@Blossom37 how long is your LP normally? Would you expect AF at 8/9dpo? If not, maybe it's something else causing the cramps?

Blossom37 · 26/01/2021 14:12

@HerringGull it used to be 28 days regular. Since my little one it's taken forever to get to average 27-30 days and it's only been last 3 months... so honestly could be that. In October I had 19 days cycle so who knows.. I feel like my body just hates me 😆

HerringGull · 26/01/2021 14:58

@Blossom37 mine are a bit like that too, cycles can vary by five days or so. Didn't used to care before TTC! Now it drives me bananas so I track bbt so I know when to expect AF. First time in my life she's not a surprise! 😆 I guess you've just got to wait and see what the cramps mean eh. Hope they're not too sore!

HerringGull · 27/01/2021 13:09

How are the cramps @Blossom37?

How's everyone else? Anyone crack and test this morning? x

emilyylouise · 27/01/2021 13:11

New symptom over here...

Just got my favourite sandwich from greggs and I can't eat it! Making me feel sick 🤢 now that has to be a positive! I'm so hungry but the thought of eating is turning my stomach

Blossom37 · 27/01/2021 13:19

@HerringGull they got a little better today but still got twinges... My temp dropped yesterday and today is slightly higher... fingers crossed it's a good sign but with constant cramps I won't get my hopes up...

@emilyylouise haha I obviously cracked and tested but nada. Will try tomorrow for sure as with my 1st I got my first faint positive 9DPO...
Sorry you've been feeling sick but fingers crossed it is indeed good sign! X

@Blossom37
I have FR tests arriving today so going to test in the morning at 9DPO 🤞🏻

Blossom37 · 27/01/2021 13:40

@emilyylouise hehe I ordered some too! Will arrive tonight 🤣

🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 for us x

emilyylouise · 27/01/2021 13:41

@Blossom37

Omg! Fingers crossed for both of us 😀🤞🏻

HerringGull · 27/01/2021 14:05

Ohh exciting! Good luck both of you!

@Blossom37 do you reckon it could be cramps related to implantation then? A temp dip is a good sign that you've had your second oestrogen peak I think Smile I'm in my dip just now too! I usually get more than one day of dip though, so my oestrogen peak must be slooooowwww...

Blossom37 · 27/01/2021 14:15

@HerringGull i am indeed hoping this would be that but I'm bit hesitant as the cramps were very similar to af and I still feel them a bit but we shall see I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

I also have some weird stabbing type cramps, very low down. But again it might be that I'm actually looking out for them and noticing them and they've always been there! The two major things that might be it is that we had sex a few times around ovulation date and the soreness in my breasts, which is largely central as opposed to near the armpits. I need to wee more as well... but no idea if I'm imaging that!

acaciabluebell · 27/01/2021 15:36

Hey everyone I'm also 8dpo. AF due for me on Sunday. I have had zero symptoms until today when my nipples became sore (but this happens for me every month pretty much). I don't think I want to test until at least AF due date but who knows!!

HerringGull · 27/01/2021 16:47

Hi @acaciabluebell Smile Ooh Sunday is soon! Definitely hold out to test later if you can manage it. It's so hard though!

DizSquiz · 27/01/2021 17:34

Hello I'm 7dpo today, how is everyone?

Blossom37 · 27/01/2021 18:21

@AbiBrown hard not to spot symptoms isn't it? I try to be sensible (failing loads haha) and just Google every tiny bit and search this app for similar symptoms 🤣

OP posts:
Blossom37 · 27/01/2021 18:22

@acaciabluebell wow you are strong! 8DPO here and I already tested this morning and I know myself that I'll not be able to wait and will test again tomorrow morning 🤣

OP posts:
Blossom37 · 27/01/2021 18:23

@DizSquiz hi! 8DPO today for me... seriously considering going to bed earlier today so that tomorrow comes sooner 🙈🤣

OP posts:
acaciabluebell · 27/01/2021 18:41

@Blossom37 haha not brave at all, I try to avoid testing because I only ever see negatives and then I get so upset and it ruins my day/week!

AbiBrown · 27/01/2021 18:41

Ha, I did a hell of a lot of that during my previous ttc period before I conceived my daughter. I feel a little bit more like I would know what to look out for this time but tbf I'm clueless. I'm also a bit scared because I know that if I'm indeed pregnant as soon as I find out we're gonna have to make a lot of stressful and time consuming decisions about where to live as I've been burying my head in the sand for the past year!

Blossom37 · 27/01/2021 18:45

@acaciabluebell I have absolutely no will when it comes to testing 🤣 ruining my day would absolutely not be enough to stop me 🙈🤣

OP posts:
Blossom37 · 27/01/2021 18:48

@AbiBrown ermmm you would think this being my no 2 I would be more sensible but naaaaaah haha still terrible 🤣 also same here you would think I would know the difference but I guess every pregnancy is different so I just hope. I am trying to be semi sensible as I have those cramps for last few days so telling myself it's probably my hormones are all over the place and af if around the corner... probably it will not stop me testing tomorrow morning unless it arrives 🤣

OP posts:
emilyylouise · 27/01/2021 18:58

I caved and done a test when they arrived... was obvs negative like I knew it would be but I still bloody done it 🤣🙈

Think now I'm just going to wait until Sunday when I'm 12DPO as don't want to have to buy more 🤣🤣🤣

Meg87 · 27/01/2021 19:02

Hi all, I'm 8DPO today too. I'm trying to not test until my period is late, and my period isn't due until 3rd Feb which means I'll be testing on 16DPO! Which seems a crazy long time to wait. At least the result should be pretty accurate by then.
I am completely symptom free at the moment 😕

AbiBrown · 27/01/2021 19:06

Same 3 Feb here. And yeah you'd think we'd be more sensible second time round 😂
