Hi All,

I'm almost 30 and TTC #1.
I came off Yasmin BC pill after being on it for over 10 years. Had withdrawal bleed as usual and then I had my first natural period 6.5 weeks later. I'm currently on CD 18.
I started tracking with OPKs from day 7. No positive yet, but the darkest line was on CD 16 (but not as dark as control line) .

I'm just looking to see what other people's experiences were? Did you ovulate right away after BC?

I know everyone is different and my body may take a while to adjust but I am
Interested in others experiences!

Xxx

Is it possible you missed the peak on CD16?

I'm on a post pill group on here and honestly it varies a crazy amount. We've had people get pregnant before their first bleed, others waiting 140+ days for their first period etc. A lot of us have ended up tracking our temperatures in the end, as quite a few of us suspected we were getting peak ovulation tests without actually ovulating. It's all a maze!

@Juno231 thanks for your reply!
I actually tested 3 times on CD 16. The first one was strongest and second two were lighter. None have been as strong as control line.

Yeah it's really tough to know! Especially as my first natural period took about 45 days to come, I'm thinking maybe this one will be a long one too and I may not ovulate until later in cycle?

Great will join now xx

@Farley21 could also be that you peaked in CD15? Keep on trucking and time will tell!
