@Confused678866 hey! Yeah had scan all is well, going for monitoring 2 days a week for a few weeks until movements are better, but all is well, how's you? Xx

Yes all good thank you! Finally got around to buying a few baby bits we need so not much else to buy now xx

@Confused678866 only been reduced movements since having covid, was very active before, ah that's good! We just have the pram to get then all done! Going to see if there is any Black Friday deals first xx

@amyannx Oh okay! Probably just coincidence then.. I find that baby sometimes moves into a position where it makes it much harder to feel and then sometimes, I swear he/she is going to burst out of my stomach!
Yes definitely wait for Black Friday, worth a look! I just need to get some sort of small crib for the living room and then apart from milk etc, I'm done! Then I'll just have to buy my own bits for hospital bag.
I had to see a midwife at my hospital the other day because of my previous section... due to everything that happened when I had my son and how badly the induction went and just completely failed, I've got a section booked for my due date but with the hope that I go into labour beforehand 🤞🏻 xx

@Confused678866 how did you find the section? My little one is laying transverse they said plenty of time to move head down but if not I will be section too x

@amyannx My section was awful if I'm honest but that was because I was induced beforehand for 3 days so I was running on no sleep and it was basically just a really unpleasant experience on the run up to the section. A planned section is supposedly a little easier to recover from so that gives me hope. I'm a little daunted by it with having a 2 year old at home and how we will manage but lots of people do!
I have a feeling I will end in a section again this time so im just getting myself prepared.
Oh yeah plenty of time for baby to move yet!! Im not sure how my little one is laying yet xx

@Confused678866 oh no really, yeah that's the same as me! Hoping if I have section I cope ok! Hoping she moves though but she seems so lazy lol, if you go into labour before your section date will it be a natural birth then or still section? X

@amyannx Yeah it's hard work and can only imagine how much harder it is when you have a toddler in tow already! My wound reopened last time as I'd overdone it so I've definitely learnt my lesson!
Haha, she must be very comfy ☺️ I've read something about things you can do to help baby move into position, maybe give it a google!
No if I go into labour beforehand, I want a natural birth, that's what I'd love to happen ideally. It's just that with my son, I went overdue, then had episodes of reduced movement, so they induced me and it just didn't work for me, it was awful as my body just wouldn't labour. I've refused an induction this time based on last time! Xx

@Confused678866 oh no really! Yeah I will have a google thank you, yeah I got induced as my waters broke but baby didn't want to come, took me 3 days and nearly needed a c section too x

@amyannx Yeah definitely worth a look! See, it just didn't work for me! I wouldn't even dilate.. the doctor actually said I was like a woman who wasn't pregnant 😂 so they couldn't even get in to break my waters either so my only option was a section then! Xx

Hey! Good thank you! How are you? I have polyhydramnios so seeing the consultant every two weeks and having scans every two weeks too, and having monitoring twice a week for reduce movements xx

@amyannx I'm ok thank you! Oh gosh, is that when you have too much fluid?? I have heard of it but wasn't sure what it is.
Good that they're monitoring you though. Do you have to be induced early sometimes with it?
I'm 34 weeks today, exhausted now with my 2 year old too and still working! Baby confirmed as breech at my midwife appointment today but I suspected that anyway! Xx

@Confused678866 yeah you can be induced but if everything else goes ok then I think I will go full term, I have my diabetics test today as apparently that's the no 1 cause or to much water, yeah my baby was breech until a few weeks again and then flipped around, I'm tired to now, feel like some weeks go quick and some go really slow xx

@amyannx Oh that's good then. I hope everything goes well with your diabetes test!
I'm not too fussed if baby doesn't turn as I have a section booked for my due date anyway but I have a feeling if baby is still breech, they would possibly bring section date forward by a week.. which I'd prefer not to! So we will see. Plenty of time for baby to turn too..
Yes I'm definitely tired now, I wake up tired!! Looking forward to finishing work - even though I'm working from home, I'm constantly juggling my little one with it and it's tiring now. I'm hoping he can go back to nursery next week 🤞🏻 I've lost a small fortune so far! Xx

@Confused678866 yeah it's so stressful isn't it, I'm so tired and having another child to run around after doesn't help, least In the end it's all worth it xx

@amyannx Yeah I'm exhausted too and struggling quite a bit! Didn't really get like this with my first!
Erm, I am excited but also quite apprehensive because of covid etc and my little one is going through the terrible two's 😵‍💫😵‍💫

@amyannx Same! It feels very different to the first time.. Now Christmas is out of the way I'm just trying to get the last few bits sorted for baby! Xx
