7 high days opk no peak yet!

Hi,

I’ve been ttc for around 7 months. Brought my first opk this month.

I had one day negative and just had my 7th day of high opk. This is now day 17.

Cycle is normally around 30/31 days.

Any advice or has anyone else had multiple high opks?

@AZ1992X I’ll do an opk and maybe dtd later too if I can convince him just incase. I’m cd 22 now which is when I’ve been peak the last 2 months 🤷‍♀️ But I did deffo get peak at cd16 and stabbing pains which I thought was ovulation the day later.

It does sound like it could be a good thing though based on your experience 🤞🏼I just don’t want to get excited about it just incase.

Yup, good idea just in case ... then least you’re covered if it was now.

I know what you mean, you don’t want to get your hopes up too much.

All good here thank you 😊 - felt more tired the last few days much earlier in evening but overall feel fine. Got appointment Monday with doctor but only on phone so not sure if I’ll have to follow up with one in person before my scan but guess will find out. Hoping they book my scan and get a date for that 🤞 x.

@AZ1992X the opk was totally white 😆

That’s strange that it’s by phone as I would have thought they would want you to do one of their tests. That scan will roll round so quickly 😊 x

@BellaBoo7 ah, maybe isn’t ovulation then 😂!

I thought that but they only seem to do telephone calls to start with, I’m expecting they will need me to go in but will see 🤷‍♀️ X.

@BellaBoo7, I think it was only a few days but remember there was much more than usual. X.

@AZ1992X did you get any other symptoms at all? X

@BellaBoo7 bizarrely after that I actually felt like AF was arriving, had bloating, small bit of cramping and stomach felt bit off.

Have you had any other symptoms? X.

@AZ1992X I have had mild cramping on and off since 3dpo and I could be imagining it but I think my nipples have changed a little but it could all be in my head tbh 😆 x

@AZ1992X will do all of this could still be from coming off the pill I guess too x

@AZ1992X so this morning I think it was just wishful thinking as cm seems to be drying up and no breast changes so I think this is just my new post ovulation normal now that the pill is hopefully finally out of my system x

I’ve got an emergency appointment at the hospital this morning as had some bleeding so not feeling good 😔. X.

@AZ1992X please try not to worry it can be totally normal from stories I’ve heard from friends who have had this happen. I have everything crossed for you x

@BellaBoo7 just got home, had some tests/internal examinations/swabs which will be sent off but was quite bit of blood so got booked in for an ultrasound tomorrow. Don’t think looking good 😔 x.

@AZ1992X I am sorry to hear that, there is still hope tho I’ll keep my 🤞🏼. It must be awful having to wait until tomorrow x
