@Oilyoilyoilgob 😊 I'm okay. My period arrived with a vengeance so I'm trying to survive that as it's the most painful one I've had since I was a teenager! I'm only CD3 today so about a year away from ovulation. How are you doing?

@AdriannaP scan day!! FINALLY. Remember to take lots of deep calming breaths. I hope your partner can go with you, I think you said he could. 🤞❤️ No idea what time your scan is but I hope it's super early as think you've definitely waited long enough!

@MrsKin90 its so good to hear from you! I've come to rely on you as the voice of reason. You were hibernating for a few days and here I am, still peeing on OPKs, taking digital tests apart, not registering with the midwives. 🤣
I'm sorry AF is particularly cruel this month. 😔 I hope you are treating yourself to nice things and you are being kind to yourself. And all jokes aside, if you need to hibernate, hibernate; we will all be here for you when you need us. 😘

Thank you both! Feels so wonderful to have this supportive group.
My scan is this morning and my DH is allowed to come. I have been up since 5am unable to go back to sleep! Feel nervous but also hopeful. 🤞🏻🙏🏼🤞🏻🌈

@eloiseislost ha I thought I'd let you go wild peeing on things to take your time up, I imagine the wait really isn't very easy. I'm sure you'll register with the midwives when you're ready too, but it's all looking good for you so hopefully you'll do that sooner rather than later. Eventually you'll have to be practical about it 😁 because you wouldn't want to accidentally delay your important pregnancy care and there might be a waiting list! There. Consider yourself told off 🥰

I am a bit hibernating but also just a bit 🤷 this is the boring part of the cycle isn't it. 🥱

@Remembermee I was thinking what on earth is oral fertility?! Yes- that's a line for sure. I would test twice a day now to see how they progress.

You are right, waiting for ovulation is the most boring part, especially for us, using the SI method. It's not exactly like we are having fun in the meantime! 🙄
I'm sure ovulation is way less than a year away for you 😝 you'll dread being in the 2WW in no time! 😉

@Remembermee How did you go from peak to oral fertility? 🤣
Yeap, that's a line! If you got your peak on the 28th January it means you most likely ovulated on the 29th, which puts you at 7DPO today. It's a bit early but a line is a line! Does it have colour? I see a steak of dye running through as well, have a look again when it's more dry. Fingers crossed this is the start of your BFP! 🤞🏼

@eloiseislost and @Makingnumber2 I know it was bizarre when I read it back after posting! Gutted I couldn't edit it. Stupid autocorrect lol

I've just had another look and it looks the same. Yes there are some horizontal evaporation lines. The line looks like it's faint pink... or that's what I'm assuming!

@eloiseislost looking back I've ovulated somewhere between CD16-21 for the last 3 cycles so I am exaggerating. I hope it comes earlier this cycle. I'm anxious/nervous/excited to ring up for my blood test 😊

@Remembermee The only things that have me ever so slightly apprehensive is that you are 7DPO and the horizontal evaporation lines. I would keep testing every morning to see if the line progresses! Fingers crossed for you!! 🤞🏼❤️

Yes it's terribly early and I wasn't expecting anything. I'm just using up the sticks as they go out of date this month... unless that might be the problem!!
I will keep testing regularly (I have about 30 odd sticks to get through lol) and won't see anything as definite for a long while yet!

@MrsKin90 I know what you mean, I ovulated CD18 in this cycle and DH was fed up! On the last SI, when he was giving me the cup with 'the load', he said "the next one will be filled with dust" 🤣
I'm excited that you are getting bloods done, it will put your mind at ease, I'm sure. 🙂 Is it 7 days before AF that you are to have the bloods taken? Is your luteal phase 14 days?

@Remembermee I'm so sorry I didn't say congrats I thought the strips were OPKs! I am genuinely beginning to question my ability to read and comprehend things correctly at the moment, the number of posts I'm reading and misinterpreting- is it too early to say baby brain?!. I said test twice a day thinking they were OPKs! If it's an HCG test then you should see the line getting darker every 48 hours. I've been POAS daily because I love POAS, but it has only been every 2 days the line is getting noticeably darker so I should probably do every other day now but I feel like this is my new routine. will keep everything crossed that these lines keep getting darker and darker.

@eloiseislost your husband sounds hilarious. I feel a bit like I'd had just as much luck with dust to be honest... Harder to SI with that though 😂
Yes it's 7 days before AF I need to have it. I have a 14-17 LP. So I'm not sure how absolutely accurate it needs to be? Thought I'd aim for about 8dpo. Hoping they let you book these things last minute as I won't know I've ovulated until I'm at least 3dpo.
