It seems AF is coming to get me end of this week (Fri), so instead of feeling sorry for myself I’m trying to look forward to October and getting to try again! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Dobcaty I am CD12 today, I’m thinking that may be what will happen to me, but just confused at the static smiley face on CB a couple of days ago?? It’s all so confusing x

@Firsttimetrier i was using CB twice a day as i got closer to the predicted ovulation day - first once at around midday and second one at around 7pm. I got circle at midday, flashing at 7pm and the static smile at midday next day. To be honest I didn't know CB suggests first morning wee.

@Mrslight I’ll give it a go later this afternoon if I can hold for long enough 😂.

CB seem to be the only one who advise using the first one, whereas the others say to test later in the day, from 11am.

Honestly, it’s a total minefield this TTC business! Not as simple as they made out in school 😂🤔

@Firsttimetrier, you have absolutely nothing to worry about darling. First use is ALWAYS blank circle, until CB learns your levels - I'd expect if you test again tonight, you'd get a flashing. If not, tomorrow morning at the latest. If your O is supposed to be Mon (and that's correct) I'd expect you to get a static on Sun morning! :)

@beckybabyx it's not not possible that you'd get your High/Peak on the strips later today. I was getting lows for DAYS, including yesterday morning, and then suddenly yesterday evening - BAM - High!

I'm CD 15 today and have gotten another high (actually slightly higher than last night!) reading this morning. According to my app, O should be today, according to another - tomorrow. So not sure what to count today as yet. I'd love to do a quick BD tonight, but not sure how keen DH will be for a 3rd day in a row.

I think I am 6 or 7 dpo. I didn't track ovulation properly this month as my husband wants us to be relaxed about it.. easier said than done haha. No symptoms really, I had some cramping but could just be ovulation cramps

How long are your cycles normally @beckybabyx? CD12 is still early on so seems like ovulation is on its way over the next few days!

@Danani thank you ❤️ preparing for the new cycle 🍀🤞🏻 negative @ 12DPO, even though I wasn't checking BBT throughout the cycle I started with normal thermometer until I get a proper one and it's extremely low for the past 2 days (as low as 95.5), still cramping, sore boobs and mood swings which means AF is definitely coming 🐵 but I had my moment of sadness and now I'm moving on with hope for the next one. Hopefully I still get to eat for two this Christmas! And I will stick around here to see how you all get on, hopefully lots of BFP still to come 🎈

Awww, I'm sorry to hear this lovely. I, personally, will not believe it till you say AF has actually arrived. 12 DPO can still be early for a BFP even if you are pregnant! But I totally understand how you feel, and I too hope if AF does come for you, that you have a super lucky next cycle and you do get to eat for 2 this Christmas! :)

I don't have much hope for me this cycle tbh. I just feel like it's not the one. So I'm right with you on to the next!

Oh that’s weird with the OPK, though I don’t know much about the CB ones… Did it say high or peak yesterday?

They say that after you get your peak you should stop testing.. Wether you ovulate today or tomorrow I’d think you’re covered, even if you can’t DTD today :)

I really think it’s a really long shot for me this month but I need to wait and see😬
Period due on the 20th but I know damn well I won’t wait with testing until then. My aim is to hold off till at least 8-9 DPO. Until then I’ll just carry on measuring my BBT 🍀🤞

@Mummytobe93, the TWW is such a bi*ch. Stay strong till at least 9 DPO! I think you have a massive chance, especially after the legs in the air last night .
I got peak tomorrow morning on CB, but on stips was still low. Then in the afternoon, I got what we all determined looked like a peak on the strips too. Then this morning I haven't done CB (as the static smiley stays on for 48 h on the reader), but did a strip and it was as dark as yesterday afternoon and my app actually determined it was a tad higher than yesterday when I scanned it. So IDK girl. I'll do another at lucnh time-ish, and probably another one late afternoon too just to see what's up.

I agree with @Danani on this on @Peauela as dpo12 I still really early and you are so not out until af shows. If implantation happened on dpo 9 it can still take a couple more days for hcg levels to rise enough for a positive. Just hang in there! I’m right behind you on dpo10 and I’m not going to test until I’m actually late! My af due tues/wed so if no show by next weekend I will test with an early test. 😀

@Danani in that case you just have to get hubby for another ride tonight haha! 😄

@SammiStap thanks love, I kind of know that but I'd rather be surprised than hold on to hope because chances are really low this month. I had a chat with hubs and got him on vitamins for next month and told him when my next window should be 😎 😂

CD16 here and a flashing smiley this morning - I predict static smiley tomorrow but DTD every other day and probs all weekend to be sure :-). Some of you are a bit ahead of me but some will testing at the same time. Hoping for lots of BFPs from this thread!! x

@Peauela I totally get that. I’m trying to convince myself that what I’m feeling is menstrual pains and progesterone getting my body ready for a period 😂 I got aches going on low down on my abdomen and hips and my boobs just feel a bit tingly but yes, it’s just af preparing 😂 xx

I am somewhere between 5-8 DPO as I think I’m ovulating slightly earlier then my app as I was getting cramps a fair few days before my app said I was ovulating. Anyway, waiting to see if a positive this month, only our 2nd month TTC.
