Trying for baby number 3

Hi mummies

I'm in month two now of ttc my baby number 3, I know it's not been long but I'm nearly 30 and I'm worried that i won't be able to get pregnant again ☹️ did anyone else feel like this? I went through the whole tww last month and this month I'm trying to be a bit more casual about it as I STRESSED last month ridiculously. I hated trying to track ovulation and dpo it was alstreful absolutely expensive with pregnancy tests I got a bit obbsesed! Any support would be lovely

I'm a housewife who currently has my two children already 7 year old girl and 9 year old boy, I am so desperate now for a baby though it's giving me anxiety the thought of not being able to have another xxx

@Skl2021 we both couldn’t face it last night! But I think my chance is past so if I didn’t ovulate till way later I will soon find out! Aww I’m sure you are well covered! This will be your month! I just have this sense!

@Springflower3 yes I don't want to get to that feeling were it's just for the sake of it. So trying not to do it as much. Omg your the second person to say this too me what is this feeling? Why can't I feel it 😩😥 I need to think positive 🤞👀 xx

@nicole301 definitely!! First baby you go like rabbits 😂 but once your two kids down its like I'd rather go to bed haha I'm exhausted 🙈 I just feel like I'm going to miss it 🤪 xx

@nicole301 Sorry to hear that AF has arrived 😔 Crack open the wine tonight and tell yourself that this is CD1 of your new cycle which will hopefully result in your BFP 🎉
@Skl2021@Springflower3 You guys crack me up! I tested this afternoon and have still not had my peak 😬 It’s still pretty faint. I ovulated on day 13 last month so maybe this month my body is throwing me a curve ball! So my BDing will have to carry on throughout the weekend and hopefully I’ll ovulate, DP will be vibrating at the thought 🙄 xx

@Nats7504 are u on cd 13 today? My body ovulates when it wants. 🤦 No set pattern that's why I test so much 🤣 can't keep up DTD everyday how are you not running out of steam 🤔🙈😂 I can't even be arsed doing it tonight 🙊 xx

@Skl2021 I’m CD12 today but I usually start to notice my OPK getting darker in the lead up to it. Who knows this month. Place your guesses 🤣 We’re not DTD every day 😳 Jesus, I couldn’t think of anything worse! Haha. We’re doing every other until I get my peak then i guess every day for a few days like you guys. I’m starting to get impatient now 🙈 So you ovulate at different times too? Xx

@Nats7504 place your bets now 😂 I say cd 15 🤞 haha. IV hardly done it this month anyway so I can't talk. I did it last night and now Im like that's enough 🙈 yes IV ovulated at cd 17,cd 28 and then today I'm going to say I'm ovulating and I'm roughly cd 20/22. So my cycles vary 🤪 one month my cycle was 49 days 😤 didn't know when I ovulated that time tho xx

It only takes the one to make a baby and all that jazz. We believe we have to drown the egg in sperm to get pregnant 🤣 my youngest was a one time conception. Pregnant 2 weeks after having the coil out. That was 12 years ago, it’s not happening as easily this time! 🙄
That must be so frustrating having such irregular cycles, no wonder you’re POAS so much as that’s a massive variation. Are your periods starting to settle down now? Xx

@Nats7504 omg drown the egg IV never heard that before 🤣 that's hilarious!! My first took ten months. 2nd was first time so I was in the false security of ohh itl happen quick again 🤦 I don't know what's up with them before ttc they were pretty regular and soon as I started trying they had other ideas 🙈 just trying to piss me off and do what ever they like. My body just playing tricks on me 👀 xx

@Skl2021 I am in Northern Ireland! When are you starting your dpo??? I’ve no idea when to test and tbh that’s prob a good thing.... I say this now!
@Nats7504 how faint is it the line? Do you see progression? Like it’s getting darker??? Xx

@Springflower3 I'm going to class today as ovulation and tomorrow as 1dpo. But it could be a day or 2 out. What are you now? I usually start testing around 9dpo 🤦 xx

@Skl2021 Got to love the unpredictability of TTC, no set pattern. How long have you been trying for? Fingers crossed your body will settle down into a somewhat normalish cycle! 🤞
@Springflower3 It’s very faint and hasn’t darkened so I can only assume I haven’t had my peak yet. Hoping it will happen over the weekend. Maybe my body is pushing ovulation later as my cycles are starting to become longer. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Xx

@Nats7504 we are on cycle 4 now 🤞 thought it would of happened by now silly me 🤦🤣 how about you? X

@Skl2021 Were on cycle 5. I was expecting it to take a longer with me being 37 but still disappointing when AF arrives. Onwards and upwards. It will happen, just got to be patient 🙈xx

@Skl2021 I’m gonna go with 2 dpo? I got my peak early morning on Wednesday so it’s likely my surge happened that night because by 9am the line was defo lighter! Do you guys think that sounds about right? So your gonna start next Sunday?? If I hold out till then I will be doing great! My boobs get sore approximately 4 days before AF and also before I get a bfp so that Information is totally unhelpful!
@Nats7504 hopefully this is just your body stretching out your cycles to settle down! Oh when ignorance was bliss and we didn’t even realise when our cycles were long or short 🤣🤣 xx

@Springflower3 Wel I only have two tests left so think I will wait to see if I get past 11 dpo first. Haha do u think u will be able to wait that long 🤣 literally every symptom is the same as af 🙈 totally unhelpful xx

@Springflower3 yes some people find it worse testing early. I'm not fussed would rather no than get my hopes up. Nope I'm not buying any more 🤣😂🤦 And no I didn't get any symptoms didn't feel pregnant at all 🤣 what about you xx

So of course I am already symptom spotting!! I keep feeling like sharp pains! So ye know I’m overthinking this! I panicking that I’m only ovulating now!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I’m only 2dpo so at this stage the egg prob isn’t fertilised at this point 🤣🤣🤣
