I'm a bit confused ladies, can you help?

I've never bothered continuing to test OPKs after my first positive in a cycle. But after my static smiley yesterday I then did a cheapie yesterday afternoon and this morning and they're both positive - and even stronger than the one yesterday morning.

I thought the LH surge was really short, why is mine still peaked?

Hi everyone! I’ve had some time off, congratulations to all of the BFPs this month, I haven’t had time to catch up.
And anyone who didn’t get their BFP in may, I hope June is our month 🤞🏼X

Busy couple of days! Hope everyone’s doing good and getting BFPs

I have no idea what’s going on with my cycle any more...my chart took another dive yesterday, and when I checked my cervix there was some pale brown stringy cm, so I figured AF was on her way (normally my temp falls slowly, not a rapid one day dip, but wouldn’t have been the first time).

Now today it’s shot back up again...I had a trace of brown when I wiped, so checked my cervix again and got quite a bit of stringy dark brown cm no (red or pink in sight).

I never have temp dips like this, and when I spot/cervix-check at this point in my cycle there’s usually some pink...I know brown means old blood - could it possibly be from implantation when I had the first dip? I don’t want to get my hopes up...

AF isn’t actually due until Friday...still haven’t located the box I packed all my tests in for the move, and no time to go buy more as Ned to finish unpacking essentials before work tomorrow no POAS for me yet...

Hey @WantStickyBean I normally continue to track my LH with OPKs till it goes back to negative and cross match it with my BBT chart. Normally I get a peak which lasts about 48 hours then as the LH is almost back to zero my temp spikes.

@AllyCat31 thank you, that's really helpful. I can't do BBT as my sleep's not consistent enough so I've no idea when (if) I actually ovulate.

@WantStickyBean My sleep is not consistent either but I still BBT and FF can confirm ovulation. It’s not perfect but I take my temp as soon as I wake up, before doing anything like going to the loo etc. If you are able to, it may be worth giving it a go.

Thought I would update and let everybody know I had my scan today and saw the baby and heartbeat, measuring 7+3, thanks for everyone's support especially over the last few weeks! Xx

Nope, no booking appointment! I called them not long ago and she said she had my referral sitting on her desk and she will call me either today or tomorrow as she's waiting for some more appointment slots or something. So hopefully I'll hear something soon.. I'll just keep calling and chasing now though as I'm getting further along and I want to make sure I get the appointment on time. I have my private scan a week today so I'm wishing the next week away! Xx

@Twinkles18 yes hopefully we will get lucky, you you if not May then June xx
@WantStickyBean last month I was using 2 clear blue opks as once you get a peak on one it stays on the stick for 48 hrs so I wanted another to be able to use the next day, and I ended up having a total of 3 days of peak results! Then after that it went to high then down to low, I’m no expert at all and this might not be normal but thought I’d share with you if it helps xx

@Confused678866 yeah I'm much more relaxed now I saw the baby and heartbeat, puts my date to 15th jan, I know it may change by a few days though at my 12 week scan, ooo how exciting your have to let me know how your scan goes! Hopefully you get a appointment soon, mine is next Friday x

I'm currently 11dpo and spotting a little (just like last month) so pretty sure I'll be fully on later today. This would make my shortest cycle so far, 23 days! Wow! Any other ladies with such a range of cycle lengths?? I've been as high as 33 over the last few months, but usually around 25/26 days. Maybe time to book a check up and see what's what

@Sam8582 thank you hun, I had spotting at 3dpo and 6dpo when I got my bfp was very strange, your not out until af arrives xx

Oh yes I remember you having that hun :) thank you, I think it's def af though. Oh well, means ge is not too far away! I think it was @Confused678866 on the last thread who reassured me with her story of shorter cycles and then getting her bfp so I shall keep the faith haha xx

13DPO here, lots of cramping today so sure AF is on its way .. just waiting really! Still no urge to test as just don’t have that pregnant feeling

I’m 6 dpo and already fed up with the TWW- it really sucks doesn’t it?! Lol.
I’ve already decided to FRER on 9dpo despite knowing it’s a bad idea

@amyannx I'm glad you feel more reassured now! Oh how lovely, it's nice to finally get a due date isn't it. Yeah mine changed last time from private scan to 12 week scan but at least you know it's roughly around then!
Yeah I'm really wanting scan day to hurry up and get here now and I'm just keeping everything crossed 🤞🏻 I will let you know ☺️
Yeah I will just keep chasing for my appointment, I sent my forms nearly 4 weeks ago! Xx

@Sam8582 Hey, yeah my cycles were fairly short for the last 3/4 months of trying. Shortest ones I had were 22 days 2 months in a row and then I think it changed to 25 and then the following cycle I got my BFP.

@Confused678866 I think we will wait for our 12 week (if I can!) but may book one depends if I get my 12 week scan on the early side of 11-12 weeks or 13 weeks, but I don't want to book and become obsessed lol x
