I still haven’t taken any of these vitamins yet, I keep going to pick up the box and then think “what if it changes my cycle” and then I put it back down like……maybe tomorrow 😂

I just don’t know what to do for the best. My brain is ridiculous, I talk myself into it and then when I get to it I talk myself out of it and then spend all day feeling guilty that I didn’t……I mean, come on! 😂

That summer by j wiener. Only just started so can't comment. Realised last year I didn't read any summer holiday type books because of covid! Wish there was a way of doing a book share 😅
I know what you mean about beating yourself up! So much pressure on the woman!!

@HRP1990 well prepared!!! I'm away this weekend for a few nights .. you bet I'll be packing the 'conception kit' including a couple of pregnancy tests for good measure!

@KayL1988 that is such a good idea, I’d love to rotate books. I read quite quickly so I’d love to post a book and receive a book lol. Does that make me a geek 😬

I’m the same @Peachycream but with the vaccine? I go to book my appointment and then I’m like.. but what if it messes with my cycle or delays my period etc? I’ve heard a few comments on the radio about women worried about their fertility etc!

I just made the dogs breakfast and had my coffee (is anybody else only having one cup a day and feel like they savour every drop?! Or just me 😂). About to put a load of washing on and then get ready for another day of work.... fun fun fun.

I enjoy my job but I do sometimes fantasise about maternity leave! I know I'll likely spend half of it sleep deprived but I'm still excited ☺️ anybody else?!

@HRP1990 yeah I totally get it, I was worried about that too but with my job I didn’t really have a choice, I had to do it whether I wanted it or not.

Having said that, apart from feeling a bit shit for like 2 days, I’ve had literally no other problems, didn’t delay my period, didn’t change it in anyway shape or form, nothing. You gotta do what you think is right at the end of the day but by protecting yourself, you’re protecting everyone around you, including your yet to be baby.

You gotta remember that for every woman that has commented on here, on the radio or whatever there is another one that’s not had any problems. People don’t share their good experiences with stuff like that. I mean think about it, how many hideous birth experiences have you heard compared to good ones?

Just been catching up on last few days and as someone nee to the group it's so nice to know people are stressing about the same things as me.

At the moment I think I'm getting away with drinking alcohol free beer as I'm trying to lose weight anyway. Not had to attend a big event yet tho - got one next month and going to need a good cover story for that!

As my last cycle was so messed up after my Covid vaccination I have no idea where I'm at really. Started spotting on day 23 of 27 day cycle (which I've never had before), definitely had period by day 26 so not really sure when day CD1 was. Told app it was day 26 but app which tracks bbt says I'm 6DPO, but OPK suggest 3DPO. Could I be ovulating earlier than OPK thinks?? (Smiley face version so no misreading possible)

The TWW drives me a little insane - I'm such a laid back person about everything else but this is sending me loopy. So glad I'm not the only one googling early pregnancy symptoms - thought it was just me being neurotic!!

@Sparklingwine1 not just you. I'm completely lacking motivation for my job at the moment as just want to be on mat leave instead!

@Sparklingwine1 morning! Omg yes maternity leave! I’m self employed so it wouldn’t be ideal financially but the time spent off with a little one sounds so dreamy.

That’s absolutely true @Peachycream you always hear of bad experiences over good! I need to think of the bigger picture really, not ideal if it affects my cycle etc but overall I’m protecting myself and others around me I should be booking it.. brb😬

So I went to get my first covid vaccine last month figured I'd feel safer pregnant if I had some protection. I wasn't sure when/if I ovulated last month but that could just be because I'd not properly tracked! Other than that my cycle doesn't seem affected. But.. I think a lot of people reporting issues had AZ and I had Pfizer. I actually rang the clinic after booking my Appt to check it was Pfizer is get. I read loads of articles and pfizer and Moderna were ones most recommended for pregnant women. Yes I am an overthinking control freak. 😅😂

My point there was made at the perfect time about 1 good experience and 1 bad 😂

Exactly @HRP1990, I’ve seen just as many women on here saying they got their BFP within a few weeks of having their vaccine as I have women saying it messes up their cycle.

I should probably take my own advice at this point with the vitamins right? 😂

@Eli707 you could share your bbt chart and we could all try to decipher it??

Smiley face usually means LH rise which means your egg releases in within about 48hrs. So the smiley face won't necessarily be when the bbt detects your ovs actually happened... not sure if that's what happened??

@80sPadme sorry to hear about the BFN. Hopefully you aren't actually out.. think it's quite common to get a positive a few days positive a negative. Still keeping my fingers crossed for you xxxx
