Trying for baby number 3

Hi mummies

I'm in month two now of ttc my baby number 3, I know it's not been long but I'm nearly 30 and I'm worried that i won't be able to get pregnant again ☹️ did anyone else feel like this? I went through the whole tww last month and this month I'm trying to be a bit more casual about it as I STRESSED last month ridiculously. I hated trying to track ovulation and dpo it was alstreful absolutely expensive with pregnancy tests I got a bit obbsesed! Any support would be lovely

I'm a housewife who currently has my two children already 7 year old girl and 9 year old boy, I am so desperate now for a baby though it's giving me anxiety the thought of not being able to have another xxx

Awww jeez @Skl2021!!! Sorry!! But here CD 1 new month and positive thinking!! Is there a slim chance you ovulated earlier? Like could you have missed your surge?? Trying doing the opk earlier in the day? Xx

@Springflower3 I doubt it. I started roughly cd 13 I think. IL be ok I'm gutted but it will pass in a day or two. Onto the next one. 🤞 You or @Nats7504 has some good news 😁 when u testing? Xx

I’m only 7/8DPO so don’t expect to feel anything yet 🤷🏻‍♀️ Due AF on Sunday if it’s another 28 day cycle. Xx

I feel you girl. If AF gets me this month that would be our 6th cycle. It’s disheartening but I try and stay positive. I’m going to try and hold off until end of the week.. xx

Well I am out this month, was checking my cervix there and the mucus is tinged red sooooo AF should be here in a day or so 😞😞

If she comes on Wednesday which I suspect as I’m not spotting yet and I really have to touch my cervix before I seen the red then she is right on time! I would have had my peak 2 weeks ago from Wednesday so a good 14 days! Which I can’t complain about @Skl2021. I just feel disappointed as we had friends who got it first go and I feel a bit like a failure 😞 I’m having a pity party xx

@Springflower3 I will join your pity party 🙌🎉 I feel sorry for myself 🤣 your not a failure tho. Very rarely happens first time so don't think like that!! We will get there eventually and it will be so worth it 😁🤞🤞 xxx

@Skl2021 you are more than welcome to join! I think we are allowed a few days of a pity party then back to positive thinking! I suppose I just got myself so worked up that it could happen it’s a big crash that it didn’t! We talked last night and he wants to do next month where there is no tracking and I don’t know what days I’m ovulating etc as he thinks I need to relax!! 🤣 the thought makes me nervous and almost like would I be wasting a month?
@Nats7504 im just waiting for her to arrive tbh... the cm was defo red and there is no other explanation 😞 I’m rooting for you!! We will be bugging you now to start testing 🤣🤣 xx

@Springflower3 see this is what I did this month!! I used a couple of opks as I don't know when ovulation is for me as it's all over to give me an idea but I was alot more laid back than I normally am. I also like you think I'm wasting the month. But it didn't work for me so what was the point 🤣🙈 might aswell of drove myself crazy and tested hahah. Af has arrived full flow for me. Up most the night with extreme pains 😤🤦 my body just likes to punish me a little bit more 😩😩 xx

What’s your plan for the month going forward??
I’ve still no spotting etc and my cervix has gone high so I can’t feel! No red tinged cm this morning but I could only see it yest when I touched my cervix! I would imagine it will make its way down over the next day or so.... I was expecting AF between wed and sat so it’s a waiting game now! Xx

@Springflower3 yes IV always had bad periods. Should really get it checked out. But not as bad as this month. Last few months haven't been that bad but I'm paying for it now 🤦😤 probably another thing not going in my favour 🙈🤣 not only did I not get pregnant this month my body is now making sure I know by making it as painfull as possible 🤣 might go back to bed 🤣🙈 well you never know u might you might still be in with a chance!! Don't wrIte yourself off just yet 🤞🤞 isn't it good when it's high? Xx

Morning ladies! Sorry to hear your AF is a nasty one this month 😟 Double kick in the teeth. I only use OPKs once a day until I get my peak and the day after to show it’s started to decrease. Do you take any vitamins?
@Springflower3 I love when DPs tell us to relax 🙈 Mine is really hopeful this month due to us BD so much and asked me when I’m due AF. I don’t feel like this is our month, but I try not to get my hopes just incase. I hope it’s a BFP as I don’t like to see his little face drop when she arrives. Xx

@Nats7504 yes I take a few vitamins didn't know weather to start a pregnancy vitamin aswell. But also don't want to mess my cycle up even more. Yes IV tried taking opks every day for the whole month to make sure I'm not missing anything. IV tried like u do and stop after ovulation. And this month only did about 5 to make sure I was dtd at the right time And not stress about it. Don't know what more I can do 🤣🤣🙈🙈 xx

I think it’s defo coming tbh, I’m very crampy today but it’s not painful just I’m aware that something is occurring!!

That's why I'm a bit wary of trying something mine are messed up enough 🙈🤣 or then there's stuff like nats trying like the lube situation but I don't know if I want to go to that faff 🙊 yes I went back to bed hahah might aswell kids at school housework done ✔️ sometimes u just feel it don't you. You know the niggles you get before af. Well if it does show for you IL carry on the journey this month with you 🤦 xxx

@Skl2021 I’ve heard that pregnacare have messed a few peoples cycles up and made them longer. I’ve started using seven seas pre-conception and co-q10 this month and DP is on wellmen conception and co-q10. I was just taking boots folic acid and vitamin D before. Who knows if they help but worth a try 🤷🏻‍♀️
We’re all still new in the game, got to keep the faith that it will happen for us. 🙌
I’ve had stomach cramps today, not sure if I’m coming out in sympathy with you two or AF is on her way 🙄 xx

That’s great! We will go through it together, you will be a head of me though this time 🤣🤣 how long does your AF last? I was sure I was beginning my AF earlier but it is just an increase in cm 🙄🙄 I’ve an interview tomorrow not doubt it will start either just before or during 🤣🤣 are you a sahm ? Fair play if you are! I couldn’t do it... I don’t have the patience!!

@Springflower3 Just niggles really as I don’t generally suffer from period pains. I just have a heavy feeling. I’m CD23 (8/9DPO) but my periods are between 26-28 days, depends how my body is feeling that month 🙈

Yea, it is... I work in NHS so it is to go up a band and become more specialist in my field 😳😳 I don’t know if I’m wise or not but I thought I’m not putting my life on hold to ttc invade it doesn’t happen xx

@springflower3 it lasts usually five days. But u might still beat me as my ovulation is always late and my cycles are longer. Haha it always starts when u don't want it too 🤦 yes technically I'm a sahm but I do work weekends and through the week sometimes when kids are at school. I'm in hospitality so first day back Saturday 😩🙈 and no I don't have patience they drive me crazy 😤🤣🤦 xx

@Springflower3 I haven’t got any tests in the house so I can’t POAS early! I’m going to try and hold out until end of the week.
Ahh, I would be the same. I try not to put my life on hold while we TTC, I still go out and have fun as we could be on this journey a while. Good luck! Sounds like a fab promotion if you get it 👍
@Skl2021 Do they? As in make them longer? 🙈 They are meant to help with egg and sperm quality. We’re only taking 200mg each but some people take much higher doses xx
