@thislittlebird ive had all tests on NHS lh/fsh hsg, thyroid which went over in jan20 (prob due to stress) but in range for months not on meds anymore. various vits which have been suplumentd and various bloods testosterone prolactin even had all bloods which they do for recurrent mc. seriously had them all dh had sa which was on lower side 10m but everything else normal.

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 no need to apologise any help is greatly appreciated I've not read that one but read on another which suggests the same. was going to start coq10/ubiquinol is had no success this month. gyne said 600mg but that was before amh levels as he was putting it down to age an eggs.
but ill look into book thanks xx

got2be · 10/05/2021 12:29

@Misty84 I have children and did not plan to have anymore, but ive found once i started ttc i just cant stop, so yes and no. over the years i've had the calm approach, others im frantic to the point gp suggested anti-d. ill probably bankrupt us if we start. as until i hit men i won't want to stop.

notyetamumbuttrying · 10/05/2021 12:34

@got2be ok I see. Gynae is best person tbh. Hopefully they can refer you to one with a specialist interest in endo!

A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 · 10/05/2021 12:37

@got2be really sorry so stressful 😐 with all your results looking so good I don’t know. And obviously you and your husband have had successful pregnancies before! With the good test results and the impact it’s having on you, do you think he might consider some kind of treatment?

ElsieG3m · 10/05/2021 12:37

@Bundaberg84 that's so helpful - thank you for sharing! I think I've tried everything but Botox but never heard of wheat. I'll try it once I'm over this one - thank you!

selina37 · 10/05/2021 12:39

Oh hi! Just found you girls on this new thread!

ElsieG3m · 10/05/2021 12:43

@selina37 hiii!! Great that you found us! Xx

got2be · 10/05/2021 12:45

@notyetamumbuttrying @A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 @Misty84 im going to see this cycle out. have added so much new things in hopes to get a bfp.
but I'm expecting a bfn and have NHS appointment in 2 weeks and private appointment with raj rai st marys the day after so hopefully something can be suggested in either. endo, extra progesterone etc as i do believe i get pregnant going by constant faint lines on tests its implantation were i feel the issue is.

Bundaberg84 · 10/05/2021 13:11

Just went to the store and geared up on vitamins. Bought myself Q10, wow the first brand they tried to sell to me was so expensive I was a bit shocked (and only 50mg per pill so I'd have to buy two of those expensive ones). Second store had a cheaper version thankfully.
Also pomegranade juice because why not. Feeling ready, fertility monitor still shows high, peak should be around Thursday.
@ElsieG3m you're welcome! I had a hard time not eating wheat products but once you got the hang out of it it's actually okay. There are so many great substitutes out there, it's easy to switch it out.

got2be · 10/05/2021 14:11

@Bundaberg84 yes its all so much, im due to start 600mg next month really not looking forward to cost, however it does really come with great success stories.
i tried the pom juice this month too. in tww now an started on pineapple and brazil nuts.
good luck x

MgW1 · 10/05/2021 14:22

@got2be @A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 @Misty84
I have CB flashing smiley fri , sat and sun. Today blank 😭 i also used the fermometer OpK sticks and the darkest I got was Saturday but I didnt think it was darker than control just on a parr. EwCM has dried up so I think thats it this month! Well that came and went quick.... dtd 2 times. Will do again tonight for good luck 😬 going to get some more opks just incase to keep testing x

Bundaberg84 · 10/05/2021 14:24

@got2be the first brand I found was around 55 Euros, the second brand - a store brand - was around 8 Euros. Quite the difference! Yes, the first one contained more pills, but not that many more.

Good luck to you too! XX

A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 · 10/05/2021 14:25

@got2be good luck for both of your appointments in a couple weeks, hopefully they'll have some answers!

Misty84 · 10/05/2021 14:28

@MgW1 I treat on a par with the control line as good enough! We only managed to dtd three times...I dunno, last month it was 6 times in fw and clearly that didn’t work! So I lost the motivation to try that much again...

got2be · 10/05/2021 14:48

@MgW1sounds like clearblue missed it. but as @Misty84 said a par on lines is what i would have gone on.
do you temp? last month i had 2 surges and ov day 20 did 8 time. this month 4. and will try again this eve.

