Bing Bing the BFP bus is back!

Last bus we got some great results and now it’s a REAL Easter 🐣hunt so let’s make like 🐰s and jump on the 🍆

Oh but we’ve packed up the 🥪🌭🌮Cos we can do that soon! A picnic, and in our sandwiches we’ve got some weird things...little 🍆conchions, pickles, crisps, KETCHUP?? Say what?? Whatever you want in your bread bring it to the bus!

March and April we’ve got a lot of exciting times ahead with people going for Clomid & IVF as well as a lot of straight up sex for the “normal” TTC gang so let’s get shagging & FIND THOSE 🐣🌈.

Hop on the bus, give us your best embarrassing story and grab a ticket, we are TTC in very weird ways and usually talking about most other things 🍞🥨🥞🍔

And we are still helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

@Crazydoglady123 that made me lol about Tesco click and collect 😂 can't believe you didn't know... I always put a bottle of champagne in then do my shopping on the last night I can. I've done it for about 8 years because food shopping I hate!
Your comment reminded me of my nana about 5 years ago before she died my grandad got into doing the click and collect or delivery (she was the most untech savvy person ever) my grandad would keep editing the order adding things in and she goes "you're going to get us banned from using it as you keep changing your mind" she genuinely thought people were running round tesco adding things to their shopping bags and putting stuff back every-time they edited it 🙈 always makes me laugh 😆

@Juno231 really? Will it go away by itself so? Don't want to go to the gp, it's such a faff these days to get an appointment. I'll try the bicarbonate of soda so. sorry you suffer, I've very little experience with them thankfully.

@Minster2012 no it's not bad more uncomfortable and keep needing to pee all the time which I know sounds promising but bfn yesterday. No didnt track, cd 26 . Recent cycles 22-28 days so not late just have been expecting affor a few days, the joys of being irregular! I'll try cranberry juice. Thanks @Vil10 & @Justanothercyster for that tip too.

@bez thanks will do. OH is popping to boots for me later so I'll see what they suggest but from what @Juno231 said it's just for comfort not actually treating

I shall use it next week as we are sorted for next week with eating up the freezer 🥰😘in lockdown I was very lucky & Cos vulnerable I got priority slots & I just filled with milk & gin to secure the slot then over the week I would sort of out, I often thought though it would t be horrendous if just a crate of gin arrived 🤣

@Justanothercyster IKEA god that's gonna go crazy isn't it when it opens, we don't hand one near us, our "nearest" is by my friend which is an hour and a half away & I think that's a good thing really. Too tempting!

@DJmum83 thank you! Honestly I don't expect a miracle at all so it's fine but just to know my body might have 2 "cycles" not needing northisterone intervention would genuinely be amazing for me. Never happened Cos always been either on my chemo or after ivf/going for ivf. A water fairy trail sounds idyllic! You must be super mum 😁😊

@Crazydoglady123 you don’t need to put £40, I save my slot with a banana, it’ll tell you there’ll be a £4 change but it’ll remove it when you put things in the basket later, I fill the basket the day before

@Crazydoglady123 omg that's so funny. All the supermarkets are the same. I think there are instructions on there somewhere. 🤣 I usually just add milk and orange (because we have it every week) and then nothing else until nearer the time. I definitely do not know what I want to eat 2 weeks before!

Surprise surprise I fell off the face of the earth again. Had a tooth pulled last wed and was in agony all wkend. Dry socket. Fml in bits with it.
So rang my gp and she wants all fertility bloods done, hba1c and thyroid. We just missed day 3. But she said still do day 21 bloods. Is that ok? Question, ok so I have 2 very light light days of bleeding. Practically just when wiping b4 it starts proper. Do I count them as days of is Day 1 when I get heavier. Today is day 4 (day 6 if I count spotting) should I try and get day 3 bloods still?? Am I rambling 🙈🤣🤣 any advice

@Katao sore 😭 had to go in today after suffering all bank holiday wkend. And the pain getting it seen to today, omg

So is it ok to get day 21 bloods done when day 3 wasn't. She said I can

@2alreadywantanother day 3 and day 21 are independent - you don't need one to do the other. I think AF is meant to start when it's proper flow and not just spotting? You can do day 3 on day 4 as well so can go in this week still if you exclude your spotting days?

Also I had dry socket a few years back and never had pain like so I really feel for you. Did you go back for emergency dental? They can fill the hole with clove fibers to numb the pain and help the healing.

@2alreadywantanother the doctor only did day 21 bloods for me and then just referred me to the fertility clinic when they came back normal. It seems like day 3 isn't as important? Unless she screwed up with me 😅 I would count full blood flow and not just wiping as day 1 of your cycle... do you get cramps? It's easy for me as bad cramps kick in for me as soon as my full flow starts so it's really easy to know it's cycle day 1.

I am quite surprised that my fertility appointment came through today for the 7th June - that's about 11 weeks from my GP appointment. I was expecting a longer wait!

@2020mission i guess they'll redo them once through at the fertility clinic anyway?

@Crazydoglady123 oh and I forgot to say! I got the same korean pork bbq (in lettuce cups?) as you, chorizo cod with crispy potatoes and aioli, egg fried rice with salt and pepper chicken aaaand... hm. Ah, the beef lasagna!

Yeah went back and got it packed and an antibiotic. Its already feeling better. I'm not even trying to get into get bloods done today cause I know by them I havent a hope. But I'll book in for day 21.

@2alreadywantanother oh sounds horrible! Rest up. Day 3 are baseline bloods aren't they? I've had both done and then another time just day 21.

@2020mission wow that is quick. Think mine was 6 months! But thst was with one cancelled in-between because of covid so maybe things are speeding up now

@2alreadywantanother oh no, I had that after my wisdom tooth removal, worst pain of my life so I really feel for you. Hope the antibiotics kick in soon

@Crazydoglady123 haha we always put on 3 bottles of vodka to hold the slot, then go and update it the day before. Except once we forgot and he turned up with the vodka and we had to reject it 🙈🙈

I'm 31 weeks pregnant now, time is flying by and I don't feel ready one bit to have a baby, but does anyone ever feel fully ready?
