Bing Bing the BFP bus is back!

Last bus we got some great results and now it’s a REAL Easter 🐣hunt so let’s make like 🐰s and jump on the 🍆

Oh but we’ve packed up the 🥪🌭🌮Cos we can do that soon! A picnic, and in our sandwiches we’ve got some weird things...little 🍆conchions, pickles, crisps, KETCHUP?? Say what?? Whatever you want in your bread bring it to the bus!

March and April we’ve got a lot of exciting times ahead with people going for Clomid & IVF as well as a lot of straight up sex for the “normal” TTC gang so let’s get shagging & FIND THOSE 🐣🌈.

Hop on the bus, give us your best embarrassing story and grab a ticket, we are TTC in very weird ways and usually talking about most other things 🍞🥨🥞🍔

And we are still helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

@2alreadywantanother ouch that sounds horrendous, didn't you have another problem tooth before as well? Or am I thinking of someone else? Hope it's not painful now, but I agree I've never had day 3 bloods done only day 21, you could always get them done next time anyway, I also agree full flow is day one. so I'm with @2020mission and that's great on your appointment isn't it??? You don't want a long wait!!

@BlondePotter 31 weeks wow?!!!!!! You don't look it though on your Instagram you look so fab! And thank you, honestly I just stared at it for so long!! Now of course I'm actually realising it's not that simple even for ovulation (I thought it was just that day but COURSE my body can't be simple ha ha!) But yeah in with a shot! 🙂

Ugh ladies I've hit a bump in the road today. I had a pregnancy announcement earlier from a friend and it's just set me off. I've been in such a good place for the last 3-4 weeks and now I can't stop crying. I feel like I want to partly blame the IVF down regs, I'm sure they're not helping. Just want to shake myself out of it but can't 🥺

@paintfairy thank you! It does get boring trying to maintain 3-4 times a week. We've managed 3 and I'm 2dpo today so that's it for me this month I suspect unless he fancies it on the weekend.

@Crazydoglady123 don't beat yourself up over an emotional moment hun, it'll pass. You are literally in the midst of ivf so it must be only natural! Keep the faith xx

@2alreadywantanother you can do the blood tests in any order. Unless your gp surgery find that mega confusing and therefore go on to do it wrong 3 times over (yes that was my experience!). 🙄🤣
Day 3 is actually day 2-5 so can be done any of those days. They need your fsh from that (has to be under 10 for fertility treatment on the nhs) to go forward. I didn't have to have any of my blood tests redone once referred. They said if its within 3 months then you don't need to. And mine were done dec/jan and my first hospital phone appointment was feb. I don't think it matters that actual treatment is then later, as it'll be over 3 months when I start iui and they haven't said I need more. I can just start.

@minster2012 yes that was me. Ive avoided the dentist for yrs and paying for it now 😭

@Crazydoglady123 well IVF is wreaking havoc on your hormones so it could def be it! I'm sorry you feel down today though, it's totally normal though and to be expected - it will pass.

Update on the bbq yesterday. My friend wanted to send me home with all her baby stuff (incl her 1.2k pram - score!) but then stopped herself and said - actually, is this too hard to do right now? If so, just pick this stuff up when you're ready, it'll be here for you. So I only grabbed two things really as I'd feel super silly coming him with lots of baby stuff for the baby I might never have!

Oh and this is the friend that always complains about her children right? Well today she messaged me to apologise for it! Saying it must be awful to hear her complain about her kids when I desperately want my own. I'm totally gobsmacked tbh, this is very out of character for her.

@minster2012 @bez91 thanks ladies, lively nurse at the docs got the gp to write me a prescription for the pessary and cream so I can collect this afternoon thank god!!!

@Crazydoglady123 welcome to the "you can now blame the hormones for EVERYTHING club" 😂🤣if OH pisses you off just say "DON'T forget I'm pumped full of synthetic hormones right now so PISS OFF!" Have a cry, and don't forget that the ivf you are doing could get you that announcement in the future darling it's all steps to your dream & we got your back 😘

Bit peed off as we ordered some sticker transfers for the nursery that were dispatched on the 31st March, should have been here last weekend but still not arrived, hermes are shite!

Tummy really uncomfortable, was blaming suspected uti but now it's getting worse I think it might be af cramps...way too much going on in that general area 😂

@Crazydoglady123 I don't think pregnancy announcements ever don't whack you in the gut when you're TTC, and maybe with the IVF meds affecting your hormones it just hurt a little bit more today.

@Juno231 sounds like your friend might have developed a sense of consideration or understanding which can only be a good thing. But yes for all the baby stuff that'll be ready for you when it's time 🥰

It has now stopped snowing and the sun is shining 🤦🏻‍♀️

We're in the process of doing our main bathroom up. It's had an old electric shower in it that we never use as we have a mains shower in the en-suite. Sods bloody law OH ripped it all out last week and today our hot water isn't working. I almost said don't worry I'll use the electric shower...oh wait no I won't because it's in the skip 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
On a positive I'm 24 weeks today and all seems good.

@Clairey844 it was me who said eggs for my eggs!! And I've eaten A LOT of eggs recently too, the good kind and the naughty kind! It's snowed here today too, whilst sunny. It's actually mental! I think ovulating like a pro is slightly far! I was gonna send you a message today actually as I've found those dungarees 🙌🏻, they aren't new, but used but they are here! Whoop whoop!

@Juno231 I'm glad your friend has finally realised how insensitive her wining is! Sweet to give you baby stuff, not sure I could've taken any tbh. My mum tried to give me my sisters baby stuff once and I said no thanks ❌
@Minster2012 the report bk is ivf can't start for another 2-3 months cos of the backlog, but that's only July worse case, so can just about cope with that! Means I'll likely end up being 36 before the baby's born (if all goes well first time), just feels weird considering I only turned 35 last month!
@Crazydoglady123 it's hard always staying strong. You're allowed to get emotional and down from time to time. Even if you weren't ttc or having ivf. 😘

@Crazydoglady123 yeah ok i guess. 2-3 months to start but used to waiting now aren't I 😆 looks like long protocol cos he said day 21 start. Said buserlin or however it's spelt. Still got 12 follicles and he didn't think it was worth repeating the Amh. Also was astounded at dhs sperm improvement! I was panicking they'd take the funding away 🙈 but I guess cos of the endo diagnosis pending they'll let it stand!

@Franklydear my OH is like that! Always rushing around, he laughs at me because I literally Tupperware my blueberries ready for the morning😂

@bez91 I do feel it, even though I've polished off the rest of my Easter chocolate today, back on it properly tomorrow though!! You feel better for prepping everything don't you

@Minster2012 that sounds so nice and refreshing, and full of that good stuff!! I don't weigh OH's stuff as he eats like a pig but I weigh out all my meals! Also joining in the celebrations of it being a big deal that you ovulated🥳

@notyetamumbuttrying so basically you could be starting in 2-3 months?? In the grand scheme of things that's not too long!! It'll fly by!!

@Vil10 I do try to make an extra ration for the freezer when I cook, so I have a few frozen meals I can take to work, doesn't always happen though, I am envious more than laughing at you, I try prep as much as possible but it doesn’t come naturally and eventually I loose steam
And we have snow showers people🤦🏼‍♀️ in the bloody channel

@notyetamumbuttrying the appointment sounds a little anticlimactic but at least July worst case scenario isn't bad.

I'm stocked up on cranberry juice and got something from the chemist so hopefully that will sort the uti . @Juno231 as you said it's just to reduce the acidity. And I'm not actually having any burning anyway so probably pointless but sure can't hurt.
