Is this a positive pregnancy test result?

Hello everyone!

DH and I have been ttc for 6 months. We were really trying to time everything perfectly but no positive results so far, until today, maybe.

What do you make of this? It's a First Response test, as I'm testing about 6, even 7 days, before AF. The test line is so thin, I'm a little afraid to get my hopes up. But it does say on the box even a faint line if positive.

Any similar experiences with results like this? Did they turn out to be BFPs?

My period isn't due for about 7 days.. I've never heard of anyone getting a positive result so early. But I can't think of any other explanation!

I got a bfp at 8dpo, a week before mine was due too, it can happen. But it is still very early, so try and wait until your period is due to test again or see what happens.

At least until then, I'd usually wait until 6-7 weeks.

I'm starting to worry it's just an evaporation line as I didn't time the space between taking the test and the line appearing... I think it was about 10 minutes...