@Bundaberg84 yes a huge price difference.

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 thank you xx

Missmcmonkeymcbean · 10/05/2021 15:14

Thanks guys. I'm going to try and be sensible with the sugar but know its going to be unrealistic to cut it out completely.
I know what you mean about getting paranoid during the TWW too. I still try to do some boxing workouts and going to start Zumba classes. I think if it's going to make your body healthier and its not in the extreme, exercise has got to be OK, right...?

Misty84 · 10/05/2021 15:25

@Missmcmonkeymcbean Yes I agree exercise has got to be good as long as not extreme! Think I was just hoping for an excuse not to do it 😉 The only thing I can really be bothered to do is walking! But will be better once my gym classes reopen because then I’ll book on so will HAVE to go 😛

Henslovetoscratch · 10/05/2021 16:03

Yeah on the exercise front I'm sure I read somewhere about it being fine if it's what your body is used to. I run and cycle and keep the pace low and just plod along as otherwise would never do it 😂 I freaked myself out by reading about DTD during the this morning but having GOOGLED IT I think it's one of those things not to be too worried about. Hope everyone is well x

Henslovetoscratch · 10/05/2021 16:03

*During the TWW that was meant to read 😂

Loladoodle · 10/05/2021 16:23

Oh here you all are 😂 thought I’d been abandoned! 😅 finding it hard to keep up as moves so fast! Hope everyone is doing ok?

@selina37 how are you? Cd1 cycle 16 here and off we go again 🤪 I have it in my head that I will conceive in August so I’m holding out for that 👍 sounds crazy I know but that’s what I’m sticking with 😀

Marvellouslymadmum · 10/05/2021 19:41

@ElsieG3m my oh got his daith piercings done on both sides and he rarely has a migraine now!

@Misty84 with you on the exercise paranoia in the tww

@got2be I also have a sweet tooth.

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 I got all my blood results emailed over to me so I could see what they were.

@MgW1 good luck for the tww!

@selina37 @Loladoodle so Sorry, thought I'd tagged everyone! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Misty84 · 10/05/2021 19:54

My doctor surgery doesn’t do DHEA blood tests (don’t think they even knew what it was!) so have requested a finger prick test from Medicheck! That’s goodbye £50 before I’ve even bought the supplements I may or may not need 😂🤦‍♀️

ElsieG3m · 10/05/2021 19:55

Thanks @Marvellouslymadmum some great new ideas to look into!!

Re exercise, I think in general it's a good idea as it gets oxygenated blood to the ovaries (needed for good egg health I understand?!), lowers bmi and helps your mood. However, I think there have been some small studies into exercise being risky where ppl have a history of mcs. See here www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2020/05/200526161115.htm
And here:
www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.thesun.co.uk/news/11721660/exercising-very-early-pregnancy-doubles-risk-miscarriage/amp/
The sun article is surprisingly more helpful as it qualifies "too much" as being unable to hold a conversation.
That said, I reckon this mostly applies if you have an incompetent cervix (heinous term!). Our bodies and reproductive systems have evolved over millennia to cope with physical stress. So I reckon today's sedentary lifestyle is more harmful than moving. Maybe, to be on the safe side and if it's a worry, notch it down a bit post-Ov...I may as have history of mc. Wouldn't worry otherwise but def no doctor so one to run past them for sure.

Misty84 · 10/05/2021 21:20

Thank you @ElsieG3m 👍

selina37 · 11/05/2021 07:12

Hi @Loladoodle! I nearly got lost too! 😂 I may have fallen out of sync with you! 🙁 weird cycle last month... started randomly bleeding on day 12 and cycle seems to have started again - I'm now on day 15 (I think) having ovulated just recently!
Thought it was the B6 that muddied me but I think it was just an off cycle! Xx
