I know everyone will think i'm crazy...but i'm saying it anyway

I have been trying to conceive my first child for the last two years.
I've suffered two miscarriages both at the 5/6 week mark. The first was Christmas day 2019 and the second was in July this year.
I've just finished ovulating, must be no more than 2dpo.
I know this is madness but I swear i'm pregnant. I just know.

With DD I just knew - I was about to go into a sauna / hot pool and just knew I shouldn’t, that I was pregnant.

Then in subsequent pregnancies DD got there before me - with the baby we lost she (age 2 and a bit) pointed at my belly and said “Baby there” and gave him a name. I’m now expecting and again very early on she came up to me, gave me a big hug and said “Mum, there’s a baby in your belly”.

I can relate to so many of these stories. After I had DC2 I knew I wasn't done, and I really felt 'someone' was around and waiting in the wings if that makes sense. I felt I had a third child somewhere, I know that sounds strange. When she came along (I posted upthread about knowing I was pregnant way before I was due on) I also had a vivid dream about her, and she looked exactly how she did in my dream. Since I had her I haven't felt anything at all like it.
Hope AF still hasn't arrived OP!

Keep these stories coming! They are incredible.
No sign of AF yet. No I haven't tested.
I keep thinking the minute I hand money to the cashier for the test the AF will arrive (that's happened so many times in the 2.5 years I've been trying to conceive lol)

If AF is still absent tomorrow, I'll bite the bullet x

I knew I was pregnant with my second. No symptoms. Just knew that when I took the test it would be positive. I don't think it's that mental.

I am loving the stories and positivity on this thread I think it's so wonderful that everyone feels comfortable to share their own stories here. Pregnancy and TTC can sometimes feel so lonely. My husband will never understand what it feels like when you have classic pregnancy symptoms and your AF arrives and you get so upset. I also have a very very pessimistic mother who was a nurse and did some midwifery - she knows what can go wrong and so didn't really like talking about my pregnancy the first time round because she was terrified for me. It came out of love I know, but when I wanted to get so excited at the 12 week scan, I felt like anything positive I would say would trigger a "well don't get too excited" type of response. Kind of feel like I'm internally going crazy in the TWW (on cycle 3 of TTC baby no. 2 who is 2 years 2 months).

Btw my mum is my best friend, we have a great relationship, I just found it quite isolating when I was pregnant because she was so scared for me. Just clarifying that Xx

I've got that periody feeling today.
No AF yet but maybe all that wishing has simply delayed its arrival.

Period feeling doesn't rule out pregnancy, I always got mild cramps and felt tender till I was about 4 months, so still possible you are.

I knew I was pregnant the second time round. I’m not sure exactly how early as I didn’t know when I ovulated as never tracked anything back then but I just had a feeling and I’m sure it was about four days after DTD. That pregnancy is now a teenager.

Definitely not impossible. I just knew I was pregnant with my second DC. I can't explain the feeling but like you said it was gut instinct. I have absolutely everything crossed for you OP 💐

AF is still not here-I thought it would be after how I felt this morning. Breast pain has dramatically increased and im bloated. Could be signs either way.
My fella said I should keep taking the vitamins, keep avoiding caffeine and alcohol and just see what happens...I think he cant face the disappointment of a negative test either, bless him.

Been TTC for 2.5 years. Between ovulation testing and pregnancy testing, at one point I forgot it was possible to just wee without peeing on a stick. We got a bit obsessive at that time and it wasn't good, so I've learned a little restraint I think. Too many intense emotions took its toll on our well-being and relationship.

With DS I felt like I was 'coming on' for around 10 days before I clocked and thought I should test. I really admire your patience. We are all rooting for you x

I have everything crossed for you. This has been a lovely thread to read 🥰 I had no idea with my son until the time around when AF was due but I knew the moment I conceived my daughter. I tested daily for 2 weeks, and that was in a time before IC were a thing. Cost a fortune 🤣 My beautiful DD is now 17. I really hope you get your BFP when you do test 🤗
