@broodyas it's going good so far thanks! I'm actually feeling really calm this month, not symptom spotting or anything, so it's actually making time go by a bit quicker just getting on with things :) cant wait to test though! how are you getting on?

I tested on Wednesday and got a BFN. Tried to test again today, as still no AF and feeling very nauseous the whole day but I think the test was faulty as it didn't absorb any liquid 🤷🏼‍♀️ no more tests left so will try again this week!

@Kristinax im glad you're feeling chilled! Really hope it stays that way ☺️ it seems like the best way to be! I am feeling fairly "what will be will be" but also there is a part of me that is desperate for a BFP 🙈

I'm due AF a week tomorrow. First time tracking BBT and my temp has been all over the place with no clear ovulation/luteal phase at all, so I suspect I'm out this month! Thinking once AF arrives we'll go and get some tests done privately for peace of mind as it will be 7 months of TTC then.

@broodyas oh good, that's the best attitude to have! Though it doesn't matter how relaxed you are it's always so devestating when the BFP doesn't appear, but hopefully it will be our month!

@BritInNZ oh no, it can be so confusing can't it, sometimes other factors affect the temp so you never know! Do you take it first thing in the morning? Do you use OPKs too?
Definitely worth doing to give you peace of mind, although I've heard anything up to a year of trying is pretty normal?

I do take at the same time everyday but I don't use OPKs too, they're too expensive! I used them one month when they were on offer and half price but I never got a solid smiley, only the flashing one. Yes up to a year is normal, but I figured we'd have to pay for tests when it gets to a year anyway so we might as well do them now rather than waiting and doing them in a few months.

Tested today, dilute urine on a FRER - very very tentative very very faint possible BFP 🤞🏼going to leave it a few days and retest!

@BritInNZ yeah they're not the cheapest, I have used easy@home in the past and their a bit more affordable but can be confusing ! Yeah I completely get that, worth getting checked out if you're worried, especially as it should make the whole trying process a little bit less stressful knowing there's nothing wrong :)

@broodyas aw that's great news! Tentative congratulations I hope the line will get darker over the next few days and you'll get your clear BFP!

I'm 8dpo today and feeling PMSy in terms of my mood. Also been really tired today and yesterday. Looked back on my app and I've tracked PMS and tiredness 4 days before AF on most cycles (I'm 4 days before AF today). So not looking good for me!

I got some cheapo easy@home tests with my OPKs so think I'll give one a go on Wednesday at 10dpo just for fun and because I have loads! But definitely not feeling any different 😔 x

@Lebe14 I think I'm going to test in a couple of days time if AF hasn't arrived. I'm hopeful but also trying to think that there's a big chance I'm not pregnant so I'm not disappointed!
It's so hard isn't it - remember lots of very early pregnancy symptoms are similar to PMS symptoms. Hope you are okay!

Came up within 20 seconds on fmu today 🙈 5 weeks today from LMP... feeling very cautiously excited! Still so early.

I'm 2dpo today, so I've got a long ol' wait ahead of me. I'm (still) not an early tester! I've got loads of cheapy hcg tests but I'm not sure how sensitive they are so there's probably no point in using them early cos the result would either be disappointing or confusing! I've stashed a couple of fancier clear blues that I'll only be using when I actually miss my period - so, possibly not until sometime in 2029 😂

Thank you! DH and I are trying our best to stay calm and not get excited.

I've felt a UTI niggling since Sunday and it's now come on today boooo so I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself. I have some antibiotics which I got for another one a while back which ended up not being as bad as I thought, so didn't use them. So have started to take them. Not a good month for me so far!!! Just want this month to be over now and to get onto the next.

@lebe14 Ahhh UTIs are the worst! Last time I was awake half the night cos sitting on the sofa was the only way to minimise the discomfort. I had to send DH to fetch my antibiotics in the morning cos I just didn't want to move. Hope you feel better soon!

Hi everyone, can I join you? I'm cycle 1, TTC#1, and nervous about it all as I've just been cleared to TTC by my onc after hitting 2 years clear of breast cancer. I've been using Premom OPKs for a couple of cycles just to try and understand what happens when, and I'm pretty sure we dtd in the fertile window, so now just in the TWW and seeing what happens. Sending good luck to everyone who's trying!

Thanks @taytay2020 - they're horrible aren't they. I went through a phase of having lots about 2 years ago but have quietened down since then. Luckily I'm not in too much pain now, so antibiotics must be starting to work already. Fingers crossed. Hope you're okay x

@Ruibies of course you can join. And congratulations on your 2 years clear of cancer - that's amazing. I can't begin to imagine what you must've gone through. I've found OPKs great to get to know my cycle. Fingers crossed that you have a lucky first cycle! When is AF due? Are you planning to test at all or holding out to see if AF arrives? X

I'm 8dpo and tested today, and shockingly it was a BFN.. I don't know why I do it to myself! But now I can relax until Friday, I'll do another one then at 10dpo! I haven't got any symptoms though tbh, just the normal ones I get before my period so not very hopeful this month tbh!

@Kristinax sorry you got a BFN. But like you said, it's still really early so fingers crossed for you.

I too am feeling completely normal and nothing different to previous cycles. I'm 10 DPO and tested this morning with an easy@home cheapy and it was BFN 😔 I wasn't expecting anything different for this cycle to be fair as I've not had even the faintest of lines since I started TTC but there's always that small amount of hope that I can't help having..... AF is due on Friday (possibly even tomorrow) so I don't have long to wait. Fingers crossed you get a BFP in a couple of days! X

@Lebe14 yeah I always expect to have like 10 different symptoms in the tww if we were successful, but in reality so many people don't get any until 6ish weeks so we can't lose hope yet!
I used the easy@home ones as well, but I heard they're not very sensitive so I ordered some FRER ones instead! Will see how I get on, even if it's BFN again I can at least mentally prepare myself for my AF to arrive!

I hope AF doesn't show it's ugly face, have my FX for you! Let us know how you get on :)
