Can I ask something hoping it's not tmi!
I have been quite constipated yesterday and this morning but I just went and when I wiped there was a lot of moist/lotion (but more moist/watery) cm! Is that because I went to the toilet or is that a bad sign that I haven't ovulated? I'm confused :(

@Hopingforarainbow27 when do you think you ovulated?

@Sassy144 I had ewcm on 29th December so I did a opk test and got a static smiley!

I'm out ladies! 😒 It's my first cycle since miscarriage so trying to focus on taking this as a good sign my body is now ready to try again. Easier said than done when all I can think about is being pregnant again.

Cm can vary to be honest, I've had creamy cm since ovulation around 29 Dec and just got BFP. I also sometimes get ewcm right before af comes, so I suppose it's hard to know!

@HelloNope @Bringonbaby3 hoping you both don't mind the tag. AF arrived for me at the beginning of the week. We're now on our second monty trying for our third although I'm now doubting/ questioning our decision. I'd love to hear more about your reasons if you are willing to discuss? We are so fortunate to have to wonderful DC but we've always felt we'd like one more. However I do work full time, husband often works away a few days a week although cope just fine. I worry about how life will pan out with three but worry I'd regret not trying if we stick at two 🤯

I apologise if my post comes across as insensitive to anyone trying for their first. I fully appreciate the position I am in especially after trying for well over a year for our second.

I am worried again. I think at 17dpo the lines should be really stronger 🥺

@Sunrise321 and @2022WIP honestly the body is very resilient and I’d say in the majority of ED cases, it likely reverts to caveman status when it needs to preserve fertility above all else. 3 years ago I wasn’t in a good place, I’d just moved 3000 miles, knew I was getting engaged and came off my pill to lose an extra few lbs thinking I couldn’t conceive. 48 hours after said engagement I found out I was 5-6 weeks pregnant 🤦‍♀️. I’ve done a lot of growing and healing since then. This time around I’m really hoping for a healthy full term pregnancy. The last time I didn’t cope well with my changing body, largely as it hadn’t been a conscious decision to get pregnant and I just didn’t understand the toll it would take. After one miserable nicu experience, but now healthy dd, I’d recommend anyone with an ED past get some professional help when pregnant to help adjust to the changes. Good luck to anyone in this boat. The main thing I want to say though is I think the majority of times an ED past will not affect fertility, so fingers crossed for you all x

@AlmostLondoner can you call the epu /your gp to get bloods taken just in case? I’ve seen faint line progression when googling be totally fine, but also I’d want to know. Could you do the cb digital with dating to see if that picks up the right time? Maybe that’s mental torture though. Blood tests are more reliable tbh.

@Hopingforarainbow27 yeah cm varies so much from woman to woman, I've been dry to lotiony myself. And just a few months ago before I was on metformin (not sure if related tho!) I was wet a lot during my time before my period.

Questions for all ladies pals- I'm having swollen gums and see bleeding. I've always had really good oral health (mom is in dentistry 😬). But I'm reading it can also be a period thing? Though everything I'm reading says women get gum sleeps during or right before periods, due to progesterone. I'm currently 8 dpo with a 11ish luteal. Of course I'm hoping it's pregnancy gingivitis (only time I would hope that) any one have some thoughts or experience with this?

Thanks @RosyappleA when are you testing? 🌈 I really hope we do although I'm the same. I'm not hopeful. I know that's the wrong attitude but I never want to get my hopes up

I have been pregnant before, conceived first time but it didn't go to term. Hated the small changes in my body (didn't realise how lucky I was - what I'd give to have them now). The advice you've given is v valuable!

I'm a bit older now but still hoping!

BFN today but it wasn't FMU and not due on until Friday so still hoping! Will start tracking ovulation next month!
