2021...is surely EXACTLY the number of babies we are owed by now.

What I'm hoping is that I just ovulated much later than everything indicated and it's just much earlier than I thought. But I don't think that is really the case...

@Justanothercyster Totally feel your announcement pain. A few months back my sister (who just had her first baby in April) sent a scan picture on our family group chat and I saw the preview and felt instantly sick and like I'd been punched in the stomach. Turned out she was just saying a year ago today she went for her first scan but it made me realise how gutted I would have been if she'd got pregnant again before I did. If it's any consolation that feeling seemed to just be around the announcement for me, when people were busy being pregnant it seemed to wear off but it's that first punch in the gut that gets you. I know it's so hard but I always think of the saying 'putting out other people's candles doesn't make yours burn any brighter which I know is more for when people are being arseholes when they're just jealous but I adapted it to think about just because they're pregnant doesn't mean you're going to take any longer to get pregnant if you know what I mean. Sorry if I'm just waffling 😂
Btw just read what the bloke said about getting there before you and that would really piss me off. Twat.

I know I'm late to the party but had my first glass yesterday and you guys are not wrong. Its awful! Today I tried drinking it with the pomegranate and it was still gross, mostly tasted of grapefruit and was then twice as much to drink 😂

@Katao God Im glad I'm not on the grapefruit... Thankfully ewcm has always been ok for me, its the pom juice I'm trying. Question tho... I initially got pom juice that's not 100% pure juice and I just realised today its probably not right so when I was at tesco I got the 100% pom juice and jeez its going to be an expensive habit to keep up. I assume @minster2012 that it's the 100% juice stuff we need not the cheaper stuff? Xx

@Sausage1990 yeah I'm actually fine for ewcm too so don't know why I am torturing myself 😂 I won't be buying another carton! Funny you say that because I just noticed today that my pom juice isn't 100% and it's the same brand I've been drinking on and off for months 🤦‍♀️

Also I'm sorry you're in this awful limbo & things are not looking so promising @blackcurrantqueen. I'm keeping everything crossed the hcg is rising & it's just earlier than you thought.

@minster2012 about the vitamin a stuff (sorry for the delay in replying about this) the preconception/pregnancy vitamins are all within the safe levels of all vits & mins we need in 1 dose so I definitely wouldn't double up. And I'm pretty sure all pregnancy vits dont contain vit A due to the risks. We get vitamin A from our food like fruit & veg, eggs, milk, oily fish & liver, so with a varied diet & the pre-con/pregnancy supplements everything should be in balance. Just avoid the liver products as they're really high in vitamin A (I think cod liver oil has vitamin A in it too so I don't tho k it's recommended in pregnancy either). The NHS website link shared was a really good one to share. Accurate information on the NHS website 😊 sorry if you guys already know this. Xx

@Katao oh glad I'm not alone in messing up the juice. The 100% one was £3.70 for a bottle 😩 I mean I'll do it but jeez... How much do we need a day? I've been having a small glass like 150ml... Wondering if I can get away with 100ml if it's 100%... Who knows - I'll Google it to see if any portions are advised anywhere xx

@Katao & @Sausage1990 it's pineapple juice for ewcm (I struggle on that) and I just had a spare one & seeing as we are using condone again it doesn't hurt & pomegranate juice my clinic recommends all the way through as it's just full of antioxidants & good for blood flow, you only need a small glass in lead up to OV but then around 200/250ml but yeah the Pom one is about £3.70/£4 here AND tastes like ass. Sparkling water helps?? Or I've had it in a smoothie. But my dad was recommended it too after his heart surgery so I guess it's good. That combined with gentle lower body workout they said to help me try boost blow flow to my womb 🤷‍♀️

The day I took my first pregnancy test for this pregnancy I text my friend and was like omg I could be pregnant my rhr and temp are still high and she said well I didn't want to say anything to you incase you got excited but I've had 3 dreams now that you're pregnant and it was defo true because I saw her like a week later and she said to her fiancé you know I had those dreams about .... and he was like no ?! She's pregnant ?! Mind blown 🤯

@DOB78 me and my OH actually started having milk delivered with a milk man a few months ago and OH still convinced he's broken so it's a running joke that I'm pregnant with the milkman's baby 🤣😂 it's quite funny actually as I do previously know the milk man as he used to be the delivery driver at my brief job change last year 😂

Also on the assfruit juice front I added that to my daily routine the month I got my BFP which I took my seven seas tablets and EPO with 🤷🏼‍♀️
