@CycloGoose hope you're feeling better from your vaccine! Did you get an appointment to get your results or is that just from seeing them yourself? That's a lot to take in, hope you're feeling ok about them. The silver lining is that your FSH and AMH are both normal but I know you're probably not focusing on that. Here for you while you process. X x

Hi @Kitty0389 it's good to hear from you, thought you must have been nearing the end of your TWW. Time has flew in (not for you I assume 🤣). It's good you're keeping yourself busy. When will your shiny new extension be done, will it be a long project? X

@kitty0389 wow you're 9dpo already! Praise the extension! How is it coming along? Are you doing the whole thing yourselves?

I haven't spoken to my GP yet but I got a letter with the AMH result. They're both in the normal range but low/high for my age respectively so my ovaries are less good than the average person my age and I'm already 34 so the average isn't great to start with.

I'll try to book in with my GP tomorrow probably. Kitty, I'm not sure how I feel about IVF really. I just always assumed we'd have a little baby that was made from our genes and be able to have cute conversations about who they look most like. Hey - it could still be possible - but I'm worried that if we dilly dally, the way my eggs are going, we would only have a donor egg as an option.
I think I'm going to increase my coq10 intake to try and maximise the opportunity of any egg being a healthy egg xxx

PS. I know what you mean about the whole raft of symptoms. I think I'm going to try not to pay any attention!

@CycloGoose ahhh ok, get that appointment booked asap and hopefully they can shed some light on them and what that means for you. It's easy for me to say but try not to get ahead of yourself! I hope this doesn't come across badly and I hate when people say this but your body can do it so it is possible. You're definitely not out yet! If it's IVF, it's an extra step to meeting your baby. I'm not trying to trivialise it, of course it's more than just an extra step! But it's not an obstacle that you can't get over. I really hope you don't take any of this the wrong way, I'm here for you however you are feeling. 💖🥰🌈

@minthumbugs @CycloGoose the joys of a short cycle means that I feel I am almost permanently in a TWW! But it means I do get more chances... I try not to get my hopes up too much but then I get a little glimmer of hope and then get disappointed...

IVF is such a hard decision, I'm on the fence about whether I would go through with it myself. So much to put your body through but a lot of rewards as well!

The extension is a bit of a mammoth project. OH's brother is a builder so he is doing a lot for us, but we're probably looking at about 4 months from when we break ground to dig foundations which will be in a few weeks! At the moment we're just clearing everything and getting ready. At least it keeps me busy...

@Kitty0389 we are a big dysfunctional group with all the woes that come with our various weird and wonderful cycles, the one common factor being that they all piss us off greatly! Ooooh wow, your extension will definitely be worth it in the end. What do you plan to do with it?

@minthumbugs not sure I could have taken that the wrong way you lovely lady :-) I'm definitely not out but at the same time I don't want to leave it so long that there's zero hope! Need to have some big conversations but also need to get some work done. I'm so behind with everything.

definitely @CycloGoose! It's good to be prepared and have a game plan of what you want to do and when, but it might also be good to focus on work and see what happens a few months down the line. Roll on summer holidays lol. X

I can catch up now I've done my dreadful stent, I knew I wasn't a weak ass bitch when I wanted to kill my MIL for her insensitivity ;) hahaha, I do actually feel like less stress right now tonight but saying that it might because my work is over! I'm going to copy you this month darling and do no tracking, going to be laid back as no doubt I'll be in for a long run again! Just going to aim to DTD every 2-3 days and take everything as it comes with me and hubs Investigations as I'll know more I'm thinking by end of the month ❤️ just done a big shop for the week I love the word big shop when it's not really that big but you know what I mean and topped up on my alcohol supplies, ready for my weekend off with the hubs first one in around 4 week 🙈 hope your okay sweetie!

