Wow that last one was a quick one! The bus driver nearly missed the bus!🏎🚌

Here is the bus where anything goes, and chat isn’t just TTC it’s anything. Ranting very much encouraged to her things off your (are they sore boobs?!) chest. The last bus had loads of work promotions too & we’ve still got interviews so hopefully it’s a lucky bus in more ways than just making babies.

We are here to help and support each other & anything goes. We’ve had losses, heartache & some super fertile short ride passengers so welcome all.

@Crazydoglady123 reading about your scan stressed me out. What a strange carry on. Nothing like making a worrying situation worse! I'm so glad everything is OK though and interested to hear you think the surviving one is the little one! Its a fighter! Lovely that you can now tell DS. Hopefully you can start to move forwards now and things wont be as rough on you.

@DKDK123 hilarious. Does lilt still exist? I remember throwing up after sipping it when hungover at work, and have never touched it since. 🤣 Vodka redbull - definitely can't touch that any more! 🤮
@Juno231 its hard to compare the SA results with pre wash ones so I'm not sure how it would compare. They pick better swimmers so the motility wouldn't have been 50 odd percent in the original sample. But the fact they put me motile ones in this time, than overall sperm last time has to be better?! Having said that I've read people having 40 million put in with 98% motility and it didn't work. I think it really is just it either will or wont. Rubbish about the lack of dtd. I find it hard to relate as mine wants to too often. 🤣 He's got a much higher drive than me. I want to in my fertile week but I'm not bothered at other times.

@amy2503 it's difficult with no long term data to actually say how it really affects cycles. But there's nothing you can do now about it, so worrying definitely won't help. Stress can delay cycles too. So having a good cry and getting out your system is good, and then you can look forward.
@Lexber oh no. I have my fingers crossed for you!

Nothing to report here other than stomach pains, but I had this last time. Can only assume it's the trigger shot I react to. And I'm so fed up I might kill DH. I'm getting fed up stuck being able to do nothing. And he keeps having a go at me because he's doing everything. Which isn't quite true. People only seem to care you have a broken arm for a few days. After that you are just inconvenient. 🙄 Its looking better though! Our dog threw up on the long pile rug yesterday morning @Kirky658 and the settee overnight. 🙄 FFS.

Thanks guys, it's def a loss - heavy bleeding and clotting and I'm usually much lighter so I'm driving the van myself around the NC500 eating choc cookies trying to be grateful that we now know we can xx

@paintfairy it must be really frustrating with your arm but it'll heal before you know it just make sure not to over do it. Easier said than done when you're impatient and frustrated I know. When I broke a bone in my foot I got so sick of not being able to do stuff that I climbed up a steep rocky hill using my crutches to dig in and get me up....what I hadn't figured was how the hell I was getting back down and DH had to come carry me off the hill 🙈 so I know all too well the frustration of a broken bone just don't be stupid like me and try to do things that your body isn't ready for 🤣

Your arm means you can’t possibly clean up dog sick though @paintfairy, right?

@Sunbird24 🤣 actually he did do that. Mainly because he was the one to discover it. Bloody dog. Usually I do it, purely because I want it doing properly! 😆
@DKDK123 that is ridiculous! 🤣 But then I did climb on a horse last week to see if I could ride. 🤔 And I can. I just can't put a saddle on or get on/off very easily. 🤣🤣

It was just too early - I tried again with a more sensitive one!

Had my early scan today, they put us at 7+4 (two days ahead of my calculations - which explains my 6dpo positive). So far, so good 🤞

@Tornado2Inc glad all was ok. Even with the 2 day difference that was still an early bfp wasn't it!

Still poorly here but definitely am (slowly) improving, managed to have a relatively normal morning and seemingly getting my appetite back. Being ill is so annoying though!

@larrythelizard thank you, official test day is a week tomorrow. I just can’t get excited as I’ve been here twice before. It’s going to take seeing a heartbeat at the clinic at 8 weeks for me to start trusting it I think.

@amy2503 there is nothing to suggest the vaccine affects fertility long term. Many women, including myself have had a dodgy cycle or two after the vaccine but it tends to sort itself out. If it helps I have had both doses and got pregnant the second cycle after both. First sadly ended in miscarriage but I am now over 8 weeks.

Great news on the scan @Tornado2Inc, I think some just grow a bit faster than others - I had a scan last week and measured 4 days ahead of when I ovulated. Sonographer says I probably ovulated early but I was temping so I know.

@Kirky658 have you swam all the way through your pregnancy? With ivf they tell you not to have baths/swim after transfer and I still haven't done since. We go centre Parcs in a few weeks and hoping going swimming will be okay

@paintfairy part of me is now accepting the singleton pregnancy more but I still get upset so easily. I just don't think pregnancy hormones are helping the grieving but I know I'll get there. I had a huge intuition that they were two girls. Looking forward to finding the sex out in a months time. Fingers crossed this cycle does work for you 🤞 That is one hell of an incision on your arm! Who said horses were fun 😬😂 Sorry your OH is being moany. Men are just incompetent 🙄

Could you tell the person doing the scan that you find it a triggering experience due to the trauma of losing a twin, and suggest any ways you think they could make it less stressful for you?

@Crazydoglady123 if you can find the words/or if you can get DH to why not say something as soon as you walk in to the scan, that you've lost one baby and you're very anxious about it all?

Hi @Crazydoglady123, a loss is still a loss and it is absolutely not a consolation that you still have one of your lovely twins. You grieve however you need to and definitely get DH to do the talking if it will upset you. I get it, you can just about hold it together but saying the words just tips you over the edge. Hope you have some lovely photos and don’t get too anxious at your scan ❤️

@Lexber aww bleeding and cramping is always so worrying but hopefully it's nothing bad🤞 I had a cramping and light bleed followed by 4 days of spotting at 6 weeks and all was well. Definitely don't worry about OH being type 1. My husband is type 1 and we conceived naturally so shouldn't be an issue for yours!
