@Cafeaulait27 it's the clear blue digital one, it's really good, expensive though but each set of sticks lasts a few months. I just find it so much clearer than the strips but I've heard alot of people having luck with those too and they're so much cheaper.

Thank you! Fingers crossed for both of us. This is 3rd month for us ttc no 2! so I know it's not been too long but so hard not to obsess! Did you say you're testing tomorrow? X

HerringGull · 30/01/2021 21:00

Who all is testing tomorrow? ☺️

Sparkles512 · 30/01/2021 21:01

Hi Ladies, still no AF and I don't feel like it's going to appear either, I usually have stomach ache and crave loads of chocolate but not this month!

I'm wondering if my cycle might be slightly longer this month but even so I would have thought I'd still have my usual cramps and cravings?

How's everyone else feeling?

Cafeaulait27 · 30/01/2021 22:42

I’m going to buy some tests tomorrow on our weekly food shop but I’m going to try not to test until period is due! No idea how I’m going to last another 6 days 😬😬😬

Cafeaulait27 · 30/01/2021 22:49

@Sparkles512 when were you due? Xx

Sparkles512 · 30/01/2021 23:04

@cafeaulait27 AF was due today so will see if it makes an appearance over the next few days

Sunny1986 · 30/01/2021 23:28

Good luck for everyone testing tomorrow!! I'll be 14 dpo so going to go for it again in the morning, fingers are firmly crossed (negative FRER at 11dpo). Have had cramps and some brownish spotting today, hoping it's good news rather than AFConfused

Cafeaulait27 · 31/01/2021 04:21

@Sparkles512 eek exciting! Are you normally quite regular? Fingers crossed xxx

Cafeaulait27 · 31/01/2021 04:22

Yes good luck to everyone testing today! 🤞❤️

Blossom37 · 31/01/2021 08:33

Good luck everyone testing today. BFN at 12DPO here and more cramping so af must be around the corner...

@Sunny1986 fingers crossed it's not af so positive vibes for BFP for you x

@Sparkles512 any news? Did af rear it's ugly head?

@peach1234 even though it may only be 3 months TTC it feels like forever doesn't it? We've been trying for almost a year and it's been super tough especially as with no 1 we got pregnant straight away 🙈

Sunny1986 · 31/01/2021 08:46

AF arrived. The cramps felt too familiar to me, think I knew it would be her rather than implantation but had a glimmer of hope! Who knew conception was such an exact science!?

Good luck to everyone who's still in the race this month!

Gamechanger2019 · 31/01/2021 09:00

@Sunny1986 sorry to hear that, I know what you mean I was clearly asleep in biology 🤦🏻‍♀️ It was like have sex = baby 🙈 Well my bleeding has stopped so who knows what is happening with me, could have been implantation but just felt too painful and heavy🤷🏻‍♀️ best wishes for us all next month 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Cafeaulait27 · 31/01/2021 09:03

@Sunny1986 @Gamechanger2019 when I got pregnant last year, I had full aches/cramps EXACTLY like I get before my period, and then had a few days of brown discharge and a bit of red blood. When it didn’t turn into a proper period I tested and it was positive. Not to give you false hope, but letting you know it can feel a lot like a period type pain xxx

peach1234 · 31/01/2021 09:17

@Blossom37 I got a bfn too this morning 😞 with my first we tried for 7 months then had a break from trying to get married then I got pregnant after 4 months, I got my DH to take wellman conception vitamins and they worked after 3 months (which they say it takes 3 months for the full sperm cycle) so I always think it was due to those so taking them again now so got it in my head it'll take 3 months of those again!
When are you due af? X

peach1234 · 31/01/2021 09:31

@Cafeaulait27 @Gamechanger2019 @Sunny1986 I second that! When I was pregnant with my first I had exact same period cramps and I only tested because it was unusual for me to get them before af showed up. One of my close friends has just found out she's pregnant unexpectedly and she had the same, was convinced she was getting her period.
But then I've had period cramps for the whole tww this month and bfn so goes both ways I guess! Wish there was one definitive sign! Xx

Gamechanger2019 · 31/01/2021 09:35

@peach1234 @Cafeaulait27 good to hear, this was horrendous I had to get up to a hot water bottle at 4am, take paracetamol and bleeding was heavy so who knows but I’ll test in a couple of days if AF doesn’t come by then that is. How you guys coping with lockdown? I don’t think it helps with the intenseness of all of this 😢

emilyylouise · 31/01/2021 09:50

I'm 12 DPO and was meant to test this morning but I was so tired I forgot to wee in the cup 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I'll have to try remember tomorrow 🤞🏻

Blossom37 · 31/01/2021 09:55

@peach1234 sorry to hear about your bfn too! Which dpo are you? Sorry if you already said it's hard to keep track 🙈 af supposedly tomorrow (according to FF) but could be Wednesday if we count luteal phase being 14 days... my cycles were all over the place so there is no clear pattern yet.

I'm taking the pregnacare conception but my husband isn't really taking anything (he didn't either when we first got pregnant). I also use soy isoflavones and it really helped making sure I ovulate and the peak is very distinct on my tests finally! I also heard on Qo10 so if this is not our month I'll look at investing in those too... been reading about taking small doses of aspirin that help with implantation and reducing chance of mc... just been reading lots and looking at ways to get healthier too. So we shall see...

Hi Ladies, I did a FRER this morning well after 4 hours hold as I always get up in the night, BFN, I'm 14DPO and period was due yesterday.

I just want AF to make an appearance so I can get on with the next cycle!

Good luck to everyone testing 🤞

Blossom37 · 31/01/2021 10:15

@Sunny1986 ahhh bummer sorry to hear that. Fingers crossed next month it will happen x

@Cafeaulait27 and @peach1234 hmmmm that's interesting and not that I have false hopes as it just feels too familiar to af to be anything but however I will keep to a glimmer of hope 😆

@emilyylouise oh no I did that a coupled times too! Well hopefully youwill be more awake tomorrow morning 🤞🏻😆

Blossom37 · 31/01/2021 10:16

@Sparkles512 well until it arrives there's always hope I guess 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

11 dpo today tested this morning after I had a really bad nights sleep waking up really hot. Bbt dropped this morning. So I'm out this month. Good luck to everyone still in for this month 🤞🏼👶🏼

Cafeaulait27 · 31/01/2021 12:23

Sorry about the BFNs everyone, hope you get some BFPs in the next few days 🤞

I second getting your man to take some men’s health vitamins. Because of my pcos he had his sperm tested and it came back lower than expected, so he was advised to take men’s vitamins. He started taking them and he was tested again the next month and his sperm had already improved.

I think a lot of the time we put all the pressure on ourselves. All the men have to do in most cases is take these vitamins and it vastly increases our chances. In recent times male fertility has plummeted overall by something crazy like 40%. Since my husband started taking them I’ve got pregnant twice (sadly both ended in mc).

But I’m hoping now I’m on metformin, aspirin and myoinosital as well as prenatals, and him taking his vitamins will help us get a gooden finally🤞🤞🤞🤞

Cafeaulait27 · 31/01/2021 12:24

When I say ‘he’ I mean my husband btw haha 🤦‍♀️

peach1234 · 31/01/2021 13:20

@Cafeaulait27 I'm sure it helped! I took pregnacare too with my first but started this time and it messed up my cycles so just taking folic acid now. I'm sure I read that pregnacare only gets your body ready for a pregnancy and doesn't necessarily help with getting pregnant whereas the wellman for DH increases sperm count and mobility.

Fingers crossed some BFNs turn into BFPs, been a bit of a rubbish month hasn't it 😞 xx
