Bing Bing the BFP bus is back!

Last bus we got some great results and now it’s a REAL Easter 🐣hunt so let’s make like 🐰s and jump on the 🍆

Oh but we’ve packed up the 🥪🌭🌮Cos we can do that soon! A picnic, and in our sandwiches we’ve got some weird things...little 🍆conchions, pickles, crisps, KETCHUP?? Say what?? Whatever you want in your bread bring it to the bus!

March and April we’ve got a lot of exciting times ahead with people going for Clomid & IVF as well as a lot of straight up sex for the “normal” TTC gang so let’s get shagging & FIND THOSE 🐣🌈.

Hop on the bus, give us your best embarrassing story and grab a ticket, we are TTC in very weird ways and usually talking about most other things 🍞🥨🥞🍔

And we are still helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

@InkyPaper I kind of think there's no need to even tell people that early. I wouldn't. So to start rubbing it in with someone that's struggling, is ridiculous? There is also a way to do it. So I'd be angry too.
@Minster2012 I've done the 90s emkfit! I liked that one. It was the 00s one I struggled with I think. And the toilet thing- I've a bladder of a 90 year old and I have real issues if there are none and I'm out and about. Thankfully most are now open but ffs? All these places serving coffee and no toilets!?

@Juno231 its interesting the amh results were similar. @2020mission i don't think they've even checked mine. Some of them don't seem to. As for SA - to be honest I made DH pick up the phone and ring. He didn't fight me but he needed persuading. I don't think he was thrilled but he knows needs must. He's definitely not thrilled we have to do it this way and it's taken time for him to get his head around it. They like to repeat SA after 3 months though so the sooner he does it, the better?
@blackcurrantqueen your appointment sounds good too. Definitely worth trying the progesterone? Yes, I guess we'll go for the IUI if it's offered next cycle. Can't see any point in waiting to be honest. Get it over with!
@Katao maybe the painkillers are psychological? Who knows. I was just trying really hard to be relaxed and not tense up, as I knew it would make it worse. She did squirt water up there and give it a rinse but there was no eye level wiping. 🤣 No mention of antibiotics either.

DH randomly commented about todays appointment, tonight. I am a bit worried what she said earlier, he said. I was like what? And his reply was- that we could end up with triplets. 🤣🤣🤣 I said- is that all you took from today? 🤔 I have to admit I didn't even really hear her say that! 😆

@bez91 fanny daggers? What is this?! 🤣
And @Minster2012 and @DKDK123 your 2- 3 year old descriptions are slightly off-putting. Possibly you could give us more off-putting stories and then maybe I'll feel that fate just knows what's best for me after all? 🤣 I saw a bit of the 3 day nanny programme earlier too and that also made me think twice. I do not know how people cope with this stuff? 😱

Seen lots of appointments have been going ahead and you all seem to be a bit more in the know of what's happening which is very positive!! ✨🤞🏻 Exciting times ahead!

Not much from me here at the min just trying to get through the days until 12 week scan on Wednesday and makes me feel sick with nerves just thinking about it! Keeping myself busy at work, team leader has her 20 wk scan the Same day as mine which is weird!

@Franklydear hmm I might test tomorrow AM just to rule out anything before wine o clock 🍷 I had a tiny bit of spotting today though so that along with low temperatures and low RHR makes it very unlikely. I wouldn't worry about hardly DTD, it only takes one! The months we had chemicals it was every 2-3 days max we were doing it. I've got more hope for you🤞

@Justanothercyster haha I've had the skirt tucked into tights embarrassment too. A random on the train told me as I stood up to head off the train one morning on the way into work. Thankfully I wore my coat on the walk to the train station so only a handful on the train saw as I had taken off the coat only once on the train 😅 actually I fell up the stairs on the way out of the train station on a morning rush into work once too with a crowd behind me. I'm not missing those commutes 😆

@paintfairy good to know my husband isn't the only one needing a nudge 😅 I'm calling the doctor for my blood results tomorrow so will push him to book his SA as soon as I get those results, especially if the doctor wants to then refer me as we need to both be tested! I think I'll feel a bit bad if his results aren't good as I know it will upset him to know it's him but we need to find out for help.

