@CMcA21 as long as you have a healthy and balanced diet and lifestyle (so no smoking, no excessive alcohol intake and so on) you don't actually need to integrate many vitamins, however it is recommended to take folic acid which has been shown to prevent neural tube defects in the developing baby! However if you want to make sure you have no deficiencies just start taking pregnancy care vitamins (honestly I think the brand doesn't make much difference), they will integrate whatever your body needs including that folic acid. I have been taking them for a while now and will keep doing...
other than that I think that there are many "nice to try" but nothing really essential when ttc! most important thing is staying healthy and dtd when you are at your most fertile... ovulation predictor kits may help in identifying your fertile window!
