CD1 (again!) - No more relaxed approach..

Hey, I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me today (or any day soon) tracking from CD1, hopefully all the way up to the BFP in 28/29/30 days time!

I know its a little unusual, we tend to only be active on here when we are waiting after ovulation, but thought it might be nice to track all the way through as a group!

Anyway, if anyone fancies it let me know!

@Seraphina1993 I reckon that's fine as you don't ovulate straight away plus the egg lasts up to 24 hours.

If any of you are on baby no. 2+ and got sore boobs/nipples in the 2 ww with baby no. 1can you remember when? I'm TTC no. 1 and I have got the stabbing pains behind my right nipple tonight but I am only about 5 DPO so I'm aware that even if the egg has fertilised by some miracle, it won't be implanted yet and I'm probably just unnecessary symptom spotting but I'm curious to see 🤷‍♀️

@hels301990 I got v sore boobs with my first in the tww. I remember it hitting about a week before AF was due and thinking she was going to arrive early!

I woke up with the weirdest taste in my mouth, yuck!

I get super sore chesticles with AF anyway so hard for me to say - i recall my nips being more sensitive than usual last time tho!

Got another positive opk today, we DTD today and we will tomorrow but we're so tired and sore from DTD and doing diy around the house. It doesn't help that we've been DTD every other day since CD10 because I had no idea when I would ovulate as this is our first ever month TTC. Not holding out much hope for success this month. At least next month I'll have more clue when I'm likely to O :)

@Seraphina1993 you may have done enough as sperm can hang around for a few days. Fingers crossed for you! At least you'll have more idea next month as you say if not.

@Braxos ooh, isn't a funny taste a pregnancy symptom? I had it with my second but not til about 6 weeks I think.

When is everyone thinking of testing? I think the earliest I've got a bfp is 10dpo and that was a real squinter!

@Ithinkhedidit I really want to hold out till AF is due (7th Feb) as I've seen so many people go through the heartache of positive test which then went on to be a chemical pregnancy but I don't know if I'll manage it. Maybe Friday which would be 11 ish DPO

Sorry if this has been asked a million times on here, but if I have my peak today and then ovulate tomorrow, does that mean on Monday I'll be 1DPO or should I give it longer?

@hels301990 yeah I'm going to try to hold off - AF due the 11th - but I'm a POAS addict! Eek! At least we are all in, or at least approaching, the tww now.

I’m going to try and hold off til AF due which is about 6th/7th of Feb, but that seems so long away 🙈 I’m 7dpo today so we shall see! I have a few cramps today but also had last month about a week before I came on!

You guys are cray-zeee! Im testing already (5dpo), its like part of my routine to wake up & poas! 😂😂

@Braxos ive been using my opk’s to satisfy my need to pos 😂 due af around the 4th and it’s driving me insane!
My boobs are so sore and swollen again like last month but no insane cramps like last month so who knows. Had some nausea BUT I’m a teacher who has a gastro bug running around the class atm so probably about to have that hit 🤦🏻‍♀️

I had really really bad pains? cramps? last night, enough to wake me from sleep. Was all down my right side & into my pelvis. Hopefully a good sign coz it bloody hurt! Fine now though 🤔

@Braxos I had that last night..hope it's a good sign for both of us! I also have sensitive boobs/nipples...not necessarily sore but def sensitive. However id never had this before until last month when I was convinced I was pg so now I'm wondering if it's going to be a new regular PMS sign 🤷‍♀️

Jeez was hoping I'd already ovulated but have a fricking abundance (it's the only word for it!) of ewcm - I genuinely thought I was bleeding when I woke up there was so much (sorry tmi). I have read ovulation can't have taken place if ewcm is present!!!! Ffs how long is this cycle going to be??! Sorry, bit of a rant!

@hels301990 I'm cd21. Usually ovulate cd 19/20 so not too far out presuming it happens today or tomorrow (if at all!!), just feeling frustrated!!

@braxos my body did that too! Can't explain why, but can offer my sympathies!! At least you've ovulate this month! How many do did you feel you were?

I had a feeling you were ovulating from the right sided pains you described, i had the same yesterday

@Braxos - at least you know you ovulated! Maybe you just ovulated later than expected ☺️ How many dpo are you? I know that you can get a positive OPK if you are pregnant so could be that? xx
