2020 was a bit of a TWATFACE for us
2021...is surely EXACTLY the number of babies we are owed by now.

@Minster2012 does the pregnacare have 100% rda too? I think you have to long term overdose in vitamin A to cause problems (as in if you are not pregnant). The main concern in pregnancy is that it can cause birth defects and I think effect the liver. I think the foetus can't rid itself of excessive vitamin A and it causes toxicity. I looked into all this before but can't remember exactly. Also I think the problem is with synthetic Vitamin A. Maybe @Sausage1990 could help? Here's a link if you haven't read this already

We haven't actually spoken about it since they told us, it's weird. I hope he's not feeling the whole thing is his fault :( after work I'll sit and have a chat with him about it. Stupid feelings and stupid infertility bleeehhh.

@Minster2012 I know, it's so annoying. I'm at the point where I just can't be arsed with it all now. And no idea on the Pregnacare I'm afraid!

@Minster2012 pretty sure none of the TTC supplements have Vit A in them as it's meant to be harmful to the foetus. No idea if there's a lower limit for it though! (I'm sure there is - but then isn't that filled by natural Vit A in your food?)

@Franklydear that's nuts! Honestly some of the things you've told us about him would not only be sackable offence here but you'd probably get a hefty bullying/harassment payout too!! What you've explained is pretty bloody bad in my opinion.

@Justanothercyster I forgot to comment earlier but I want to sucker punch that dude for saying that awful comment. One of my less close friends said something on whatsapp the other day that essentially was "you're so lucky not to have kids" and my close friend piped up and said "oi you do not say that to someone who's been TTC for a year". Felt nice for someone to stand up for me! I then made a snarky comment about how at least I wasn't told to "just relax" this time - which that first friend has told me a few times before!

Btw she has 2 kids she conceived within 2 cycles each time, never used an OPK and didn't even know you could test before AF is due... yet believes she had to try hard to get pregnant lol.

@notyetamumbuttrying well it's funny, I'm the middle of working ( we're both working from home) he randomly said "I'm pissed off about yesterday". So we've had a chat. We've both come to the conclusion that life seems to keep shitting on us and we're just doomed to an age of disappointment 😂
It's just annoying because they knew each other for less time and got engaged and married before us, and they live in a rent free house paid for by their parents and are now buying one of their own because of it, and now baby. Whereas, we've known each other for longer, have been working like arses to scrape together a deposit whilst paying ridiculous rent, and now can't seem to create children. When will we get a break lol. I know it's not a competition and I'm very happy for them it just seems I never seem to get the luck.

BUT I need to remind myself we're both very lucky, very much in love and are in a far better position than most. Our "perfect" life will come soon 🙏🏻 when I'm ready to retire probably 👵🏼 😂😂
And I must say, buying a house and having a baby during covid will be bloody hard work, so maybe like @Katao was saying we should consider ourselves lucky 😳

@Juno231 good on her for supporting you like that! That must have felt so good. And what a knob for saying it. What's annoying is my aunt constantly says that to me (she has pcos and it took her 12 years to conceive my cousin who has autism- she should know how it feels!) but again she doesn't know we're trying so can't say anything -.-
God people like that seriously annoy me. Gah! It's so unfair isn't it.

@Justanothercyster yeah I'm seriously considering going low contact with her to be honest. She has two gorgeous kids she never says a kind word about, everything has to be the worst and hardest for her for the sake of being a martyr/drama. I tolerated it before but now I'm TTC it makes me sick how much she complains about her children.

@Dollybird89 love it! I recently got some lingerie from Lovehoney and was genuinely surprised at how well it went down! (I'm a bit too endowed up top for the corset thing I got, but DH seemed to enjoy it 😂)

I am already having a bit of a nightmare morning 😂 one of the cats peed all over the floor. She was a protest pee-er if the litter box wasn't kept immaculate 24/7 but she seems to have gotten used to peeing on the floor in the last couple of days - it's not cystisis, which she's had before, as the sheer volume of pee is ridiculous for such a small cat. We tried putting down tinfoil to dissuade her from peeing there (cats apparently hate the feel of it on their paws) but the crafty little mare LIFTED the foil up and peed underneath it 😂🙈 so I moved another litter box to where she's been going, lifted up the mat where that box had been previously to uncover some moths and a tiny bare patch of carpet 😭 so clearly the moths DH told me to stop worrying about were actually just happily eating up the carpet hidden beneath the mat. Also had someone at work attempt to throw me under a bus (unsuccessfully) and I just...is it bedtime yet?!

@Justanothercyster I know how you feel so much hun! My sister who is single has decided to use donor sperm and do iui. She's older than me so totally get her choice but I just feel so uncomfortable in both of us going through assisted conception at the same time...could be major awks!!
It'll come at once I bet! We're trying to sell our flat to get a house and I just know it'll all coincide when we're mid treatment 🤦🏾‍♀️