Hello there lovey lady!! Lovely to see you back, we know you are never too far away sometimes life can get ahead of us and that's also okay 😚 I'm sorry to hear you've had a rough ride with the vaccine it sounds like it's abit of a shitty one but least you are half way to what people are saying "normality" and sound like your over the worst of it now, I've heard from patients they've said those who react to first to tend to have half the symptom experience for the second one so hopefully that's the case for you 🥺🤞🏻

My work was horrendous yesterday, not one manager or sister contacted me from that other area to ensure I was safe or okay with what I had on my caseload of patients, I could have been lost (which is a strong likelihood as I’m a rubbish en for directions) so I’ve wrote a letter of complaint to my manager about what they are doing to us as a team which she’s going to raise my concerns to the matrons so I’m hoping stuff gets done because right now it’s not nice to work where I am! I’m on the transfer list to oncology so I just need to pass time really until my chance comes up ✨

In terms of yourself hunny, I’m glad to hear your hormone balance of LH/FSH is normal, in terms of the AMH? Was that the one you did private with a finger prick, if so could that be in accurate reading due to the low volume of blood they have to test something like that? In comparison to a full blood bottle test at the doctors? Sending lots of love anyway sweetheart, going forward will it help your process speed up a little bit like our little insight as? I hope that’s the case 🤞🏻 I know it’s probably what you didn’t want in terms of the insight but I’m hoping it can get the ball rolling for your little rainbow bundle, but regardless of any outcomes chick your sisterhood is always here for you each step of the journey 😘🥰 we’ve got your back gal, don’t see it as a set back, see it as a hurdle into the right direction ❤️

Only did it out of curiosity because I woke up with a throbbing pain on one side, so think ovulation could be approaching soon. Ohh I just really want to make a rainbow 🌈❤️

Don't worry chick we've all been there, it's annoying to think you are getting some signs of ovulation and then it doesn't show on the things what you need it to! Fingers and toes crossed it's just around the corner for you 🤞🏻 and you can get on with getting you happy ending! 👶❤️

My friends been over this morning after the birth of her beautiful little girl Margot, she's absolutely precious she's only 5 pound 13, I thought my niece was small when I met her for the first time last week, our mable was so gentle around her she kept going near her for a sniff and just kept laying beside us both and placed her paw next to her, I actually caught it on camera, my heart melted! I've cropped out Margots face but you can see our little mables ginger, she's so good around babies 🥺❤️👶

Hope so @kaylsd! I want to be free of the pressure but at the same time don't want to miss a month of 'evidence' I could take to the GP with these short luteal phases. I have enough OPKs left for one full month tracking and I have 2 pregnancy tests so no one let me use them!!! 🤣 They are secure at the back of the cupboard.

Bob them in a coded box and only let your partner know the code so you can't be tempted to break in ;) I've been really good I've still got loads of HPT couple of clear blues digital and normal for when the posh occasional upgrade is required instead of the internet cheapies ;) but I don't tend on tracking properly really until we see someone as I feel like I know natural signs enough for when I think it's happening, saves my peeing on a stick addiction for that little bit longer!

Mable was so gentle she kept going up to her face and sniffing her then looking at me then just laid beside us both with her paw next to the baby :') soooo cute!!!

@kaylsd i should! Would be good if we could have some sort of TTC vending machine tucked away somewhere haha. 1 sanity token for one pee stick!!!

Hahaha @minthumbugs I don't have any sanity tokens left! I'm all out! Don't kick yourself, it's not worth it! At least you know the purple ones don't make sense unless you start them at the right time. I'm trying to stay chill as well no OPKs just OvuSense but I'm now just obsessing over other things so silly.

@kaylsd Mabes and Margot what an adorable pair 💕 Hoping you'll be joining them with your own little sproglet soon enough. You're right not to track until you have more of an idea. Think that's really good.
What's your wait looking like?
GP said still have to wait the 3 months for a year to pass. Never mind. I think the amh is accurate. You prick your finger with a Lancet and have to collect a good portion in a little bottle anyway so there was plenty of blood in there.

@CycloGoose nothing makes sense at this point 🤣 so me, you and @kaylsd all taking the chill route this month! Think it's a well deserved almost break and well needed. That's a bit ridiculous they want you to wait and see if it gets to 12 months despite having tests, hopefully that means BIG IF you get to that point they'll be quick off the mark as you've already had them.

Sorry I have not been very active here. Took some time off the forum
So I did ovulate later in the cycle (around cd30) and i called fertility who then did another progesterone test ..they said i did ovulate .
Anyways fast forward to 17 days later! Af isnt here and ive had spotting only once or twice in last 3 days and and bfn with 2 different brands
:( getting really worried now . Called fertility and they said to wait a week and call again.

Ahh sorry if I've brought you back against your will @Iloveoreos! It's good to take some time away. Sorry about the BFN but no AF. Silver lining is that you did ovulate! Even though it was so late. Hope you're ok and that they will get something in motion for you 🤞🏻
