Hi all,

Is there any others currently in their 2ww?

OH works away so we could only DTD 2-3 days before O. So I don't know whether I'm that hopeful. Plus it's our first month trying for #2.

So is there anyone else currently waiting and we can support each other through the wait? I'll be 10dpo on the 22nd which would be amazing if I get a positive as it will be a year on from a loss.

@Fifi1086 I'm pretty sure someone else on this thread had a similar thing where they bled around AF for a day, then got a BFP a few days after. Have you already done a test? I really hope it wasn't AF hun xx

I tested this morning and was negative and then vented to my best friend (who is an angel) and she said she had what she thought was her period for 2 days, exactly like what I just had and it took a week to get her BFP after that and ended up being twins, so I might hold out another few days and test Friday if no more bleeding before then! I said to DP last night "this doesn't seem like my period" and he looked at me like I'd two heads so I thought I'd vent to you guys instead 😂😂

In addition to this I CANNOT stop sneezing and have had a couple of small nose bleeds but it isn't a cold, and I'm having the most insane dreams including last night where I found out I was having triplets 😂😂.

Lads seriously I'm just short of googling "is breathing a sign of pregnancy"

Can I join please? Now in the 2WW approx 2-3 dpo but I have irregular periods anything from 27-34 days which makes it difficult to judge. First month TTC number 2. Only had sex once in the fertile window due to working hours and patterns etc which is frustrating.

I had a MC before my DD but fell pregnant 1st and 2nd time with both of those. Although now a few years older and a few stone heavier

Congrats to all of those who have tested positive on this thread I’ve been quietly reading for a week or so.

I'd a few more drops today after a ahem bowel movement (sorry) but still very light for a period. I guess this wknd the test will show if it's just a weird period or implantation. Either way I guess it's positive as itd be my first proper period since pill 😊

Evening girls.

CD 29 for me today, usually 26-28. I tested this morning and got BFN shortly followed by cramping and thought I was for sure coming on. But still nothing!! Genuinely driving myself insane clinging on to every little thing even though I know AF is literally on her way.

How are we feeling about the BFP @Brightspark12 and @W8inray ??

@1littlewren i think I’m still in shock tbh!! My boyfriend is absolutely buzzing but I am feeling cautious as I’ve got a long way to go till 12 week scan I feel like I can’t really get excited!

@1littlewren according to FF period should have been due 2nd feb but who knows at this point 😂

@Brightspark12 I wonder if it was the lube that did it, haha. I’ve ordered some PreSeed as it seems to be mentioned in a couple of TTC books. That’s lovely that your bf is buzzing. It must be nervewracking, but hope you’re enjoying the feeling too 😀

@Fifi1086 That comment about your DP made me laugh! Our bodies are a mystery even to us, so they must be completely bewildered. I’m also googling everything like you and @scandiontheloose! If I were investigated for a crime while TTC and they checked my search history, I would be mortified!

If any scientist ever identifies the one symptom that appears before 10 DPO and is hands-down only pregnancy-related and not PMS-related, they should get a Nobel prize. Then I can stop googling “tingly left breast” and actually get some work done... 😬

@1littlewren I was the same! Normally 27/28 day but this month she decided to show on 30! So annoying but hopefully AF not arriving is still a good sign for you. I read a lady didn’t get a bfp till week after af was due!

Anyone else find their period has changed since Ttc? Nov I had a longer than normal AF then this month literally heavy for one day and then nothing really for the next. So a 2 day period?! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Cycle seems to be the same (give or take a few days) but my actual period is getting shorter? I should be thankful really 😂 but I’m panicking at any change! And googled 🤦🏼‍♀️ So now I’m like I’m obvs going through pre menopause 😂🙈

@NW2021 Are you taking pregnacare or other multivitamin at all? Because I read (including on the box!) that they can delay your cycle slightly in some women. I’m wondering whether they are what made my cycle go from 28 days to 30 last month (been on them 2.5 months now). Maybe they can shorten periods too?! Though that doesn’t sound v scientific... Maybe it’s a sign/result of being slightly more stressed than usual, given TTC and, like, the state of the world..!

AF due on 28 Jan (or 30 Jan if I have a 30 day cycle again). I had a bit of cramping 2 nights ago and a small amount of brown CM yesterday which got me all excited (words I never thought I’d say), but a BFN this morning (not even a squinter), so don’t think it’s my month (which is ok given I’m new to this!).

Though this tingly boob is V annoying - has anyone had that before? Kinda above the nipple, almost like a fluttering or vibrating feeling? (And before you ask like my DP did, no it’s not my heart beating!) 😂

@Brightspark12 Hehe, lovely to know you’re invested even after getting your BFP! Definitely keen to hear how everyone gets on too - mainly so the ladies reading this thread 10 years from now aren’t cursing us for leaving them hanging!

@Lowkeyloopy you know what it’s funny you should say that! I have taken CoQ10 & cod liver oil for the past month! I was taken vit D & folic acid since Oct but I’ve taken vit D last year and that didn’t effect it. I wonder if the CoQ10 or the cod liver has maybe effected it? Also had a longer cycle as well this month!
I haven’t got any of them left now so haven’t taken them this week but that might of been it! I’m going with that so I don’t panic 😂

That’s so strange the tingly boob thing?! The only input I can give is I had really itchy nipples when I came on which I’ve never had before 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ God knows what my body is doing. Hopefully few more days and least you’ll have an answer either bfp or Af! Hopefully bfp! 🤍

@Lowkeyloopy @Brightspark12 I swear I will help fund that research to find the one thing that tells is we are preggo 🤣🤣 I'm sat trying to think of clever ways of phrasing things to see what search results I can get. I feel we should all be super descriptive just so that when anyone lands on us they will literally have all the answers. I swear no one can leave this thread now, I feel like I've got to know what happens to each and every one of you!!! Also because you are all keeping me (semi) sane in this crazy waiting game.

@NW2021 I tested this morning feeling hopeful because I was officially past the date that I was 'due' but not technically late as last month went to CD 30, then got all emosh when it was a bfn and now I'm convinced I can feel AF but nothing is happening so I'm now on a google rampage again with the 'af symptoms before BFP'.

Yesterday and today I had some mild cramping, which only lasted for seconds at a time ( more like twinges and pulling).

Also, some headaches, which I get very often when AF is due.

No blood though.

AF is due on the weekend, so it would be early for her to arrive now.

I'm not very hopeful, but this is our first month of trying after having our little boy, so I can't expect too much at this stage.

It's also the first time I'm using ovulation tests, so it's really interesting to learn how my body works xx
