I'm 4dpo today. Had a mc last cycle so this cycle is all over the place. My boobs are currently so sore it is making me (probably foolishly) hopeful.

I'd love to get a thread running for some support. Anyone want to join?

Hello! Sorry to jump on this thread, I hope everyone is having a good week. I just wanted to ask a question about BBT (it's totally new to me). I'm 7dpo and my temp has been climbing for the last few days, up to 37.5 now. What I can't work out is if it's normal to have a higher temp in this week and then it's meant to go down when AF arrives, or if it being this high is possibly a pregnancy symptom? (as you can tell I'm in real symptom spotting mode!)

@Ktd88 High temps after ovulation are what you want. It's a good sign. 37.5 is pretty high tho, it's almost a fever, are you sure?

@toastedsesame Yeah I thought so too, so I checked both ears. I feel totally fine though so I don't think it is a fever (although now I'm wondering it it's heading that way...fingers crossed its just the good sign I hope it is!)

It's funny because we weren't even properly trying yet but I was so hopeful as all the signs were there.

@Jackitty I have started to spot 5-6 days early as well 🙁 it is disappointing. I am going to try and track my temperature next cycle. I have never heard of it until being on here.

@Ktd88 Well if you're running warm thats a good sign I suppose! If I take my temp during the day its usually 37.2 which is high-ish.

Im worried slightly as it was negative this morning and im scared about evaps...

Update as AF was due today, not sure how accurate my app is though but its usually spot on, I've not had any signs of it arriving but nor have I tested. I feel quite chilled like I already know im pregnant even though I don't know? Might test tomorrow if AF doesn't show so once anything happens I will update again!

@Mum2Girls19 that looks positive to me! A lot of people report getting stronger positives in the evening rather than with FMU! Doesn't look like an evap as it's blue so fingers crossed!

@lelrx best of luck hopefully the earlier bleeding wasn't AF and was implantation. Let us know tomorrow!

@Mum2Girls19 - yes I agree that is postive! I reckon you would test positive with a digi. I had a thinner line on CB than that when I did.

How are you doing @Fifi1086? I am on CD6 today so going to take my last lot of soy. My temps appear lower already than the usually are at this point. I am hopeful something will happen before CD20!

@Catmum55566 im not great tbh. I'm on my 10th day of AF. Last 4 days have been really bad. I'm actually getting worried that I'm going to ovulate before it stops, but it doesn't seem to be easing

I’ve had a definite positive yesterday on a clear blue digital so going to call doctor today as I’ve had some bleeding last night and this morning

@fifi1086 I don't have any tests but will ask hubby to grab one later or when we go food shopping because no sign of AF today either! Xx

@Fifi1086 on no this doesn't sound fun, no wonder you are fed up! Are your periods usually this length? It could be worth speaking to the GP if you haven't already. I think the normal range is 3-7 days. If it is a one off then there could be something throwing your cycle out of sync. I am no expert but I don't think your body would ovulate whilst bleeding. Don't the pre-ovulation hormones signal to the body to thicken the lining? Hopefully someone on the thread will have more knowledge.

@Catmum55566 that does make sense actually! I don't know what's normal for me as I only am off the pill since Xmas, even though they did return right away. I hope it's a one off but if it happens again next month I'll definitely go to gp as it can't be normal!

Trying to conceive after I lost my daughter at 21 weeks pregnant.

I don't know what dpo I am...either 5 or 9 or somewhere in between. I've been testing since Wednesday ( I know, I know 😂) and getting faint lines but they're really faint like to the point I can't get a photo of them. I hate the TWW it sends me crazy!

I forgot to post my symptoms! I'm super tired, had lots of creamy CM today, random shooting pains and an achey womb??? 😂 None of which are normal, or at least I don't think they are.

@catmum55566 I think it's because I feel like I just know i am anyway, still no AF, been working until late so haven't managed to get a test. I think I'm also fed up of testing, I've already been frantically testing and still has the same outcome but now AF hasn't arrived I'm pretty certain anyway! Xxx

hi @Catmum55566 and @Fifi1086 I am well thanks for asking. Officially passed the day my period was due and now 5 weeks 1 day. Still taking it day by day but hopeful. Feel dead tired tho!

Updating! So still no AF and still getting bfn? I used a home bargains 99p accu news test today.
I can only assume I'm not pregnant but never experienced this before, my AF cycle is always 27/28 days. Maybe I ovulated later that I thought, I don't track so no idea! Not really sure whether I should wait for AF to arrive or contact my GP x

@lelrx it could have been that the brown and red spotting you had was your AF, it's normal for periods to take a while to regulate after the implant. The pic you put up before did look period like rather than spotting.

@sheslikebutter I'm sorry to hear of your loss, that must have been tough. However your symptoms sound promising so fingers crossed this is your BFP!

@lelrx that is strange. Like Fifi said it could have been a light period. Or ovulation is late. In all cycles I believe it varies sometimes, at least by a day or two.

@Toastedsesame. That's great to hear. Tiredness must but annoying but there is a lot of development going on at this stage isn't there, so your body needs the energy for that!

@Fifi1086 has AF gone now? It could be to do with things regulating post pill like you say.

I am CD8 which would usually be ages before my FW but my opks are higher than my base line. They are still low but thinking the soy might have done something and I may ovulate earlier 🤞 I would love a 14 day ovulation....a girl can dream 😂
