Still not heard anything from clinic for first appointment, hopefully won't be too much longer!

Just looked up the waiting time for referral to initial appointment.... 10 months!
It looks like I'm in for a long wait yet 😔 x

I've heard some people get through this by passing private for the intial consultation bit themselves which ends up pushing their NHS referal more to the top of the list before? :( @KatieLooLa

Oh and just today I got my appointment set for fertility clinic, 14th September! 2 days after my birthday! Meant to be! X

Hiya ladies!
Quick update for you all.
I've had my first appointment with the fertility clinic.
Downside is no treatment (if needed) until I lose weight - so need to diet, thankfully Ares provides the exercise!
Need to have a couple blood tests to check my hormone levels are right and have a HSG scan (x-ray to make sure there's no blockages.
Hope you're all doing well! X

I'm so sorry for the lateness - I somehow got locked out of my account and I couldn't work out how to get back in and only just fixed it. @CycloGoose Hi lovely, not had any results back from the blood tests but imagine when I see specialist again I'll know something then.
Had my HSG on Friday, so uncomfortable! I swear she was up to my lungs 😂
All looks good though, no blockages and everything all in the right place.
Was a little embarrassed taking in his sample as the lady at the lab I recognised from work, trouble with living in a small area!

Oh no! Can't imagine life in a small area like that! It's going to be bad enough working at the local primary school 😃

I suppose that's good news in a way lovely. Be good to get some answers though!

I've just seen MN light up on notifications and can't believe it's the OG gang! I don't really use to much anymore but I thought I'd check in 🥹

So I have a 3.5 month old now!!! How bloody crazy to think on the 2nd of December is when I found out I was pregnant with my Christmas miracle! She's changing so much I've attached photos so you can see my smiley little ivy! Just raided the range today and bought loads of new Christmas things and done all my shopping I'm so excited for it! How's you and your little one coming along now :')?

Can I just mention after I had my HSG I caught on naturally, coincidence who knows but ;) get on it girl! I hope you get the answers which works in your favour on Friday ❤️ @KatieLooLa
