.

@Pops100 I don’t think it delays ovulation for everyone but I’ve read threads saying it has for some. I think all supplements probably work differently for everyone. I’ve deffo heard really good things about EPO and EWCM so I will probably give it another go if I don’t get my bfp.

Opk just now was 0.55 so going up. I think if it’s the same as my last cycle opks then I’ll have my peak tomorrow or Monday which would make my ovulation CD15 or 16. Last cycle I ovulated CD17.

So then I just have to hope my luteal phase lasts longer than 9 days 🤞

@Pickles91 how are you getting on? Have you had your peak yet? Sorry if I missed it.

All good here today, been busy enough and off to cinema soon... might be too late tonight to BD when home, today is marked as ovu day on PREMOM but maybe Thursday/Friday was enough?

Hello guys!! A bit of a late check in for me as I was off sorting wedding hair.

Sorry your opks were still low, but glad they’re on the up @Newbiemg! Maybe they’ll jump up to peak tomorrow? I actually just peed on a stick (well…in the pot) and got 1.58. My peak last month was 1.12 so I’m gonna take it as BD time!

I think thurs/fri would be enough @RMS0209, though a late night quicky wouldn’t hurt. Or a nice bit of morning sex tomorrow!

Hello all! Sorry I've been quiet - have been with my sister and one year old niece for a few days and it's been hectic! Now dog/house sitting in the countryside and it's lovely. Catching up on posts.

@RMS0209 it sounds like you have it covered! Will you DTD again tomo?
@Newbiemg hope you get your peak Mon so you can DTD that day! Hope the wedding hair appt went well @Pickles91 and congrats on your peak!

I'm 4dpo according to my apps and BBT - had a big temp rise this morning which was a relief (it had been creeping up slowly but now looks very much like I'm in my luteal phase - was panicking my temps weren't high enough!) nothing to report here really - it's been nice to be so busy tbh as I haven't really been thinking about my TWW much. Oh but some good news! My coparent did an at home sperm check test (have been nagging him to get a semen analysis and this was the compromise for now) and it came back as normal, so happy about that.

AF is due 24th and I'm hoping to wait until then to test. But last month I caved at 7dpo so who knows - it feels easy to say that now because I'm not yet in the antsy bit of the TWW! My main concern is that I have a transvaginal ultrasound booked (to investigate possible PCOS after blood tests in December) on the 24th - first day of predicted AF! It was the only date available so had to take the appt but what an annoying time to have a pelvic ultrasound?? Oh well. I guess I will know either way by that date and if I'm on AF then I'm sure they are used to that for ultrasounds.

@RMS0209 @lakejupiter I had planned to wait until after AF was late to test but each day I’m getting closer and closer to testing early.. these 2 weeks really do drag don't they hahaha

I am now 6dpo and I’ve had sore boobs since 4dpo which I think is unusual for me but at the same time it could be because I’m paying so much more attention to that stuff now

How long do you all usually wait to test? Do you tend to test before you’re late or after?

@Mays12 aww I'd try hold out aslong as you can, I was gutted last month when I tested on the Sunday! But sending you lots of luck for 2 lines x

Hi all! @Mays12 it's so hard not to symptom spot isn't it!! I found that I was spotting symptoms so much last month - from a couple of days dpo I felt so much weird stuff (sore boobs, strange dreams, nausea and bloating, lots of watery CM) and it was really gutting to get a BFN (or several BFNs as it turned out). I was also a bit scarred by testing early and seeing an indent line and thinking it might be a positive. So this month I have noticed nothing so far and I'm sort of happy about it as I feel like lack of symptom spotting will help with testing early but who knows how I will feel in a few days!

Not sure how active I’ll be but still trying to keep on this thread! Feeling pretty down but I know our time will come. No idea when we can even start trying again but just hope my cycles go back to normal asap! Xx

Yes! Wedding hair is all sorted thanks @RMS0209! I kept changing my mind, but think I have just about settled on the style. Let’s hope it looks good on the day. Would you say marry me is worth paying to see or wait for netflix?

All sounds great @lakejupiter! Hopefully it’ll be a zero AF scan for baby reasons, but if it is AF, I bet they see that all the time. Lucky them! Do you have any other signs of PCOS other than the blood results?

Haven’t DTD since getting the peak because we both passed out last night! Today is set to be chaotic, but hopefully will be able to tonight. Do you think that’s ok? DTD Thursday, peak Saturday morning, then DTD Sunday night? I think this is the downside of not telling OH about OPK results - he doesn’t know when DTD is most important!

Thanks @Pickles91 - yeah my blood test results showed high testosterone and subclinical hypothyroidism and have a couple of PCOS symptoms (weight gain/high-ish BMI and insulin resistance). Don't have irregular cycles and seem to ovulate each month (progesterone levels were fine on day 21 test) so not sure how much it is affecting my fertility but it could well be! Hoping to get some answers at the ultrasound and also eventually see an endocrinologist about hormones/thyroid.
