Just a 2nd thread for people ttc after miscarriage ✨🌈

Hi, I’d like to join please 💜
I had a miscarriage at the end of November 2 weeks before my wedding day😕 just went for a private scan & there was no longer a heartbeat at 9 weeks when I’d seen 1 at 6 weeks. Still absolutely heartbroken from it but time has made it much easier.
TTC but I don’t know if things are properly back to normal or not. I used Clear Blue ovulation to monitor until I ovulated (or thought I ovulated) but AF due tomorrow & no bfp 😕 very disappointing & hard to get by to the next cycle. Especially when your surrounded by lots of pregnant people! Xx

Hi everyone, sorry to hear about people being unwell☹💖 Welcome @bon234, so sorry for your loss☹💖 its so hard when theres pregnancy announcements everywhere, it really hurts!!

I'm mega confused right now. Had so much cm over the past 2 days, did a opk yesterday and was quite faint, today theres loads, like a mix of creamy/ewcm, no idea if this is my body trying to ovulate or (wishful thinking) that its a good sign...💖

Still very early @skl2021💖 wish you could just find out if dtd has worked straightaway, would save so much stress and money on tests🙈

@Sparklesurprise29 have u taken an opk incase it is ovulation? Maybe DTD just incase 🤞 hope it is good news! Yes I wish we didn't have to wait! I don't feel hopeful this month but we will see! But I'm prepared for af! X

I hope everyone and kids ok. So sorry to those needing to run around to hospital etc. Like this isn't stress enough!

Any advice on how to be...normal...out in the world? In the house? Really struggling, feel like I have nothing to give or say; it's the first thing I think about when I get up in the morning, and I can't put it down. My husband has said that if trying is going to be this stressful maybe we ought to decide to stop and be happy as we are. While I can see a point where that becomes true, that doesn't feel true to me right now, for us, so I feel like I also need to get my "chin up" for him a little so he doesn't quit the whole thing :/

Separate thing and I think conversation has moved on since then, hospital has told me that unless there's an infection, etc., there is no risk of trying again right away and that their advice is for dating/emotional reasons rather than risk to pregnancy. In case that helps anyone on the fence, I think we've prob. had conflicting advice which probably translates to "no one really knows."

I thought my partner may be like that following the miscarriage with TTC as I was so upset. He's swung the other way and now wants it more then ever because he saw how much it hurt me. Have you been able to speak openly with him about your hurt and your fears for future conceiving? Sending big hugs xx

Thanks everyone. It’s easy to see a bit of blood and get upset straight away. But it’s not that bad. It’s back to brown and barely there again. And my cervix is higher than it was yesterday so that’s a good thing. I think I’m just getting the last few dregs now. I think it’s ok to start DTD, maybe wait til tomorrow to be on the safe side.

@aesgriff Ha will do :P I do think some people have a bit more of the ability to fake it, though, or to have a bit of a "social front" whereas I can't help but wear everything I'm feeling, and that isn't really a good thing at the moment. I think a little bit of faking it would be good for me...
I did talk to my partner about it all this morning; we're at a bit of a stalemate. He doesn't want me to keep my feelings to myself but equally I know him, and he couldn't do this 2 or 3 more times and keep going. It also feels a bit messier for me, I think, than for him, as it's gotten tangled up with a lot of stuff from the past, whereas for him it's sad but it's straightforward if that makes any sense.

Sorry for TMI but I have soooooo much CM at the moment and its really creamy. So much I think I’m bleeding but then I check and I’m not. Is this a good thing 🤔

I'm so confused🙈 thats what its like and getting the ewcm too, now I'm worried I'm going to have a weird long cycle😟 when are you next testing @skl2021?

@Sparklesurprise29 Im not sure maybe DTD just incase and see if they get darker over next few days? But u thought u had ovulated didnt u 🤔 might just be a random surge? IL be testing again In the morning 😄 I'm all in now might aswell go for it everyday! 🤣🙊 x

Hopefully 🤞🏼 Fingers crossed for us all. My FRERS have arrived from Amazon so tempted but pointless wasting them at the moment

Yep so this messes up my dpo countdown😅 going to try dtd later when DH comes home from work just in case 🤣 quite right @skl2021 and your chances of seeing a BFP are going up each day🤞🤞
My FRERs are stored in my toiletries cupboard @cindy974 every time I go in there I'm so tempted 🤣 even though now I don't know whether I'm coming or going right now!!

@Sparklesurprise29 I got ewcm before my bfp in October. And apparently we can have a secondary estrogen surge in the middle of the TWW, so if your opk isn't peak, I wouldn't necessarily worry about ovulation! X

He's okay thank you @Skl2021, decided against taking him as he was alright in himself, and he's perked up more and more as the day's gone on! Just suffering with bad cramps, although I think exactly the same thing happened with my bfp too x
