@SendmetoFlorida You don't need to cut out caffeine completely. Once pregnant the guidance is 200mg a day which can be around 2 coffees a day depending on how strong you make them. I tend to drink a couple of energy drinks a day at 75mg each. Normally one when I wake up and one around lunch time. I don't drink any fizzy drinks or tea though so no worries about caffeine from other sources.

@princesscallie that sounds promising! I’m 8/9 DPO today and had some orange/pink coloured blood this morning. Have had some cramps yesterday and day before so wondering if implantation bleeding. Also had a proper mood swing yesterday and feel a bit pukey on and off. But I do have a sensitive cervix so not completely uncommon for me to bleed slightly outside of my period. Boobs feel fine though and I usually get painful nipples when hormones change so who knows. Such a long wait isn’t it!! X

@Curiosity101 I've still been having 1 cup a day but normally I do about 4 or 5 🙈 so bad I know! Just love coffee so much 😍

2DPO here so a long wait...

When do you start testing on OPK? I'm on Cd11 and app says ovulating cd17... do I start today? I got CB.

@Wowthisisreal - i’ve literally done it the first time this month but think it depends on length of cycle- maybe google it? I’d test from today if it was me though

According to my app I'm 2 days away from AF but I've had a few odd symptoms as well as the usual pms ones. These are the ones I've counted so far...

*painful boobs
*excess saliva
*headache
*backache
*Cramps
*bloating
*constipation
*creamy cm
*emotional
*tired
*stuffy nose

I don't want to test but I do what to test 😩😫😂

Update from me..
My fertile week started Friday according to PreMom so we've DTD CD10, CD11, CD12 (today). Save to say I'm knackered 😂 going to do it everyday up until FW ends, drink a glass of pomegranate juice a day and eat some Brazil nuts every day. My feet were cold so as I type this I have two pairs of socks on and they're on top of a hot water bottle. OH thinks I am crazy!

An old school friend posted her pregnancy announcement on Instagram today I have no reasons to feel sad because this is our first month trying but feels like I've been waiting forever.

Evening ladies!! Sorry just catching up as had a lazy weekend!! Still doesnt feel quite real yet and think I will feel a lot better once I hit 6 weeks as I checked through my notes and I started to miscarry at 5 + 2, so will feel so much better once I get to that point! Currently 4 weeks tomorrow if I go off ovulation or 3+3 if I go by period. Would have been due period Tues or Weds so will see but I have attached another progression pic and so far its looking OK. A lot less cramping compared to last time and generally feel fine.

@princesscallie symptoms sound good! The funny taste in my mouth was a give away for me. Tasted a lot like blood and I had it over 3 days. Fingers crossed for you!

@sunflowersaremyfav93 not yet sunk in tbh i think it might take some time but I am feeling cautiously optimistic! Trying to stay positive! Ooo fingers crossed sound like youve covered all bases! TTC is so hard because its something we just want so much and a lot of it is out of our control. You can only do as much as you can do and it will happen when the time is right!

@CookieMonster3001 Lovely progression in the tests there!! Fingers crossed it all goes well but I completely get the worry in the back your mind!
Fingers crossed.. you're right though it'll just happen when it does I can't only do what I can. Did you last down on your back after DTD? I lay with my legs up for like 10/15 mins but it feels like it's falling out after?! I guess the strong swimmers have got up there? I keep thinking oh no it's all coming it.

I have all the above symptoms. Was watching tv earlier and was crying. It was a game show for crying out loud. Also feel weird. Just odd! Like I'm in a haze! Does that make sense?

@CookieMonster3001 that all looks very promising. Go you! My period isn't due until Sat but I might test on Thursday if still feel like this!

@sunflowersaremyfav93 this happened to me last time too and I was panicking but then we got pregnant this month. So I wouldn't worry about that at all.

@sunflowersaremyfav93 yep i used to just put my butt on a pillow for 15-30 min after then go to the loo. I wouldnt worry about them falling out as force would have pushed em to where they need to go :)

I wasn't going to test but I've not been sleeping well for the last 4 nights and I was like that when I got pregnant with both my boys so something just made me test!
I'm about 13dpo and AF was due today/tomorrow.

Had a scare yesterday with backpain and some spotting which is how my mc started but not had any since. Backpain still there but seems to be when I sit in my office chair. Temp was highest its ever been and my line progressions look OK (I think). I have attached a pic. Finally got a dye stealer on a FRER too so trying to stay calm and not think the worst. I think thr spotting might have been cus we DTD on Sunday and it irritated the cervix. Who knows!

This TWW is driving me mad! Tested this morning because I woke up feeling really pukey in the night and again this morning. Only 9/10DPO so probs way too early (negative). But i thought if it was morning sickness symptoms, it would show in a test. Probs just a funny tummy. Sure I had classic implantation cramps and spotting a few days ago but perhaps something else. Arghh this is hard

Thanks everyone 😀 I'm a bit in shock tbh! It took 4 months with my 1st and just over 18 months with the 2nd so I never expected it to happen so quickly this time round. Especially as I'm almost 38!

@CookieMonster3001 Yes I had to get digital ones, as last time there was so much confusion around whether there was a 2nd line or not, it stressed me out too much lol. Your lines look good and strong though 😀

Just done a clear blue one just to confirm the weeks (even though I was pretty sure anyway 🙈) 1-2 weeks so that makes it 3-4 weeks technically 😊
When should you contact the dr/midwife do you think? You'd think I'd know 😂 but with my previous 2 I didn't get positive test and there was confusion around how far along I was 🙈

@NewbieB Aw hopefully it's just too early 🤞🏼 hope it's not a dodgy tummy! Sounds promising though if you had cramps and bleeding, fingers crossed for you!

@Kayeyeem seems AF has arrived for me with no warning today so must have been what the nausea is about - not had it before.
Disappointed but also a bit worried as I’m only on cycle day 23
