Well ladies we made it all of 9 days before needing a new bus, I think I’ve had farts that lasted long, especially when they were in a bag (in blog joke) and now it’s an extra long one...bus, not fart 😜.

We are a chatty bunch it seems and we like to encourage ppl to get involved with our racing car of a TTC bus which can also be a bit of sex education class as well!

It may seem a strange ride here as we’ve got all sorts on our bus (not just the animals). We’ve got long term ticket holders where some of us have been around each other for longer than we care to remember now (so bloody hell some ppl here REALLY are bloody owed a sticky BFP now right??) but cos we love 💓each other and genuinely care about each other we cling together...despite some of us heading of to the infertility clinics, and we’ve got some newbies at the start of their TTC journeys, child number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 18 we don’t care.

Any questions ask away, we LOVE ppl to get involved...we love those who chatter!! We also love a sex toy 😉

@Justanothercyster I've kinda learnt not to put a time limit or age on anything because you just never know do you!! I always said I want to have 2 children by the time I'm 25, I'm 24 in March so don't think that'll be happening and I'm fine with that now! I hope either one or both comes true for your DH! @lucyrp a few people I know who have children have said that to me before, that they bought new for their first but for their second they're definitely going second hand!! It's all so expensive isn't it!

@Minster2012 oh it's lovely to dream of the holidays!! My OH is the same, he alwaysss has to have something to look forward to!! The only reason ours is already booked is because we booked it last may/June time thinking everything with covid would be fine by June 2021, how bloody naive😂

@Ltay2 i completely agree with you, I'd be very surprised if this holiday goes ahead! Even though I'd love to go, sacrificing a holiday for TTC wouldn't be too bad!

@Vil10 there's honestly no point! You can pick up an excellent condition pram for half the price it is new !

I'd take a frickin break anywhere in the uk right now 🤣anyone fancy hosting Minster sleepover?! I mean obs ignoring the whole totally illegal thing we are dreaming here right! I don't think I snore much I'm GREAT company. I BRING SHITLOADS of booze and drink it all , I'm happy to get involved in shit party games

I'm the exception! My first child has never had a new pram. Waste of money. Nope apparently it's tradition for your parents to buy you one?? Anyway, no parents offered here (either side though DH's bought SIL a new one) so DS got 2nd hand ones, I'm a bit of a second hand pram expert! Interestingly MIL & our friends both now have the same 2nd hand one we have 🖕🏻

@Vil10 5dpo so we are pretty close 😃 as usual the first bit is flying and time should stop dead in a day or two and crawl into the double digits 😂

I gave the gloves to my colleague today, she'll make a donation, she's so happy, especially when she needs to work outside, life savers and game changers she call them, glad she likes them but they are just gloves, tweeked a bit so they fit our work...

@lucyrp @Minster2012 for something they're going to get absolutely filthy it's so much money!! My mum has always said to me and my sister that she would want to buy us our first prams, but I'd be more than happy to have second hand!! Pre loved! Also @Minster2012 imagine how good a sleepover would be!!

@Katao ahhh! Are you going to be testing this cycle or waiting? That's so true! Once it hits 9dpo it's like time goes backwards!

@lucyrp can't wait to do baby shopping! I've def always said I'd go second hand as much as possible though - but I did grow up in a poor family where my pram then was used by my male cousin, then female cousin, and then came back to us to be used by my brother!

My OH has a high chair and cot stored at FILs that he wants us to use. Problem is they have been used since his grandad was a baby and I have a feeling safety measures are a bit different nowadays!

Butternut squash and bacon risotto for dinner tonight! Oven baked of course cause no one has time to faff about with stirring risotto. Can't wait

@Juno231 tbh I just think f*ck it ! I used a cot and high chair that my mum had for me for DS and they were both fine! Although DS did destroy said winne the Pooh high chair and I was a bit annoyed but hey ho 😅

@Vil10 the pram I'm looking at is about £1200 brand new but you can pick them up with all the extras second hand for about £500 ish ! Although saying that I know that's still expensive as my travel system for DS was £500 brand new 😳

@Minster2012 my friends in laws bought her a pram second hand for her baby! Wish my in laws would do thag for me although I may be surprised 😅😂

@lucyrp haha I'm tempted to agree! Only difference is you're born late 90s vs late 20s.... These are nearly 100 years old . I'm jumping the gun though - the other year we saw his cousin put pics up on FB of her kids and the boy was sat in the high chair! They'd taken it from FIL without saying anything lol. So god knows where it is now.

@clolo it's so good that yours is still going ahead! I'm shitting it that mine will be cancelled 🥺 just trying to remain calm.

@Vil10 I'm not sure what my plan is. I've deliberately not got any cheap tests in to stop me poas to early/too often because I have gone through some amount of them in recent months. So just have frers. That should make me hold out a bit linger so as not to waste a good test 😂 thing is my LP is only 12 days so by the time it's not too early to test I really should just wait thd extra day or two 😂 never do though! How about you?

Hi everybody

Ok as you all know I'm 11dpo I tested first thing this morning and it was a BFN.
I thought right I'm going to just use up my last test and then I can't test anymore and just wait for AF. I think I can see a line.
Can anybody see anything in these? Or am I just clutching at straws xx

My D's pram was his cousins first, it cost a fortune, wasn't going to be used only in 1 child, next time DH wants a travel system one, so he can just click it on the car seat,....

@lucyrp jeez!! Which pram is it?? I already have in mind what I'd like so definitely gonna start looking at them second hand when I get my BFP! So is a travel system the full lot?? I have no idea really on stuff like this, I've always been so excited to like research all the stuff I need that you don't usually think about too!!

@Katao haha that's definitely a good idea!! It's so hard holding off though!! I ordered a 2 pack of frer because they were in the sale but I don't really want to use them, I haven't had any tests in the house for a while because I just end up disappointed!! However I feel like I have poas urge already for 10dpo😂

@Vil10 ya in reality I'll probably be the same. I have no urge yet, not thinking about it too much but as soon as it gets into that 'maybe' territory all resolve goes out the window 😂 especially if you think you have symptoms!

@DJmum83 I'm sorry I can't see anything but probably clearer in reality. What are you going to do now ? Can you get more tests?

@Katao I usually spot 2/3 days before af so that might stop me from testing anyway!!

@Vil10 the bugaboo fox 2 I'm obsessed😍 yeah a travel system is the carry cot, the seat and the car seat with obviously the pram chassis. Also you defo don't need half the stuff you think you do😅

All this talk on costs. Yeah I definitely won't be precious and second hand is fine! In my parents day of having kids- nothing was ever new. Just passed around! Obviously I wouldn't get anything too scruffy or awful like, but most people barely use things before they are outgrown. Definitely money to be saved!

@paintfairy same. My sister has a 5 month old so I've already told her to save all her stuff and she said she was anyway 😂 I also have another sister who wants to use donor sperm and do iui so we might be fighting my younger sister for all her stuff 😆

@paintfairy meanwhile my brother will probs dress his kids top to toe designer! When he went to our cousin's baby shower 2 years ago my brother bought a white moncler dress for the baby lol. Only £120! Gah I do worry that once everyone runs out of money in my family they will look to me to solve their problems... They refer to me as the Bank of England!

@notyetamumbuttrying another yum sounding tea, I had salmon, veg & salad, DH had jacket potatoes with his & DS had no salmon (he's allergic) just jacket potato, cheese, cucumber melon & strawberries so yours sounds a bit more delicious but I was being lazy making ours for breakfast & lunch tomorrow too 😉. No sign of period yet annoyingly just more cramps humph. She's making me wait
