@Willow1982 I took a FRER the other day and was so disappointed as it was BFN. However not discounting myself til I get AF. I read some women don't get it until after their period!

I've been so unwell the last few days. Hot sweats/ fever, sore throat, headache, nausea. Does anyone get this before their period? I have only had 4 periods since January so still learning about PMS!

Ladies sending some bank holiday love ! I decided to take a little break from Mumsnet for a little bit whilst I was still coming to terms with my miscarriage. I thought I would be ok and just kept working through it until my other half tried to have sex and I broke down in tears ! I feel better now and just waiting for AF to kick start things off again. I finally got a BFN today ( bittersweet I guess) I never thought I would be happy to see that stark white test.
@dunkedbiscuit I was really sorry to hear your news . Maybe we will be cycle buddies again .

@Gummybear17 that sounds really tough. Sending a bank holiday hug. Sometimes it’s good to let the emotions out and honestly acknowledge how we feel, well done for having the strength to do that x

Congrats to those who have pregnancies and I’m sorry to read a number are out or it didn’t last. It’s a journey! I keep recalculating due date for if next month works out... I’m Opk twice most days at the moment as I don’t want to miss a positive to help me know what my cycle is doing, fingers crossed see something this month!

Thanks @Twochews78, I feel fine after the vaccine, my arm was so achy and still a bit now, but I’m all good apart from that, good luck got yours, interesting about the vitamins I might read up on them, and the yoga, as I do normal yoga too! hope your having a good bank holiday xx
Thanks @Fiep, I hope you had a great birthday, it’s only the last few months Iv tracked so I guess I don’t know exactly what my cycles have always been, perhaps I’m a 30 day cycle person?!
I’m looking at this 31 day cycle as a positive as it’s not too short or too long!! On to June we go!!xx

Hi everyone. So I had my Pfizer vaccine this afternoon and feel okay but my LH was starting to go up this morning and had doubled by lunch time which normally means my peak is later the same day or the next morning and I just tested again and it’s gone back down to zero! So weird. Anyone else had the same thing when they have had a dose? Wondering it I’ll still ovulate in the next few days or if it’ll be delayed while my body deals with the vaccine.

@Gummybear17 I've been thinking of you my cycle buddy, I had to take some time away from everything for a bit too. Be gentle with yourself, pregnancy loss is really rough and just so gutting 😞 I've been feeling really angry the last few days as it feels so unfair!
There's a podcast I've found helpful, The Worst Girl Gang Ever, they also have a FB group which seems really supportive. Sending you lots of hugs xx

@AllyCat31 I’ve seen stuff about periods being late/early/heavy with the vaccine so try not to stress this cycle! Obviously women reporting these things were largely ignored to start with.

@Willow1982 sorry to hear that! Onwards to the June bus. My cycle was longer after I got the first dose so I’m expecting the same this month too. I’m not hopeful for June really, but glad to get it! Thank you. I started doing yoga during the first lockdown, it’s so good for my head. I do yoga with Adriene, love her! What do you do? xx

@Willow1982 there’s also a fb group called “Geriatric Mums” (terrible term for women over 35, but the women who runs it is just taking the mick with it) which is great for all the advice for older women. xx

Good to see you @Gummybear17, I think taking a break at times is really healthy. Can only imagine that BFN came with a whole truck of emotions.

I'm a bit surprised by the results of the CB advanced OPKs. I got my first flashing smiley yesterday at 12DPO, didn't test yesterday afternoon but then got a static smiley today. I was expecting a few days of flashing for some reason and it's unusual for me to get a positive before 13DPO.

Luckily we DTD last night, so hopefully if we do the next 3 days we're covered...

Hello, have been away so will read back to catch up. 12DPO here, on cycle day 31, with tests sat in the bathroom which I have so far ignored! No symptoms here so no temptation to test. Just waiting for AF to arrive really which is predicted 2 June but who knows as not sure how long my cycle is

Ahh sorry AF has arrived @Willow1982. Let’s hope the June bus is kinder to all! Glad you feel ok after vaccine as well. I have mine coming up next week

@Gummybear17 Sex after a mc can be very difficult indeed. So is sex for ttc. Although I initiated sex after my mmc, I struggled too. And it’s ok.

@dunkedbiscuit I love TWGGE! They’ve really helped me after my mmc. And not just with the mmc but the feelings that come after. I also love Zoeadelle.

@Twochews78 I’m hopeful for June, I feel each month I get a bit more educated with it all, I’m going to try and be more relaxed too, with a nice holiday at the beginning of the TWW hoping that will help as I won’t take tests away with me!! Iv heard of that yoga with Adrienne before Iv heard it’s good, I started a local class a couple of years ago, now we do it via zoom every Monday, it’s just an easy beginners class, nice and light! I’m going to look up that Facebook page, sound good!! Hope your well xx

I’m now cycle day 2 just enjoying a week of not peeing on opks and not stressing about when things are happening!!

Hi everyone I’m a newbie here hope it’s ok to hop on, I’m 12 DPO TTC number 1 first month trying ‘properly’! bfn yesterday and today using FRER (promised myself I won’t test early next month) - so I think I’ll be booking a ticket for the June bus too, best of luck everyone xxx

Saving my seat on the June bus too. CD12 so now in supposed fertile window. Just got to get around to DTD at some point when we have energy! Had the Pfizer jab last week so teaching OPKs to see if ovulation day comes

AF properly arrived today ! I had 3 days of light bleeding last week which I have no idea fear that was! I came off the depo injection in April so maybe it's my body getting back to normal. I'm a bit gutted but il b hoping out for June 🥺 wish everyone luck this month too ! Xx
