Bing Bing the BFP bus is back!

Last bus we got some great results and now it’s a REAL Easter 🐣hunt so let’s make like 🐰s and jump on the 🍆

Oh but we’ve packed up the 🥪🌭🌮Cos we can do that soon! A picnic, and in our sandwiches we’ve got some weird things...little 🍆conchions, pickles, crisps, KETCHUP?? Say what?? Whatever you want in your bread bring it to the bus!

March and April we’ve got a lot of exciting times ahead with people going for Clomid & IVF as well as a lot of straight up sex for the “normal” TTC gang so let’s get shagging & FIND THOSE 🐣🌈.

Hop on the bus, give us your best embarrassing story and grab a ticket, we are TTC in very weird ways and usually talking about most other things 🍞🥨🥞🍔

And we are still helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

@2alreadywantanother I suppose I'm antisocial and I don't always want to talk to people. But then I wouldn't blank people i knew- I'd smile and say hello, but carry on, IYSWIM? I guess we read into things. Although I know I come across as stand-off-ish with people I don't know. I just don't really enjoy chatting to random strangers much. 🤣 Never have!

So finally started spotting yesterday and this morning, so expecting to start either this afternoon or tomorrow which will be a 33/34 day cycle, a few days longer to usual but last month was 35 due to the pregnacare so maybe it's still affecting my cycles? Oh well😂

@2alreadywantanother I haven't tracked but I think i ovulated Sunday maybe? I just find it bizarre mine is the same every day! I really am boring. 🤣 I've never tracked this before though so I've zero clue about what my pattern will end up being.

@Minster2012 had my scan this morning. Urgh hate it when your body plays tricks on you! Fingers crossed it's still to come!

I woke up at 6am on front and rolled over and got such sharp pains this morning for about 45 mins. Had my scan earlier and I have ovulated as 3 follicles are gone. The three I’m left with are two around 4-5cm each and one haemorrhagic cyst again which is 6cm. I’ve got lots of blood and fluid again in my uterus and pouch of douglas. Consultant said after he doesn’t want to start me yet but I got really upset and he came and gave me a hug which is sweet of him. He understood how I felt delaying things and deliberated over a few different treatments protocols. He was thinking to start with not down regging me and just starting me off on stims when on my next bleed or whether to wait two weeks then start as we’d originally planned. Any how, he’s decided I’m going to start buserelin tomorrow and have a scan in 2-3 weeks. I don’t fully understand if that’s then stims after if all good and if it isn’t what happens then but at least it’s starting something right 🤷🏽‍♀️

@Crazydoglady123 I won't though, as I'll be at work? I was actually wondering how people manage school holidays too, as me and dh don't get enough leave to cover it between us? I sit wondering how people do this.

Hmmmm, well I can't decide if your scan was good or not. At least you aren't going to explode. 🤷‍♀️ It did sound scary they were so big. Its not ideal it'll not be sorted for this cycle, but I guess it will be ok, just not quite yet? Your consultant sounds nice! Aren't hugs banned? So extra nice of him! That's the issue with all this crap- you do need support! From wherever it can come from. Can't help with the drugs- no idea what he's doing. 🤣 But you have to trust he does.

Updated, on my way to work, school looks good, kids look happy, all good answers to my many questions, met lots of staff, need to confer with DH but happy with what I've seen

I had to give him a few days rest after this weekend as in his words "I need a break and my balls are empty" 🤣🤣🤣 so tonight I will feed him up then make my move...

@Lexber they do say that your sex drive is the best indication to ovulation and that's definitely what I found. I never knew when I was ovulating until after as I did bbt so ovulation was only confirmed a few days later when the temp rises. But we always managed to have ovulation covered because I got so horny!

@Crazydoglady123 I think that's good surely it's better to do something which might also shrink the cysts (the buserelin) but the blood is scary 😬I think it's just a case then of taking and seeing how it goes? If my consultant went to hug me I'd be like errrrr @paintfairy just in general least of all with Covid 🤣

@notyetamumbuttrying I feel your not feeling it, I'm very meh today & a bit fed up but I shouldn't be, I just wish I knew what my body was doing, I shouldn't have got my hopes up 😩I know there's still time as only CD16 but my ICs are literally blank and the CB say high fertility I wonder why it seemed to go up on CD13?

@Minster2012 it's a head fuck isn't it! I'm so worn out with the ups and downs of this ttc ride. Not sure I have it in me for ivf, at least I don't have to have sex tho 😆

Had my 2-5 bloods done today, I always get the woman who lives round the corner, from me. She’s quite my kind of person “oooh hello last time I saw you it was from your vagina upwards” (she did my smear) so always feels awkward bumping into her near home 🙈 after long chat with DH he doesn't want to take a break from TTC 🙄 so I'll throw the kitchen sink at it instead. Ordered a BBT thermometer, not a clue how to do BBT tracking and I don't think we're missing ovulation but hopefully it may provide some insight?

Hey everyone, sorry I've not been around much. My SILs announcement the other week totally threw me more than I thought it would. And after the blood test I never wanted to think about TTC again 😂

Phoned up for the results today though and apparently I have a slightly raised prolactin level (whatever that means - Google suggested cancer, but then Google always suggests cancer so I'm trying to ignore that) and that the doctor will take a look tomorrow and if they want to do anything I'll get a call back at some point from the reception team.

So if the doctor decides there's no issues, I guess I'll be calling back next week to push on the fertility aide again 🙄

@Minster2012 I'm not a hugger generally, so I'd must definitely be taken aback. But it also depends on the consultant I guess? Are they are creepy weird bloke, or, not? 🤣

@InkyPaper definitely don't worry google links everything to the worst! Hopefully you will find out what's going on soon though. This was random cycle bloods, right? I imagine it was different to the day 21 bloods they did with me as all the mentioned they were testing was my thyroid and progesterone levels. I'm still puzzled as the GP originally said to me we'd do day 3 and day 21 bloods when I first spoke to her about fertility but then just referred me to the fertility clinic when she did the day 21 bloods before the result was even through and no mention of the early cycle bloods again 🤷‍♀️

@paintfairy I think hugging makes them a creepy guy but I'm on the side of that's a bit weird!

@bez91 I bloody hope it's coming but no idea, maybe it's just a pipe dream I can even ovulate. Urgh. But great that your DH wants to throw everything at it, is he on supplements? Get him whilst he's enthusiastic!

@notyetamumbuttrying I put off my next round (should have started northisterone on Friday) because my stimulation phase would fall right over my second Covid jab so we've delayed a month til the end of this cycle. I feel meh thinking "why am I so bothered about this cycle when it's basically pointless anyway" but fir some reason my head went full throttle into it and I got excited when I got a high reading on day 13. So I think I'm gonna be same time as you, around beginning of may maybe end of April? DH got told he'd find out his SA at the next consultation which is when we do the next cycle so like a month?
