I honestly have no idea if I've ovulated or not yet and really feel like I need to cover all bases by carrying on DTD, but I really can't do anymore! 4 times in the past 6 days is my limit 😂😂

That’s what I feel like @Cruz86 what if we skip and it’s the optimal day! We did 4 days in a row last week and I’ve had to take two days off 😂😂.

Love all these suggestions though gals! I’m going to get out of my very unsexy WFH sweats and suggested we go to the pub for a date night.

I'm only on CD3 as AF showed 3 days early and spoiled my fun lol.
This month I am going to start OPKs from CD7 or 8 because I'm not sure I've been ovulating or when. I've got easy@home ones and CB as easy@home don't seem to have worked for me in the past unless I've just done them wrong! Been off the pill since May but haven't actively been trying just going with the flow and seeing what happens. Last month I had what I thought were pregnancy symptoms but did a test and it was BFN and then AF showed. I was excited for minute so we have decided this is the month to really really try!

Hey! Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet in this thread. I’ve been trying not to obsess this month. I’ve felt like AF is coming all week… but testing with cheapies because I have no self restraint. I’m 10dpo (short luteal phase - af due tomorrow or Sunday) so was surprised when I thought I could see a squinter on the cheapie test. Bought a FRER to settle my crazy mind… but I think there’s a line? Am I going crazy? Thanks friends!

Thank you both! Will hold off telling DH for a couple of days. He’s away with work and only he sporadic email access (ideal) and I don’t want him to freak out unnecessarily 🙈 I’ve saved a digital I’ll do on Sunday if AF doesn’t arrive.

Maybe try again tomorrow or in a couple of days, but try with a pink dye test, they seem to be better / clearer (and safer from evaps!). Have all my fingers crossed you hit us with a BFP!! x

Hey @FlyOnTheWall89 we’ve only ‘properly’ been trying for a couple of months but I’m a long time lurker. It took a while for my dh to feel ready!

Due to him in the military (potentially outing myself but ah well), if it’s not this month, we only have November left to try… or we have to wait til next September! If it wasn’t for the limited months to try this year, I probably would have been more chilled.

Only thing different this month was using pre-seed. DTD all 4 days before Ov (using opks) but not on Ov day itself. Don’t want to get ahead of myself but keeping my fingers crossed! 😬🤞🏻

@Cruz86 no I don’t. Do you think I should get one? Maybe to do tomorrow? Unless an internet cheapie counts? I did one of the ones that came in the pack of cheap ovulation tests this morning. The line was SO FAINT I can’t even get a picture of it.

Really trying to not test at all in the TWW but what's the earliest people have got BFP before? I'm 8dpo so know it's too early. I was thinking maybe Monday/Tuesday if I'm desperate 🤣

Hi all! Is anyone else on clomid this month? I got my LH surge (peak) on CD13 (Wednesday) and peak again on CD 14 (yesterday). Today (CD15) the one step LH strips, my clear blue monitor and the normal clearblue ovulation tests are negative. So I've definitely had my peak... but no rise on my BBT chart?! I've been charting for 6 months and I always get a rise after ovulation whether I've conceived or not (I've had 2 pregnancies in the last 6 months both ending in a miscarriage). Obviously today is 48 hours since the first peak... do you reckon I perhaps I still haven't ovulated? I always tend to ovulate on my 2nd peak day and have a clear temp rise with it so I'm confused what's going on? It's my first month on clomid so not sure what to expect 🤔

@positiveovernegative this is a trick question! 😂 depends when you would have implanted… if you implanted early, sure 8-9 DPO is not impossible, but if you’re yet to implant, it won’t show anything.
Tbh, I’ve seen so many people on here get an early positive only to get their AF later, that I’m starting to think it’s best to save yourself the heartbreak and only test on day of AF or after! I know it’s easier said than done though !

What do you think of my tests? Was my peak last night/overnight? Is it today? I’m a bit uncertain! The reading this morning was a tad higher than last night but it’s been lower at lunchtime and now. (Also to my eyes, this morning looks lighter than last night- just me?!)

Would appreciate the insight! X
