Hey ladies!
Back home now! Got 5 eggs so roughly as expected! Just hope a few of them fertilise! 🤞🏻 I literally don’t remember anything about the procedure after the consultant hooked me up to the sedation!! Just woke up and it was all over! Very strange but a big relief!!

@polejunkie so sorry to hear that only 2 fertilised! But let’s keep everything crossed that they are 2 gooduns and will go all the way!!

@clolo good news on the fertilisation rate there! Hopefully you’ll get a decent amount even if some drop off!

Hi girls so I only got my 3 very anxious about tomo I hope I just get 1 to make it through until Sunday enede up having to get some sedation I was a nightmare clenching pushing the speculum back out 🙈 so don't remember anything either in bed now didn't sleep well last night and basically want to sleep the day away until tomorrows update 🤦‍♀️
@polejunkie don't be disheartened I'd be buzzing if I still had 2 come tomo remember it's the quality that's important not the numbers

@becarefuloutthere transfer went well thanks. My bladder was so full it was really really uncomfortable when she pressed on it doing the ultrasound but I got through it without peeing on anyone haha.

@Narwhal88 sounds exactly like mine, I was holding onto the screen lol! The lady down the other end had to ask me what was wrong as I was wincing and wailing so much 😂 she told the sonographer not to press so hard on me 😆 I honestly thought it was gonna wee all over them!!
Congratulations on being PUPO 🥳 have you been told to test in 11 days time? Yours was a 5 day embryo right? Did you do the obligatory McDonald's chips afterwards? X

@Sjhigs glad you got your 3!! Yep I’m quite happy with 5, I was hoping for at least my 4 bigs ones and got one extra so that’s good!

@Narwhal88 glad the transfer went well! Did you transfer one or two? I’m dreading the full bladder bit (assuming we get that far) Really don’t want to wee on the doctor!! 🤣 when is OTD?

@crazycatlady1981 @becarefuloutthere just the 1 transferred as NHS won't let me transfer 2. I was taking deep breaths to keep myself calm and not pee or scream 😂😂 had Burger King fries after (and a burger...). Yeah it was a 5 day embryo, my OTD is 13 days so 12th July!

@Narwhal88 12th July is my first scan date, it's gotta be a lucky day!! Good going on the BK, yummy 😋
I was surprisingly calm my first week, it was the second week I nearly lost it as it felt like I was coming on. Such a rollercoaster!

@becarefuloutthere yeah the 2nd week is the killer! I'm not worried about my period starting as I know the progesterone stopped it last time. They tested my progesterone yesterday and it was 105! They like it over 50.
Hopefully 12th July is a lucky day! How are you feeling now? I've heard the time between bfp and viability scan is the most anxious!

@Narwhal88 ah interesting, I never got that. I guess you're not nhs? I have everything pinned on this date 😬 I feel ok actually, less sicky feeling now, still have cramps on n off all day. Be interesting to see what happens towards the end of the week as I've heard it's 6 wks onwards that sickness can kick in. I'm pretty bloody anxious I won't lie, it's tough keeping the anxiety at bay but weirdly the cramps help as I feel like somethings still happening in there.
So you on the Brazil nuts and pomegranate juice etc?

@becarefuloutthere yeah I'm NHS, they never tested it for fresh but it's something they do for FET for some reason.
I can understand the cramps helping as you just want to feel something. I've been on the Brazil nuts and Pom juice for the last week or so but yeah still on them 😂 I've got a pineapple as well but will cut that up tomorrow.

Good to hear! I was exactly the same 😂 god knows if it really helps or not but helps calm the brain doesn't it.