@VixFromThe6ix well, we started as a TTC thread a lifetime ago, some had babies, some still trying, some will need help, at some point we decided to stop naming the bus after months and just roll one bus after another and stick together, we are a happy supportive community, we take newbies if you like to take a seat, but we want an embarrassing story to break the ice

@paintfairy basically a sharp stabbing pain in your vag, it's hard to describe but if it ever happens you'll know it's fanny daggers. It's more common in pregnancy but I get them regardless 🙈 another joy of being female!

@2020mission god I've done the falling up the escalator thing on a commute 🤣😂whilst carrying a coffee too, that didn't end well, and yes it will upset him if it's not good for him but it's the same for us, hand holds for both

We are a TTC bus but like @Franklydear says we've been around together so long that a lot have bumps/babies & still want to stick around to help each other (we have had a lot of losses along the way too so know that a BFP doesn't just mean a baby straight away) and quite a few other ppl have been now trying a while we are doing IUI/IVF too so it's a mixed bus! And we like to talk random stuff like sandwiches and embarrassing stories Cos TTC can be boring 🤣😂

Ahhh girls!! Im jumping aboard! Hopping upstairs for a month or so if that's OK? My head is a mess after month month! Who else is up here for company? 🚍

So, had everything typed out last night to reply and somehow clicked on the ads underneath! Bam lost it all! Threw a tantrum worse than dd has and thought sod it im going to sleep lol. So il try again this morning without losing everything 😂

I had my HCG beta bloods done yesterday although tbh I'm not expecting a good result, I've accepted it just wasn't a sticky egg and that's ok... im just gonna buy some superglue and shove it up my foof to make sure the next one sticks 😊 although seriously wondering if I have an issue with low progesterone... maybe that's why now I've had a mc and then whatever this month was... assuming cp but no AF still; but yeah, off to hospital to get my gyne bloods done today, LH, TSH, FSH, D21 and prolactin she's ordered...not that I'm sure what the last 4 are 😂 probably need to look it up haha! Anyways, Tuesday is OH sa drop off... and I have an appt for 10th May with the consultant gyne so that's still like a good 6/7 weeks away... im just going to chill, try and make dtd romantic again rather than a chore 🤦‍♀️ any ideas on spicing it up? I'm a bit of a plain Jane although he does have keys to both rooms down there 🤣 but I feel silly dressing up etc...never know what to do with myself when I walk in hahah!

@Kirky658 if you are thinking about pumping it's worth doing some research on it as you're not supposed to pump for the first 6 weeks to let the baby get everything they want and then you have to pump regularly so that that milk is taken into consideration in your supply otherwise you lose the ability to pump anything extra to what the baby needs. So much to think about 🙉

@blackcurrantqueen that's what I've found about the elvie! But how shocking is it that most ladies are unable to use the elvie as their primary post when if you're buying a double it costs around £500 without the extra accessories! Who has that kind of money to use sometimes and have a different pump completely for their primary one and use the elvie as their secondary just when they're busy! My friend found that the auction was rubbish on hers when with the correct fitting shields, flanges etc. Hats off to you for exclusively pumping! Could never do it, if breast feeding doesn't work this time around for me they'll be straight on the bottle unfortunately 🥺🙈

Thanks for my seat @Minster2012 Re the lake spermo, I bought a Ferti-lily cup to try this cycle which obv we got told to abstain now because of the ivf so it's new in its box if you want me to post it to you? I doubt Amazon will accept a return on it 😂 but I promise it's not been out of its box 🤞

Sandwich filling wise I don't eat sandwiches, I'd choose a salad over a sandwich any day of the week. I have had the odd thin bagel recently and my go to is cheese and red onion chutney.

@paintfairy your appointment sounds very thorough and IUI starting next cycle is great!

Seems like a good response from your dr @Hopeful110, I'm impressed! Maybe a different location? DH gets quite surprised when I jump him anywhere other than the bedroom! Not sure the back door is going to be much good for ttc...have to ask is that where you've been going wrong?! 🤣🤣🤣
