Bing Bing the BFP bus is back!

Last bus we got some great results and now it’s a REAL Easter 🐣hunt so let’s make like 🐰s and jump on the 🍆

Oh but we’ve packed up the 🥪🌭🌮Cos we can do that soon! A picnic, and in our sandwiches we’ve got some weird things...little 🍆conchions, pickles, crisps, KETCHUP?? Say what?? Whatever you want in your bread bring it to the bus!

March and April we’ve got a lot of exciting times ahead with people going for Clomid & IVF as well as a lot of straight up sex for the “normal” TTC gang so let’s get shagging & FIND THOSE 🐣🌈.

Hop on the bus, give us your best embarrassing story and grab a ticket, we are TTC in very weird ways and usually talking about most other things 🍞🥨🥞🍔

And we are still helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

Thanks @Florence13! Really appreciate the hand hold and hug 3 month follow up for now, everything was normal so the Gynae consultant said he would see me again after then and decide what’s what going forwards. Such a difficult and exhausting journey xxx

@WicketBasket so sorry to hear. I guess they have you as "unexplained" then. Would you consider ivf? That's our next route.

@Minster2012 didn't do a proper clean as I don't like to leave them without filters for more than an hour

@Vil10 I'm useless. DH is used to me now. But I remember going on a trip to Scotland with a bloke I was dating. And thinking- I'm actually going to wet myself in your car! Obviously I'd said I needed to go and he was going to stop but its awkward relaying the urgency!
There's actually a post on AIBU about a DH that wouldn't let his wife use a public loo on their walk and therefore went home. I was looking through after @Franklydear linked that other one. And yes- what an arsehole neighbour? And I think we all have our quirks @Franklydear! 🤣
@bez91 @Minster2012 I actually had a bit of a talk with DH on our dog walk yesterday. I think men really do struggle with it. Even if the issue turns out not to be them.
@WicketBasket I think we all have those days! I know I do. Its especially frustrating when there's no real reason for it!

@Somatronic I would definitely recommend a dog, I think it really helped my mental health during all the ttc craziness and helped with the broody feeling a lot of the time. Although he's nuts and I'm now thinking how will I manage him and a baby as he's like a baby himself 😂

@WicketBasket So sorry lovely, hand held 💕 don't give up hope as it WILL happen, your body is preparing the best egg and his best sperm for the most successful pregnancy, it takes a while xx

@Somatronic we are always here to hand hold and rant and then celebrate, we are such a mix and a lot of us have been together so long we've had most things and that's why we don't like to leave each other 🤣 what kind of dog you thinking? We have 2 dogs, a cockapoo and a rare pointer & the pointer (cos we were on the breeders lists for over a year) was only 8 months older when DS arrived. The pointer & him have grown up together & she's amazing with him. Do it. Long as you are sensible it's all good 🙌🏻🥳

Now contemplating whether I book in for a private hycosy this week or just wait for the lap appointment to come through? Was hoping I'd have it before the 6th but the letter isn't here yet 🤔 they're looking for endo at the lap so surely my tubes will be checked then too, but I guess not flushed out?! Can't really ask the private clinic as they'll just say yeah book it won't they 😆 anyone experienced in this or have an opinion?

In my house it's DH who's a bit of a liability with toilets, he's done plenty of wild wees and a couple of unfortunate wild poos when there's been no other option!

I know what you mean @WicketBasket the thing that annoys me is that I spend two weeks of the month waiting for FW, then FW which always been like a lot of pressure then a week hoping AF won't come, it all just takes so long! Would be preferable to just roll a dice once a month no then have sex as the mood takes you!

I'm seriously hankering after a sunny Cornish beach today, not in day trip territory though so will have to wait for the world to open up a bit more!

@notyetamumbuttrying I have no idea how though!! You'd think with not messing around with different things and not stressing about TTC your cycle would be normal!

Yes I think you’re right, looking into it, it seems like they should be offering IVF next which is something I would consider as I’ve been trying for long enough now so at least want something to aim towards, rather than every month taking this almost shot in the dark. Sorry I don’t know if that makes sense but thank you for the hand hold

Exactly @paintfairy and @larrythelizard!! It’s so frustrating having to go through this stressful process every month and emotions build through the month only to be met with sadness at the end of it. It’s very emotionally draining!

@WicketBasket yes it must definitely is. And I told DH in our chat @bez91 too. That although it would be nice to be like him and dtd and just not think about it, that even if I wanted to, its impossible. Because I know where my body is at, every different twinge it does, and I can't just zone out until next month. I wish I could! Men really don't get it and it is hard on us.
@Vil10 I've always been like it! Oddly sometimes I'm OK and I surprise myself. Yet others I'm horrendous and there's not even much in there!

@notyetamumbuttrying I personally would wait for the lap, I asked my clinic about those options and they said there's not a lot of difference/ point so they actually told me not to bother

@bez91 that's really good DH is trying, I do think they don't realise the mental load that goes with it. DH found me staring at an OPK
(IC) earlier at about 7pm and was like "what are you doing" and do I said about all the stuff we do behind the scenes

@WicketBasket we totally get it, and on the fertility/ivf side this is why a lot of us are still here together the good thing about getting referred is that can go on on the background whilst you still continue the same as you are now, so you might as well. So I would say def push for it xx

@Lexber ive used the clear blue digital advanced in the past & now the connected, I can't remember the colour of the digital but they (and the connected) are meant to pick up your whole fertile week? I think that's the difference?

@bez91 my ovaries are still in tact atm. Just starting to feel really bloated again and a lot of pressure in my abdomen but yep been resting all day. Sorry to hear about your BFN...TTC is an absolute bitch 😔 sending you hugs

Sooooooo after a couple of rounds of "practice" inserting earlier with the fertilily cup we have take off! (It says to practice btw I didn't just do that on a Sunday for fun) I am not one for subtly and DH was like "wtf Are you shoving up there?" I can report I'm not very good at inserting it, pretty sure I've got it wrong but my shoving my hands up my foof afterwards def pushed sperm upwards 🤣😂😬🤷🏼‍♀️theres a smaller lake spermo though @Crazydoglady123 so a win in my mind! 🙌🏻
