Hi all, so this is my 2nd TWW / symptom spotting thread ❤️

Ovulation day for me is today; 14th Jan.
wondered if anybody else is early in their TWW or fancies keeping me company throughout?

Would love to hear your symptoms / stories 🥰

@rosierose10 @trackiesandasmokeyeye well I don't know what's happening. Feel like my mind is playing tricks with me rn.
Woke up early in the morning with a a wave of nausea but that's calmed down now and pretty much rest of the symptoms have eased off. Think I might be out this cycle too but I'll know for sure next week.

Happy weekend! Almost! How’s everyone feeling? I have pretty much conceived myself I am out this month so also don’t feel the urge to test, might see if I can just wait to see if AF comes or not.

@Lovelily94 yeh feel a bit like that too. So will probably have a glass of wine tonight or something 😂🙈

@scandiontheloose - I woke up without nausea, but it came back about half an hour later and is sticking around, but I think it must be stress.

Love how we are all convincing ourselves we are out. 🤣🙈

@trackiesandasmokeyeye @scandiontheloose just noticed I wrote conceived instead of convinced 😂 baby’s on the brain! I think I’m just doing it so I don’t get disappointed but I just don’t feel any symptoms now apart from the itchy skin (shingles) so :( who knows.

@Lovelily94 - I know what you mean, you have to protect your own mind don't you, expect the worst and nothing can disappoint you more than that base level. So sorry for you with shingles, how horrible.

Also ladies, having said all that I've just had to wee fast to avoid the urge to test - not even FMU. The cramps are back today, CD21, and I'm sure AF is on the way (23/24 day cycles usually) but there's part of me that does want to test just so I at least have that experience - does that make sense? 😞

Maybe I'll go tomorrow morning 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey guys, I’m also feeling like my AF is on the way and I haven’t conceived this cycle, I did a test two days ago and it was negative and I’m due my AF on the 26th I think. I’m having just my exact usual PMS symptoms and nothing else, that with the negative test I don’t think it’s happened this month. I’m gonna just wait until I get my AF now and if it’s late I’ll test but not before. Had a little cry yesterday about it I was feeling really deflated but today I’m trying to stay positive. Just wondering if you guys having any tips on how you keep positive on you TTC journey or are there anything’s you do you find helps you cope through the ups and downs of waiting? Xxx

@Dayseebubs - I'll come back to you next week on staying positive, this is our first try and I can't get rid of the tiny bit in my head that hops we're one of those couples that fall easily and early. I think if I test tomorrow morning it'll give me a non work day to deal with it and move on.

I have usual AF symptoms plus nausea and a headache, but I really do think that must be stress.

@Dayseebubs I wouldn't worry, irl I can spell hope, and on one post I tried to say I had sore boobs and it came out 'hey boobs' like I was trying to chat them up 🤣

Hi ladies, AF is due on 31st and I'm pretty certain we are out this month due to us having covid it must have affected both our bodies so I don't even think I'll bother testing.
I'll pour myself a glass of gin and try next month 🤞

@scandiontheloose my 8DPO symptoms are very similar to yours! Im getting so much watery/creamy CM at the moment and today is the first day I have had waves of feeling queezy. Not much cramps, still there in the background but just a dull feeling. I wanted to test today but instead peed on an OPK instead lol.

People always say they have sore boobs, but I dont ever get that, this month tho I seem to get random sharp stabbing pains in my boobs (different places)

I tell you want, if im not up the duff, my body is playing cruel tricks on me! I cant help but feel like I might be pregnant, but then suddenly I get a thought in my head thats like dont think that, if I get a BFN I will feel like a right tool!

I'm 9DPO today and apart from feeling nauseous and still having a lot of CM the symptoms have calmed down a wee bit. Also had nose bleed earlier today and that's supposed to be a symptom too but I'm preparing myself for the BFN. Will still probably test tomorrow 😁

I feel like this TWW is never ending!! driving me bonkers lol how have I still got another 7 days till AF is due... erghhhhhh 15 day luteal phase is a killer.

@CookieMonster3001 I never really get sore boobs either (I am giving them a good feel each day just to check though😂). Go on have a glass of wine, it might be the last weekend you are able to 🤞

Question - what’s everyone views on drinking when on the TWW? My sister has a 5 month old and told me she drank until she got her BFP but my OH is saying none. By drinking I mean maybe 1 or 2 beers on an evening? Would just like to know anyone else’s thoughts?

@Lovelily94 - hundreds must do it, if not thousands - think of how many babies are happy accidents. I wouldn't because I'm a huge worrier and whilst I don't think it would cause any issues in my rational mind I know that if I did have issues in a pregnancy I'd worry, if that makes sense - I'd not judge anyone else for it though.

Ps toying with buying some seedlip and pretending... is it any good?

@trackiesandasmokeyeye my sister said it wasn’t very nice when I asked her for non alcoholic tips but she did say the Heineken 0% is good! ( if you like beer) also the 0% mixed fruit kopperbergs are really nice. I think I will just have the odd one as I’ve quit smoking when I started tcc so that was hard enough.

@Lovelily94 well done on quitting smoking, that's a huge achievement! I'm not a beer drinker for the koppaberg is a great shout!

@trackiesandasmokeyeye Thanks! I’m still taking it day by day but I always said I wouldn’t touch them again once we started trying so I’ve kept my promise I’m just maybe abit moody and snappy from time to time 🤫 The kopperbergs are really good. Are you still testing tomorrow?

The alcohol free kopparbergs actually taste nicer than the regular ones 😂 strawberry-lime is going down like juice 😂
