@Eli707 thank you lovely 🥰 I use the easy@home strips and they are meant to have a high sensitivity.

There are quite a few videos on YouTube that show comparisons of the results with the same pee (worth a watch so you can make your own mind up. A lot of reviews I've seen rank the easy@home ones well for early defection.

But ultimately I think everyone loves FRER!

I think I would also burst into tears 😂 I’m so pleased for you, I’m also still in disbelief over those lines at 9DPO 😂 it must be such a relief that you got them like that though rather than the whole super faint is it/isn’t it, at lest you know and don’t have that nagging in the back of your head!

@HRP1990 yeah it’s rubbish! When you think about it, say this takes a year, with all the waiting around we do we’re actually only spending roughly 12 weeks of that year actually doing something, the rest of it we’re just twiddling our thumbs 😂 doesn’t that just make you feel super great?! 😂

@Peachycream 🥰 well funny you should say that if I ignore LH in apps and just use BBT it says ten DPO yesterday which makes more sense!

Totally agree about the waiting around for half a month... it's so frustrating that you only feel like you can really do something for a couple of days a month.

@HRP1990 it is and there's a wedding next month too 😂. Me and OH are still deciding how to dodge it (a shared taxi has been organised for ages so we could all drink!).... happy to take suggestions!

Hang on - correction. 🧙 not due Monday at all! App is telling me lies!! It's decided that because last cycle was short this one will be too even tho every other cycle has been 27. My calculations say next Friday. But will AF come early as I think I ovulated early?? Or have I been ovulating earlier than I thought this whole time? So confused!!

It could just be that you ovulated earlier this month which extends your luteal period? Bloody 🧙‍♀️.. such a creature of mystery!

@KayL1988 well that makes sense? I think 🤔 I dunno none of it makes sense to me anymore. It’s only been 1 cycle and I’m already fed up with it, I’m not even sure I’m really gunna bother this month, purely because I can’t make any of it make any sense in my brain, I just feel like, well I can’t control the outcome anyway so why even think about it? I dunno, sorry, bad few days, im ruining your excitement! Ignore me! 😂

As for the no drinking though, I have no ideas, you have a blood test and you need to watch your sugar intake until it’s done? That’s a terrible idea but it’s all I’ve got 😂

I’m 6DPO, so just waiting at the moment! I find this stage quite boring, and I’m trying not to obsess and constantly google things! No symptoms at all yet but my temp has now gone up after ovulation so that’s promising. I’m holding out to test until next Wednesday when I’ll hopefully be 12DPO although I could get 🧙 from next Monday.

@Eli707 - sounds like you’re roughly at the same point as me! Any symptoms yet? I have the easy@home ovulation strips and there were a bunch of pregnancy tests included with them. I also have 2 FRER and 2 CB digitals stashed away 🙈

@PurpleCat88 I've had really sore nipples since Monday - thought it was probably just rubbing on my sports bra from a combat class I did at the weekend but has lingered so long enough that I'm itching to start testing...

As for the drinking - a worked with a lady who got out of drinking at the Christmas do by saying she was on anitibiotics. I suspected but you don't say anything do you! Was obvious what she'd done when she announced she was pregnant not long after.

Completely get the feeling @Peachycream I think it's super confusing. I felt like that a bit when I first started looking into it but always feel better knowing as much as I can. I think you just have to do what feels like right for you and causes you the least stress? Don't apologise for having a bad day, we are all here for each other!!

@Peachycream I get that feeling too - sometime I think it can't be healthy to be thinking about this all the time. I worry that I've left if all too late so I've decided that knowledge is power but that's not right for everyone - do what makes you happiest x

Haha @PurpleCat88 keep those tests stashed away with no shame! The FMU thing screws you up otherwise, if you don't have tests in... and you get a positive on a cheapie you have to do a mad dash out? Or you leave your pee lying around all day... or you wait until the next day to confirm.... nahhh I'm too impatient for that!!!

True @Eli707 ... I feel like my family might say something 😂 ask what the antibiotics are for and all that. Maybe I'll start with a mysterious ailment today 😂

Morning all! How is everyone today? So lovely about your bfp @KayL1988 although I agree excuses are difficult to come up with!

I am either 11 or 12 DPO - Still no sign of the 🧙‍♀️ for me, had some light cramps, backache and the smallest bit of spotting when wiping yesterday, thought she was arriving but dry pad this morning and nothing when I checked myself earlier 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ my gums also bled a bit when I brushed which never happens so that's a weird one unless I caught it on the brush. I feel like I'm learning so much and so little about my body at the same time haha anyone else feel like that? Im still gonna give it to this weekend and if no sign will use my last FRER...yikes!!

Normally I feel that way @KayL1988 & @Eli707 but the more I look into it the more it’s just stressing me out.

I’m really starting to question if all of this is the right choice for me, not just right now but at any point in my life.

I’m getting myself all upset and I don’t wanna be that girl crying on her phone haha.

I think this was mentioned in this group or another thread I was reading.. but most places you order on apps now as staff won’t serve you at the bar! So order non alcoholic mocktails to look like cocktails! I thought that was genius 😂

Morning everyone. I’m now 7 dpo and basically think I’m already out as my cm has disappeared and my heart rate has completely dropped). At least it means I’m not tempted to test and I’m just waiting for 🧙‍♀️ to come next week.

On the not drinking, could you have a glass of wine in front of you and occasionally pretend to drink from it / get your OH to do it when no ones looking? And you can say you accidentally got super drunk the night before and are still hungover so don’t want to drink much?
