@notyetamumbuttrying yeah for possible endo and for full info as they wont do anything before we have all tests. Its nhs but they've hired theatre space at private hospital nhs consultant doing tests

Crazydoglady123 · 10/03/2021 14:02

@Marvellouslymadmum oww that's good! Get some answers!

Motherofkittens28 · 10/03/2021 14:09

@Crazydoglady123 thanks! Official test date is 18th so still over a week away! I hope I can hold out!

Annny27 · 10/03/2021 15:07

This meme made me laugh out loud haha. I am always googling shit like this hahaha!

@crazydoglady123 fingers crossed for yours! We can have nhs ivf (1 round) from november! How about you?

@Marvellouslymadmum thank you - yes it's one less thing to obsess over!

@motherofkittens28 let's hope that's little baby burrowing into your lining 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@aimzie so confusing for you! My period sometimes doesnt arrive untill 16dpo. Maybe do another test tomorrow if it's not here in full go

Crazydoglady123 · 10/03/2021 15:13

@Motherofkittens28 are you tempted to poas early 🙊

@Annny27 that meme is sooo true 🤣👌 I'm private as no funding in my area plus I have a child already so the plan had been to hopefully start on my April cycle

Motherofkittens28 · 10/03/2021 15:42

@Crazydoglady123 I'm totally tempted but I know how sad ivf been in the past seeing a negative snd not sure I want to risk that. Also I haven't tested out my trigger shot, which because its hcg can show as a positive pregnancy test until its out of your system, so if it was positive I'd be worried it was just the trigger. Let's see if I make it all the way to 18th! I dont really want to test on a weekday before OH goes to work as either way we won't be there for each other.

crazycatlady1981 · 10/03/2021 16:50

@Annny27 lol at that meme! I’m sure I’ve got something similar in my search history!! 🤣 great AMH btw! Lots of eggies still left there! 😬

@Motherofkittens28 ooh fingers crossed it’s implantation! 🤞🏻

@Aimzie
Good plan! I’ve used Femometer when I’ve done oral temps in the past! Keeping everything crossed for you!

notyetamumbuttrying · 10/03/2021 18:11

@Crazydoglady123 yeah for the time being. I was all gung-ho for April or even end of March's period but the urgency isn't as great anymore as his sperm is now normal! Now the focus is on me as they can't make sense of my low amh in comparison to my decent afc. The private clinic want to repeat it. Gonna charge me £110 for the pleasure 🙄 I also need a hycosy as may as well check the tubes before we get carried away thinking natural is all good. Won't be able to book hycosy until next month now as cd8 today.
What's your next steps then?
@kerrym87 wow that's really good! I wish mine would do that lol! Best of luck with it all.
@Annny27 haha great meme 😂 amazing amh!!
@Motherofkittens28 🤞🏾for implantation bleeding. Defo hold out for next week if you can! ♥️

Annny27 · 10/03/2021 18:22

@notyetamumbuttrying I will be booking my hycosy if my period comes next week so will let you know how it goes! Yeah I am really pleased about it :)

@crazycatlady1981 yep anything different from normal I am like - pregnant?? 😂

@crazydoglady123 have you picked a clinic and stuff? We are tempted to go private but also november isnt that far away!

Aimzie · 10/03/2021 18:46

@Annny27 hahaha brilliant. Id say we all relate to that meme 🤣🤣
Red spotting is back again and I just got a negative frer, think it's time I give this ghost up 🤔🤔
What a cruel cycle 🙄

Sjhigs · 10/03/2021 18:49

Hey I'm new 👋 hope you don't mind me joining

I'm 37 been ttc baby #1since September 2018 no joy 🤦‍♀️

Currently waiting for a consultation date for private ivf no issues with either of us just nothing happening

I'm on cycle day 16 this month I splashed out on a clearblue fertility monitor and also taking vitex supplements I'm on day 2 of my peak on monitor 🙌

Has anyone had any experiences with vitex or cbfm? What days are best to dtd etc

Looking forward to hearing your stories 🥰

crazycatlady1981 · 10/03/2021 19:23

@notyetamumbuttrying you can get an AMH home test kit for £63 at the moment on medichecks!

