As the Post Pill Party fills up, the lights are dimmed and the music drops a beat. The lead singer of this rambunctious band shouts: Mosh Pit!! The ravers all storm for the small space in front of the stage allowing their bodies to dance to the beat however the f* they want!! You go ladies!!

This is the 7th post pill party thread for women whose bodies aren’t quite dancing to the expected rhythm: we have delayed ovulation, crazy long follicular phases, crazy short follicular phases, light AFs, short luteal phases, long luteal phases, confusing temp charts and blindingly white OPKs!

Yay for Friday! I booked an appointment online with my GP re my thyroid (I’m not sure I will be any good with a finger prick test as I’m not a very good bleeder) the nearest appointment is the 4th March 🙄

I have done another test with let’s get checked and my antibodies for thyroid are high. My TSH was 4.56.... I really hope I haven’t got hashimotos or Graves’ disease :(
I’ve got a telephone appointment with the endocrinologist on 24th but going to ring GP to see if they can do a repeat blood test including antibodies so it’s on the system prior to my appointment.

On a good note my female hormone was spot on and all normal

@Moocher90 my TSH on my last blood test was 4.4 😞 my GP wouldn’t do anything and refused to even retest or do the antibody test. So frustrating. I did wonder about hashimoto’s aswell 🤔

CD14 here and having the classic TTC TMI issue "is this EWCM or last night's semen?". Negative OPK so maybe the latter...

@LauraT94 so glad to hear temps are reducing.

@ChinChilly I had a letter to book a smear, phoned and they told me to phone back at the start of march! No appts at all

@TheDaydreamBelievers I have that all the that TMI problem all the time!

I called my GP and got somebody really helpful (shockingly) she booked me in for a phone call on Monday 😮 I get a really strange itchy/tingly hand thing at night which I’ve read can also be related to thyroid problems so hopefully I might actually get somewhere

@Gracie2021 @TheDaydreamBelievers the first time it happened i was so excited i thought i had loads of EWCM, then I realised 😂 I even mentioned it to my BF and she said ‘are you sure it’s not last nights leftovers’ 😂😂

@TheDaydreamBelievers well exactly!! I always lot it just incase, if you’re DTD every other day like they recommend surely you’ll never know for sure

@ChinChilly we are doing a good job with that so far! My DH is on the verge of hoping ovulation comes so I will leave him alone

@TheDaydreamBelievers you are doing well! My OH is the opposite he actually challenged me once to see how many days in a row we could DTD I didn’t accept the challenge 😂

I'm pure rage here lads. This cycle has to be gone. Work has gone cracked. Been on til ten most nights this week and midnight yesterday and probably today. Pure stress cramps today. I'd say I'm well out this month because there's no way anything's gonna stick when I'm this stressed. Sorry just needed a rant 🙈

@Gracie2021 ah I'm sorry work is poop! In a way I'd be hoping that this is when the bean sticks cause it's when you least expect it!

@ChinChilly I'd love a challenge like that! OH is def more in @TheDaydreamBelievers camp though - I'm on CD20 and we've only DTD 4 times this cycle so far and it's basically been three times during FW and for my birthday!!

@Juno231 @ChinChilly don't want to insult my poor DH, he is generally up for it but he'd usually be more a 2 a week guy, spontaneously deciding on the day. So its a shock for him that i'm like "AT LEAST EVERY 2nd DAY!" at the moment

We're a bit the same @TheDaydreamBelievers @Juno231 especially at the moment cause it's busy in work for both of us so manic hours. Hard to carve the time and be in the mood when you're wrecked. I see charts with every day marked in and I doff my hat in admiration....

@Gracie2021 it's the twice a day couples that blow my mind! I haven't done that in a decade I reckon haha

@Juno231 My OH has always had a pretty high sex drive, not sure how he coped when I was on the pill and had zero interest in sex! But yeah those 2 a day all the time couples...that’s probably happened once in the last 10 years 😂😂

@Gracie2021 you never know, it could he the month seen as all the work stress has taken your mind off TTC.

@Gracie2021 really sorry work is a bit rubbish and stressful at the moment! As others have said, you are not out yet! It might happen when you least expect it.

So cd22 here and nothing is happening. First time we have managed to dtd every other day hoping this will be my fw as it has been the last 2 cycles but not even a whiff of a positive OPK 😤 think my body is definitely trolling me. So to treat myself I bought the advanced cb digital opks. Love a new ttc gadget more than a new kitchen gadget 😅

@Gracie2021 Sorry work is so stressful. I'm finding the same with my OH which is why we only managed to DTD once in my FW! You definitely aren't out though! On the upside it might be keeping you busy so you don't POAS!

@MissC07 no fear of me POAS, tbh don't think I'd be even tempted til late next week. Aiming to get to saturday. It's so hard juggling stresses of normal life with the biological clock isn't it? I've been so lucky with ovulation timing the last three months but can see missing a month completely if it comes mid week when the OH is working til the wee hours every night.

@Flowers222 any chance of a very rapid surge? If you DTD every other day you should be covered if you missed the signs. Do you track temps too? I have some clearblue advanced Ovulation tests in my basket on Amazon but with customs now I need to order in the next couple days to be guaranteed to have them for next month. Using Easy@home at the moment but hoping I might get more warning with the advances. Like you, love the tech!

@ChinChilly did you have a crazy low libido on the pill? I never realized it wasn't normal til I came off it and suddenly had all the urges 😂

@Juno231 twice a day 🤯 tbh aren't the experts even disagreeing sometimes on every day vs every other day as every other day can allow the male seamen to build back up again or something like that? I'm prob way off the exact reason but have def read something.
