We’ve got the fastest TTC 🚌in the UK & we aren’t afraid of a modification or 2 as we have a bus with a beautiful panoramic roof seat where there is wine & snacks a plenty for those that need a bit of a breather from our race car but still hang on to our ride! 🌞

We thought we might make it to Valentine’s Day ♥️💓 but oh no we talk too much! If you want to talk most things other than TTC we are the right bus, tv, (married at first sight what the hell?!), pets, annoying DHs, good food & exactly how many orgasms should we be having?

We’ve got a rowdy bus of newbies, oldies with history, excited ladies going forwards for IVF & pregnant mates we can’t get rid of...& February is gonna be BIG!

@notyetamumbuttrying good luck with your appointments, I've still got some cycles to do on clomid before I'm considered for IVF. I'm PCOS with long cycles and didn't realise I wasn't ovulating. I have managed to ovulate a few times recently but I'm told to still do clomid.

I've seen a few things about pregnacare?for me the conception one I'm sure has helped me. I had my shortest ever (30 day) cycle when I first took it and ovulated the first time the cycle after.

@2020mission I asked my GP for D21 progesterone test to see if I was ovulating, I had a lovely GP who suggested I do weekly test if negative to find out if I was ovulating late. This really helped answer my ovulating question. Previous GPs had been a bit clueless to help me until I spoke to this one. I never really visited my GP before this, now I feel like a regular lol. @2020mission I half know the answer from your username but how long have you been trying? Have you age on your side? Things are slow with covid so I'm glad my name is in the system. I initially turned down the referral as it all felt too soon but came to my senses and rang back that afternoon to ask them to go ahead and refer. That was Sept/oct not even sure.

@Katao I started TTC in January 2020. Don't really have time on my side... I turn 33 in March. I had always thought it would be nice to have 2 children before I was 35 but no chance now 😅 I'm just focusing on 1 baby now as I'll be lucky to get that!

Anyway, just after I posted the insta thing about the fishy burp I got a call from the embryologist, unfortunately our embryo hasn't survived the thaw when taken out today. It was a Day 3 embryo & most fail between days 3 & 5, it would have been put back a day 4 same as the one that went on to become Xander in my best friend as a surrogate. anyway ours didn't do anything when thawed it was defunct.

Btw my progesterone level was perfect & Covid negative (small win for Minster!) 🥳

So I was in a field walking dogs as you do.
DH came home we got a call back from the nurse consultant to discuss counselling & what do we do.

I mean statistically we should have another child 1 in 3 goes right? Pah. So far over £6,000 down and nothing from our ivf. Over £30,000 for a beautiful surrogacy child (including the ivf parts we couldn't get on the nhs) who is worth every Penny.. our inheritance from 4 grandparents lost in the last few years spent wisely definitely but it's bloody good holidays abroad are not on! This is NOT a pity party guys just frustrations 🥰😚

DH & I have agreed to me having the further testing to see if a fresh round is viable with my medical history. So in my productive "right I NEED A PLAN" the nurse consultant agreed getting my AMH done now was the best way forward. I went in this afternoon to do those bloods before a discussion with the consultants can be booked as it was 2.77 last time it was checked feb 2018 when I was 36. & when I went to pay for my AMH today I was told it was wavered...again small wins

@Juno231 I asked about what my AMH was, I wrote it down, I will update you on this actual numbers & eggs etc on Friday, do not lose hope I was very close & we got better results than they expected.

Of course the irony was that it's On the day that my baby aspirin & pregnancy tests arrived also did another card from this lovely group. Our community. Added to the dresser with a couple of others after Minster Messages & gifts I have sent out to cheer ppl up who have maybe needed it at rough times or have graduated & still find the time to offer us support...as well as messages & gifts from my friends.

I can update more in the next few days but I'm gonna wallow a bit when I need, currently drinking g&t in the bath, DH came home & we cooked ramen together, you'll see updates on the blog for a bit more info but the others who are gonna get BFPs over the coming days can take the limelight 🥰😘😭

I didn't even realise that could happen (minimal knowledge here) and I'm so sad that it happened to you. Utter crap. I do hope you have other options though to move forward and formulate a new plan. If anyone can keep positive and keep fighting, it's you! 💕 Damn pregnancy tests arriving right when you realise you don't need them... always happens 😑 I'm glad to hear your progesterone level was perfect and you're covid free - those are definitely positives to take from today.