@Aimzie so sorry about your bfn ☹️ It is so cruel the way our bodies trick us!

@Sjhigs welcome to the group! I’ve also been actively trying since about October 2018 and we haven’t found any issues so far either! I haven’t got any experience of clear blue monitor but it sounds useful from what I’ve read. I use an ovusense to track my bbt and femometer opk strips.

Sjhigs · 10/03/2021 19:25

@crazycatlady1981 thank you 🥰
It's been a longggggg trek have you been referred for any treatment x

Aimzie · 10/03/2021 19:29

@crazycatlady1981 I know it's so strange that my temps been up in 98/99s today has that ever happened to any of you? Mine usually drops as soon as AF starts, but it's still up there 🤔

@Sjhigs welcomeee❤️❤️ no I haven't used it yet, I did use the clear blue digitals one month and ended up getting a solid smiley, then a day after it left I got another one 2 days later so I just stopped wasting money, I just do my temp and cheapie Opks now, my temps usually really good indication cause id go from a coverline of 97.74 to 98.80 after ovulation 😊😊

Sjhigs · 10/03/2021 19:41

@Aimzie I don't temp 🤦‍♀️ i just see it as another chore 🤣

Starting to wish storks were real 🤣 absolutely scunnered 🤦‍♀️

Aimzie · 10/03/2021 19:45

@Sjhigs I always say I'm not going to, but I'm to obsessive 😂😂😂
I know I feel you 😢 like why is it so hard for us 😣

Sjhigs · 10/03/2021 19:47

@Aimzie have you tried vitex? X

Aimzie · 10/03/2021 19:54

No I haven't tried it yet, I was reading about it tho, I think il try it next month, I'm going to try the isoflavones first this month & see if that helps a bit 😊😊
Going around the house with a blister pack of supplements 🧓🏻

crazycatlady1981 · 10/03/2021 20:04

@Aimzie yeah mine usually starts to drop a couple of days before af and then big drop on day af arrives, except for last month when it stayed up on day af arrived! 🤷🏻‍♀️ This month is a whole bunch of weird too as i ovulated on Cd10! Gona be a short cycle I think!

@Sjhigs yep just had our fertility appointment at hospital and due to start ivf in the next couple of months hopefully! 😊Unless a miracle happens in the meantime! 😂

Sjhigs · 10/03/2021 20:12

@Aimzie I took it faithfully this month and I've felt all my ovulation never do hoping its a good sign I'm on all the vitamins of the day too

@crazycatlady1981 I've waited 18months for our first appointment it's in 2 weeks but have heard there's a 19month wait after that for treatment on NHS so we've bit the bullet and going private clocks ticking not getting any younger 🙈

Sjhigs · 10/03/2021 20:18

@Aimzie I just checked out those tablets you mentioned is there non soya ones just I've read up on soya before and apparently not good for ovulation worth checking out xx

Aimzie · 10/03/2021 20:23

😳😳 Really, I thought they were used to move/induce ovulation earlier in the cycle 😅 have to be so careful with these things 🙈 il have to take a look at the ones I ordered again before trying them!

Sjhigs · 10/03/2021 20:30

@Aimzie something to do with reduced lh if I remember correctly I'd opt for some soya free ones just incase I had to get soya free co enzyme after reading up on it paid a fortune for a bottle that had soya in them out of h&b and never used them just have A read up on it it's all I've done the last 30 months feel like I could be a fertility consultant the stuff I have picked up on 🤣🤣🤣

crazycatlady1981 · 10/03/2021 20:52

@Sjhigs Omg that’s a ridiculous wait time!! We’re really lucky where I live that there’s no wait time at all which is good as I’m 40 later this year! It’s such a postcode lottery and really unfair that some people have to wait so long!

kerrym87 · 10/03/2021 20:52

@notyetamumbuttrying they just gave me a date as usually you arrange once period starts but I think in general due to theatre provision everywhere it's not so set in stone. I was supposed to have AF monday just gone but they've put me on norethisterone and just did pg test before o started them and again before procedure so it is possible for other times of cycle. Hope you get somewhere x
